  • I do the Something Similar, just in greater quantity, lol. And with some additional potent stuff. I do: Two Large Bananas, 3/4 Cup Oats, about Two Heaping Tb spoons of Peanut butter, 2 Tb spoons of Hemp Seeds, 1 Tb spoon Flax seeds, 1 or 2 Tb spoons of Pure honey. 1 & 1/2 Cups Almond Milk. But this usually go as ✌ servings for me though. One on Spot, and the next, the following day.

  • For the people that are saying this is too sweet it has too many calories. It’s a smoothie or milkshake either way it’s supposed to be sweet. U wouldn’t want a bland banana smoothie now would u. People are slow

  • Rice milk soya milk almond milk all these milks are hybrid they are not alkaline so you don’t know what you’re talking about

A better way would be Bananas milk ice(optional) and sugar and its actually a smoothie not a milkshake

  • Ok that’s a milkshake. Just a straight up milkshake. Ice cream and milk (even with other stuff) is a milkshake. That’s my opinion though. Does taste nice can’t lie

  • I like to add ground hemp seed, flaxseed or chia seed (or a combination of all) to get some added protein (basically a vegan protein shake) (hemp seeds and chia seeds containing all the essential amino acids) (proteins)

  • This recipe is great! It’s a perfect mix of banana, orange, and yogurt! I recommended using Danimals as yogurt, but different flavors.

  • Mate thanks so much! Was wondering what I could do without yogurt and found out you could substitute honey in your recipe with pure cane syrup (literally the syrup of sugarcane for those unaware) and some sugar for sweetness and it works perfectly.

  • I’ve added Banana Creme Yogurt, 2 TBS raw, organic honey, walnuts and ice and 3 to 4 oz of skim milk. Have also made it without the yogurt and have added blueberries and strawberries……………just made one tonight with a frozen banana. It was hard to peel it while frozen. Maybe it can be frozen after peeling it?? You better have some heavy duty straws if using frozen banana’s. I prefer the blue straws from Culvers. I am also using a Magic Bullet, not a blender so the contents is less

  • What quantity of yogurt and milk do I add though? It’s all well and good saying to add those ingredients, but not telling us how much means we won’t get the optimal consistency.

  • i still sing this while making smoothies omg i am so childish xD but ” it feels right” so not shaking it all up and not sing it xd

  • This smoothie is amazing! I did add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed. For more fiber I added 1 packet of orange metamucil which is good for digestion, healthy blood sugar levels, heart healthy lowering cholesterol, controls your appetite, it is sugar free. Delicious. I can not wait to try the other variations you showed us. Thank you. I love that the smoothie portion was just enough.

  • Hey this is a very good banana smoothie recipe. I love banana myself but I don’t take dairy so I would replace the yogurt.
I also have loads of video tutorials and recipes with banana and other fruits and I would love it if you check it out and let me know what you think.:)

  • I am subscribed to your channel. Good work you so on here. However, watching your videos these days is about discouraging because I usually would leave youtube and fo to another website to get the ingredients. It is really tiring because I have to watch and then exit and come back. I really can’t be doing that. I dont even progress with watching a video to the end if the ingredients are not listed in the description box and can only be sounded on a website. Once I open such video, I simply close it without watching further.

  • For over six months I make my overnight oats with cup of rolled oats, a little cinnamon and ginger, three dried apricots, two dried dates, and add the milk you love, I adore cashew or hazelnut… In the morning I add some more milk, and some sliced apples and a few flakes almonds, the best breakfast if you don’t own a blender Paula 65 in UK x

  • I both love and hate this anime. I love it because…well LOOK AT IT! But I HATE the powerpuff girls style (I don’t know what else to compare it to, cuz I can’t stand that art style).

  • For anyone who needs it.
    1 medium to large Banana
    1 cup Plant Based Milk
    1/4 cup Oats (any kind)
    1 tbsp Maple
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • Well, I am 75 years old and never made a smoothie of my own until now! I had two over ripe bananas about to throw away. So I say, why not look on the Internet; after all, that is the place I do research on absolutely anything else.
Within five minutes from seeing this recipe my lovely Thai wife and I are enjoying the banana smoothie.
I served it with the secret ingredient, love and affection, making 5 in all.
We will probably have another one later!!

  • The only thing about smoothies is that my metabolism is a little fast I will get super hungry after about two hours and suggestions?

  • Nice I have a ninja blender I won a few years ago always trying different thing never thought of using oats I use frozen bananas though.

  • Thanks a lot for this easy recipe. Besides myself, my partner really likes it! I used oat milk and frozen bananas and honey instead. But its really nice and tasty!!

  • Thanks to this video, now I know an anime that I will wait for season 2. FOREVER. Thank you for all. Thank you.(it will never be created)

  • Oh god that intro was the best and I’m laughing while writings. When using a real orange or clementine, you have the pulp to deal with…. or chew which will not make a creamy consistency. My kids acted like I gave them poison so I would skip orange unless you’re an old timer that likes pulp

ok so I watched this right after making a banana smoothie
It’s right next to me RN
i put in milk, a lil sugar, and a banana.

So much healthier and plus, I don’t get this it’s a milkshake u added ice cream. also I feel like this is to extra
Oh and buy reusable straws they are made out of like metal OR, YA KNOW YOU COULD SIP IT FROM THE CUP instead of using more plastic

  • I know this recipe was 4 years ago! I’m sending a shout out from the future 8/2020. I thank you for sharing! It might be an oldie but it’s a goodie I just made this and the taste gave me a profound joyous sensation. I appreciate you for sharing. Thank you

  • This sounds good but don’t need colouring and I would leave out icecream tho nice and freeze your bananas will help make it more smoothy and a little less milk
