Place chicken, toasted walnuts, parsley and green onions in a large bowl. Directions In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cucumbers, pepper, onions and carrot. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Arrange two or three lettuce leaves closely together to make a cup shape on a large platter.
