I do the Something Similar, just in greater quantity, lol. And with some additional potent stuff. I do: Two Large Bananas, 3/4 Cup Oats, about Two Heaping Tb spoons of Peanut butter, 2 Tb spoons of Hemp Seeds, 1 Tb spoon Flax seeds, 1 or 2 Tb spoons of Pure honey. 1 & 1/2 Cups Almond Milk. But this usually go as ✌ servings for me though. One on Spot, and the next, the following day.

Had some green tea with lemon and honey for breakfast with egg(no oil) and lean shredded white meat (small portion) at 2pm Now its 5pm and i tried this smoothie for lunch! I like to add ground hemp seed, flaxseed or chia seed (or a combination of all) to get some added protein (basically a vegan protein shake) (hemp seeds and chia seeds containing all the essential amino acids) (proteins)
Mate thanks so much! Was wondering what I could do without yogurt and found out you could substitute honey in your recipe with pure cane syrup (literally the syrup of sugarcane for those unaware) and some sugar for sweetness and it works perfectly.
I’ve added Banana Creme Yogurt, 2 TBS raw, organic honey, walnuts and ice and 3 to 4 oz of skim milk. Have also made it without the yogurt and have added blueberries and strawberries……………just made one tonight with a frozen banana. It was hard to peel it while frozen. Maybe it can be frozen after peeling it?? You better have some heavy duty straws if using frozen banana’s. I prefer the blue straws from Culvers. I am also using a Magic Bullet, not a blender so the contents is less
What quantity of yogurt and milk do I add though? It’s all well and good saying to add those ingredients, but not telling us how much means we won’t get the optimal consistency.
This smoothie is amazing! I did add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed. For more fiber I added 1 packet of orange metamucil which is good for digestion, healthy blood sugar levels, heart healthy lowering cholesterol, controls your appetite, it is sugar free. Delicious. I can not wait to try the other variations you showed us. Thank you. I love that the smoothie portion was just enough.

Oh god that intro was the best and I’m laughing while writings. When using a real orange or clementine, you have the pulp to deal with…. or chew which will not make a creamy consistency. My kids acted like I gave them poison so I would skip orange unless you’re an old timer that likes pulp

Here are the ingredients for making a special, delicious, banana milkshake!
1. Place 2 full bananas in the blender.
2. Put 2 Eggs into the blender as well.
3. Grab the milk and pour it inside the blender.
4. Place only a little bit of Vanilla.
5. Take 2 teaspoons full of sugar and dump into the blender as well.
6. Blend all the ingredients for 1 and a half minute.
And there you go!
You have yourself a great delicious milkshake!

I do the Something Similar, just in greater quantity, lol. And with some additional potent stuff. I do: Two Large Bananas, 3/4 Cup Oats, about Two Heaping Tb spoons of Peanut butter, 2 Tb spoons of Hemp Seeds, 1 Tb spoon Flax seeds, 1 or 2 Tb spoons of Pure honey. 1 & 1/2 Cups Almond Milk. But this usually go as ✌ servings for me though. One on Spot, and the next, the following day.
For the people that are saying this is too sweet it has too many calories. It’s a smoothie or milkshake either way it’s supposed to be sweet. U wouldn’t want a bland banana smoothie now would u. People are slow

I like to add ground hemp seed, flaxseed or chia seed (or a combination of all) to get some added protein (basically a vegan protein shake) (hemp seeds and chia seeds containing all the essential amino acids) (proteins)
This recipe is great! It’s a perfect mix of banana, orange, and yogurt! I recommended using Danimals as yogurt, but different flavors.
Mate thanks so much! Was wondering what I could do without yogurt and found out you could substitute honey in your recipe with pure cane syrup (literally the syrup of sugarcane for those unaware) and some sugar for sweetness and it works perfectly.
I’ve added Banana Creme Yogurt, 2 TBS raw, organic honey, walnuts and ice and 3 to 4 oz of skim milk. Have also made it without the yogurt and have added blueberries and strawberries……………just made one tonight with a frozen banana. It was hard to peel it while frozen. Maybe it can be frozen after peeling it?? You better have some heavy duty straws if using frozen banana’s. I prefer the blue straws from Culvers. I am also using a Magic Bullet, not a blender so the contents is less
What quantity of yogurt and milk do I add though? It’s all well and good saying to add those ingredients, but not telling us how much means we won’t get the optimal consistency.

This smoothie is amazing! I did add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed. For more fiber I added 1 packet of orange metamucil which is good for digestion, healthy blood sugar levels, heart healthy lowering cholesterol, controls your appetite, it is sugar free. Delicious. I can not wait to try the other variations you showed us. Thank you. I love that the smoothie portion was just enough.

Within five minutes from seeing this recipe my lovely Thai wife and I are enjoying the banana smoothie.
I served it with the secret ingredient, love and affection, making 5 in all.

Oh god that intro was the best and I’m laughing while writings. When using a real orange or clementine, you have the pulp to deal with…. or chew which will not make a creamy consistency. My kids acted like I gave them poison so I would skip orange unless you’re an old timer that likes pulp

This sounds good but don’t need colouring and I would leave out icecream tho nice and freeze your bananas will help make it more smoothy and a little less milk
