Ingredients 8 ounces uncooked whole-grain farfalle 2 cups fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 clove garlic 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about. 1 lb. fusilli or other spiral-shaped pasta 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, either small balls or torn chunks ½ cup pine nuts, toasted 3-4 TBSP chiffonade of fresh basil, for garnish For the pesto: 1½ cups fresh basil, lightly packed ½ cup pine nuts, toasted (can sub walnuts.
