Mixed Berry Spinach Salad With Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Video taken from the channel: Tasty

For the Blueberry-Spinach Salad: 4 cups (120 grams) baby spinach 1/2 cup (50 grams) cucumbers, sliced 1/2 cup (80 grams) canned low-sodium chickpeas, rinsed (certified gluten-free if necessary). This Brain Power Salad (Spinach Salad with Salmon, Avocado and Blueberries) is full of delicious ingredients that you and your brain will love! Scale 1x 2x 3x Ingredients. Toss spinach, blueberries, blue cheese, and candied pecans in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently; serve immediately.

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients; toss with dressing. Editor’s Note To toast nuts, bake in a shallow pan in a 350° oven for 5-10 minutes or cook in a skillet over low heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Ingredients.

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

4 cups spinach and arugula salad mix. 1 cup fresh blueberries (about 1/2 pint) 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans. This one is so delicious and simple! Add spinach to a bowl. Chop your pecans (or leave them whole!), throw in some blueberries, dried cranberries (I like the low-sugar kind), feta, and toss.

Shake up your dressing in a jar – water, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Pour over salad and serve!Description – spinach salad with blueberries, nuts and red onion, dressed with special mojito dressing. Assemble each salad by starting with a couple handfuls of greens then topping with blueberries, pecans and thinly sliced apple. Add a few tablespoons of feta to each salad then drizzle with dressing and enjoy.

Place the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and maple syrup and EVOO if using in your salad bowl. Add crumbled feta, blueberries and ½ the almonds, finishing with the spinach and torn mint. Toss carefully to combine, so that all the dressing is well dispersed.

Rain those remaining almonds over top. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and blueberries. Place the first six dressing ingredients in a blender; cover and process until pureed.

While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Just before serving, drizzle salad with.

I joke, but this looks good aside from the red onion. I may leave that out and give it a go, though I will be adding some grilled chicken.

It’s really impressive and I’d like to serve it to guests. I’d like to serve it from your bowl…..the presentation is gorgeous. Hope all is well in Florida! On Easter Sunday, I was wearing a sleeveless dress and sandals. Today, it snowed! Have a good one! Luv Julia

  • Everyone in the comments going “FRUITS in my salad. ARE YOU INSANE?!” “Ew strawberries and balsamic????!?” And have probably never tried the flavour combination. The strawberries add a fresh taste while cancelling out some of the acidity and sour taste of the balsamic. Its actually delicious I just made a batch. 10/10 would recommend.

  • amazing sald Lynn. I love so much! All the ingredients go so well together and the dressing is perfect for it.

    Have a great week!

    Love,
