  • I am using vegan butter. My cheese did not melt and it looks clumpy, this is the first time it happened to me. Do you thing i am using the wrong butter or i need to add more milk to melt the cheese better?

  • Girl that chicken is pretty I like the grill mark on it. I have never made Alfredo sauce from scratch thanks so much for sharing your recipe. My crew and I love a good Chicken Alfredo and Broccoli. Have a blessed and beautiful day!

  • Sis, i so love your style & the cooking is off the chain. You always have me laughing, “blacks folks tops don’t match” is so true. My mommy (from South Carolina) never had matching tops but her cast iron pans ruled. I have them now & feel her presence every time I cook.

  • 2 things…what does the flour do for the chicken… no pasta water needed because???..Oops 3 things…now im hungry because of this video…

  • I’m confused about the sauce she made. She didn’t show herself making it with any garlic, but at the end she says she wants garlic powder on the noodles and not just “in the sauce”. I see she probably added garlic powder on the chicken before she cooked it, so is that what she’s referring to?

  • I so always enjoy your channel. Because I love to cook, but lately cannot enjoy cooking because of a stroke, but I’m working on it slowly coming back. Keep the laughter in your channel, I love the light hearted ness. I don’t miss any shows. Love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • lord i love chicken & broccoli alfredo, some of the wonderful seasonings i use (i cant stand a bland dish or meat that has no seasoning in it) is huy fong chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, old bay seasoning, oregano, montreal steak seasoning, zatarain’s blackening seasoning (those are just a few of my many favorite seasonings i love to use when i cook) ❤️it looks delicious ❤️ plus i use goya sofrito (tomato)

  • Earl; You’re The Man. Thanks for posting this. I followed your instructions and it came out fantastic. The only thing I did different was to add the obligatory 32 cloves of garlic to the oil with the chicken which was more to my taste. The roux from the dredged chicken thickened perfectly. I added some cream cheese to the mixture just to make it a little more velvety, and I also added a little bit of parsley which I don’t believe is against the law in Massachusetts. Attsa Nice!!!

  • I just made this Alfredo and only spent 20 dollars in Aldi’s!! The Alfredo sauce from scratch is BOMB!!!! Store bought Alfredo COULD NEVA. ‍♀️

  • Hi Rose!!! Your food always looks so…good. I have one of them little cookers down my base. Never used it. My daughter bought us it years ago. I should try it out! I shall be making this recipe. Looks so…Yummy. Nice video. Stay safe.
