Kale Mango Smoothie was awesome, today I added a banana, chia seeds and collagen with a tad bit extra coconut milk. Putting coconut milk in my smoothies have me a whole different ways to make smoothies. I’m Loving this 10days green smoothie challenge. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.

C chopped kale leaves (stems and tough rib removed), preferably Lacinato (also known as dinosaur) 1 1/4 C frozen cubed mango. Mango kale smoothie ingredients Fresh kale leaves, ripe banana, frozen mango pieces, milk of your choice, Greek yogurt and honey. Mango kale smoothie benefits This smoothie is packed with nutrients and antioxidants.

Simply place your kale, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, orange juice – we love Simply Orange – and your choice of milk into your high powered blender (I’d recommend Vitamix or Blendtec) and blend until smooth! As you can see, this tropical green smoothie is crazy easy to make. This recipe also incorporates kale and mango for a green smoothie that is not overly bitter. If you are eating low carb or keto, omit the honey and use full fat milk or a milk substitute (or even water). The mango isn’t much and will keep your net barbs still fairly.

Mango Smoothie Recipe – A Healthy Addition to Your Day. Green smoothies are healthy if you use wholesome ingredients, which this recipe does from start to finish (and so does this Kale Smoothie)! To make sure your green smoothie is healthy and avoids some pitfalls: Fill your green smoothie. Instructions Blend kale and almond milk in the blender for 30 seconds or until the kale has broken down a bit.

Add in the banana, mango, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend until you have a rich, creamy, amazing, delicious smoothie! This Smoothie is made from Bananas, Mangoes, Kale Organic, Apple Juice, Apple Pineapple Juice Blend, Almonds, Sunwarrior™ Organic Vegan Protein.

It tastes great and is a healthy alternative.

Depending on the other ingredients added to the smoothie, spinach (which is what I use most often) can make the smoothie look brown or muddycolored.

  • Namaste madam i doubt can a diabetic take almond milk without dates in it. Can i substitute almond Milk with water while preparing green smoothie. I am diabetic.

  • Sounds brill. However, the fat in the almond butter will slow down the sugar uptake a lot and in those of us with candida not a good idea. Fats+sugar cause havoc for me but hey, everyone is different. See how it fits with you!:O)

  • I have a smoothie morning. got tons of smoothie recipes. Its like a cheat. Who knew something so healthy can also taste so amazing and refreshing? It energies your body. since going on a vegan diet 5 years ago, I feel so amazing.

  • Dani, thank you so very much for all your recipes and videos. I feel like I am way too late to your channel but I make you Immune Boosting Green Soup (HUGE HIT WITH ENTIRE FAMILY WHEN THEY ARE SICK), your Banana Oat Pancakes, Pumpkin Pancakes, and now your smoothies! I am now going through your channel to find more fabulous recipes. You are so personable and a wealth of knowledge! You have HUGE fans in Victoria, TX.

  • Could I use baby spinach instead of kale? Kale is not easy to find in my country and when it is available is all ugly and super expensive:/

  • Hi dani and everybody else in the world of clean and delicious too awesome video as always green smoothie baby spinach is delicious frozen blueberries mint leaves one mini Persian cucumber hemp seeds half a small avocado protein powder vanilla unsweetened almond milk ice cubes hemp seeds over the top it’s minty refreshing delicious green smoothies are delicious and they’re amazing and full of vegetables and they are fresh and full of vitamins

  • This is absolutely the best mindset when thinking about food. Think abundance rather than lack.
Very well done video. one thing that I have learned in my studying of green smoothy drinks is that being as “from the ground” as possible is best. Protein powders are ok as you said in the video but not optimal.

  • Hi Dani! I make this buoy haven’t used the berries trying to stay low carb… BUT how many servings would you say this just made? I’m guessing two?! yum

  • wow! just saw this video and you sold me on making this for sure!! all the ingredients look great although I have never eaten hemp seed but will definitely try it in this green smoothie!! Thanks

  • I almost didn’t watch this because I don’t like cold foods, smoothies, or weight loss videos. This one looks good!
I’ll just leave out the ice-those frozen blueberries are enough cold for me.

  • Instead of protein powder, use canned no sodium white beans. You will get protein & fiber. The white beans won’t change the color of the smoothie and it will make it creamy.

  • Just a side note, good fats like avocado and hemp seeds as seen here are great for your body by means of the aforementioned properties as well as they help your body absorb nutrients!

  • I’m so glad I came across your video. I’m currently on a weight loss journey. I started @ 400lbs & currently under 200lbs. I’ve got about 80 more lbs to reach my goal. I’ve made your green smoothie… and it’s awesome!

  • Hope this is not too late of a question, as I think this looks great, but I am wondering about how minty it is? I don’t know how many people here are familiar with the Girl Scouts thin mints? I like that kind of minty where it’s more subtle as opposed to say peppermint patties. Is the smoothie very minty? If so, I will see if I can cut back on the mint leaves. Thank you!

  • Love your channel, always great and clean recipe. I am wondering if is it ok to make smoothy in the morning and drink in the afternoon? Sometime I just don’t have time in the afternoon to make it

  • Hi Dani, love your channel. Great smoothie recipe, thank you for all that you do. I just wanted to make two suggestionsyou can add a scoop of collagen protein instead of the vanilla protein. Also, a tsp sized piece of raw turmeric doesn’t alter the taste and is great for anti-inflammation. Thank you again for all the delicious recipes you share with us every day.

  • Soo.. I’m allergic to almonds (and pretty much all the nuts, except for peanuts and pistachios) could I use something else instead?

Seems like almost all healthy diets includes some kinds of nuts

  • dani how are you? love your videos. i fall in love the blender you were using dynablend. i need to buy a good one or what about the one you are using in this video. which one do you recomend me please.

  • What is the brand name of your blender. That thing looks like a monster. I have a ninja, but I’m always looking for the next bad ass blender.

  • Handful baby spinach
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    1 Persian cucumber
    1/2 avocado
    1 Tbs hemp seeds
    1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Hello, can I use frozen baby spinach in that recipe? I’m from Germany and here is it sometimes hard to find fresh spinach at the grocery store

  • Delicious! Might I suggest starting an indoor herb garden wall (GardenCreationsLtd from Etsy) & instead of using earthy soil, grow them in hydrocrystal gel soil, Crystal soil/ gel/pearls. Google the magic soil. You would grow cleaner herbs. Hope you love it!

  • Omg yes so true about shifting thinking into all the goodness found in wholesome foods. I have been trying to change my diet for YEARS! Just recently I finally started focusing on all the good foods I can find and stopped harping on the bad foods I needed to stop eating. My life is finally changing to healthier eating!!!

  • Hi Dani I have smoothies almost every morning but I’m never had a green smoothie.I will have to made yours. Looks good. thanks for sharing

  • Hi Dani I have not heard about protein powder that you have mentioned in the video. May I know where to buy the protein powder? Thank you for sharing the recipe.

  • My mouth is watering just watching you make this. I have all the ingredients so I’ll definitely have this smoothie for breakfast in the morning. Thanks for sharing Dani, love ya!!!

  • Looks great, tastes great!:) Smoothies are were all my not so cool to eat stuff goes-broccoli stems, kale stems, swiss chard stems, raw turmeric, raw ginger, cacao nibs, calcium tabs, vitamin d tabs, k2, etc..

  • That is an excellent healthy smoothie. Please let me share my best “desert” smoothie. Freeze half or all of an avocado, put into blender, add one cup frozen blue berries, one cup frozen cherries (about 10 cherries) add about a cup or a little more to preference of goat milk (Califia farms almond-coconut milk can be used) top off with about two tablespoons of organic cacao (chocolate) powder, blend well. It sort of reminds me of a Wendys smoothie but it is a lot healthier, especially for kids! Love your videos!

  • I never thought of keeping my mind on all the yummy healthy food I can eat. I always think about the things and tell my self about the things I can’t eat I have recently subscribed to your channel, looks great!!

  • Do you have a cookbook? I’d definitely buy it! Thanks for sharing that delicious looking smoothie. I’ve made several of your recipes and each time I’ve enjoyed them and added them to my repertoire so to speak.

  • I love smoothies, but I’m allergic to bananas and avocados. What can I use to substitute the avocado or can I leave it out? (Wasn’t sure if it would change texture).

  • Thank you for this recipe! I made the smoothie today and it is absolutely delicious. I love that I didn’t even want to add any sugar or anything else to the recipe.

  • I find it interesting that you use almond milk, but include WHEY protein powder. There are some awesome vegan protein powders out there. Get the whey out!

  • It think it would be a good idea to put some protein powder in the smoothie, otherwise there is no protein to keep one from getting hungry.

  • Hey Dani..great video tfs. I was curious about the Rx bars that you like. I purchased a box to try them. I was wondering are these used for a snack or a meal replacement?

  • Dani! I am SOOO happy I found you! I’ve watched a ton of your videos and have been telling all my friends about your terrific website! I’m so excited to start making healthy dishes for my husband and myself! Thank you!

  • Dani Please make more sprouts and trader joes videos:) P.S. I tried the kelp/sea weed snack you get, what can I do with it? I don’t really like it straight out of the package. Tips? Thank you.

  • I’m using a normal blender but my vegetables never blend smoothly like there’s always bits I have a magic bullet at home would that be better?

  • You do realize that the human body already has a system in place via the liver and kidneys that handle toxins right? There’s no such thing as a “detox” food. This is on the same level as fitness influencers promoting ridiculous “detox” teas on their platform for views, money, likes, etc. Just saying…

  • Wow,you’re smart, good, healthy cooking woman, who loves to make food for the family and share the recipes with the world.God is pleased with you woman.

  • I must confess, this looks way better than the veg cleanse I made once with kale. I’m definitely going to try it and make my own almond milk, thanks Dani!

  • hi,sridevi many of us does not know how these different type of seeds that you talk about, why dont you zoom in n show us how do they look so that when we go to buy them we can recognize n confirm them.

  • Yummie:)
I have a question. In Sweden we only have french cale in christmas time..:( but i can by frozen any time of the year. Can i use frozen cale in this smoothie?
    Tanka for a wounderful Chanel!

  • You had me, when you said vanilla and mint… thank you for the recipe and as always, for helping us with great ideas! I will be trying this recipe, too! Love you!

  • I’m am a relatively new fan of kale, but I love it. Its so versatile. Narinder, you should try kale crisps. Just drizzle a little olive oil over the kale, sprinkle some rock salt and chilli flakes and put in the oven until the kale crisps up. Delicious.
