  • I have never seen marscapone cheese in the store before but i heard its good in lasagna too. First time i heard about it was from working at an italian restaurant

  • I don’t bake. Ever. Always just buy cakes. Your recipes and videos are very easy to follow & I really like that you don’t need too much equipment (as I don’t have much of that haha). Anyways this cake is the first I have ever tried making myself and it came out way better than expected. Thank you so much and keep the videos coming

  • Wow, a really great channel! Please please please make more videos/food which are diabetes friendly really need that for my family appreciate each your video

  • Omg! Such a good use of pudding mix!!! I keep sharing your website with everyone at my gym… They are excited too:D keep up the good work, my friend!

  • I have just discovered Over-night Oats thanks to a friend of mine. Thank you for this very simpler recipe, I know it is old, but still very good, thanks! Changed my recipe around a bit, but that’s the fun of these; I make mine in the morning, about 6 AM-ish, then place in the fridge for a fast and easy dinner when I come home around 9:30 PM. These have been fun to make, mixing in different fruits (apples and blueberries are current favs) and adding different spices each time. Thanks a lot!

  • Hi.. New friend here, kindly visit also my channel and became friends i love also cooking and making dessert. Lets support each other

  • Subscribed. What a beautiful healthy alternative to cheesecake. My daughter just put a request in for cheesecake and I want to see if anyone notices your “heathy” option!!

  • Well done Sasha! Love this channel It took me a while to find something healthy but affordable and easy to make. Looking forward to see more videos
All the best with your work, keep rocking

  • you should put in there how much the meal you make costs!! That would be amazing! By the way I made the Peanut Butter Cups and they were pretty damn good! Thanks for all the videos!!

  • Substitutions to make Pumpkin “Pie” Overnight Oat Parfait (Haven’t tried it yet; just came up with it in my head):

Layer 1 (bottom): Pumpkin-spice flavored instant Oatmeal packets + low-fat milk.
Layer 2 (middle): Crushed graham crackers/ ginger bread.
Layer 3 (top): Canned pumpkin puree + cinnamon + brown sugar + low-fat yogurt (+ crushed walnuts/ pumpkin seeds).

  • The words ‘healthy’ and cheesecake dont exactly go well together…….but am I the one who seriously doesnt give a damn? HAND IT OVER ANYWAY:-)

  • I need to try making this myself because a couple years ago i used to make/bake cheesecake from scratch thing is i bought this powder in a pouch that helps with the texture process come out as in the store including taste, the crust i used to use cereals or graham crushed.

  • I can’t make it without adding a little…. just a dab… of soft whipped cream cheese… so I’m not a failure and have to feed it to the fish in the canal here in Freeport, NY!!

  • Made it this morning and have we just tried it. It is more than approved. We are suppriced how delicious it is with those ingredients. I used 4% cottage cheese.
If am not master in a kitchen but still find it easy to make. I used black current as the topping. It has higher acidty and I prefer that. Thanks for sharing and you have a new fanRegards, Peter Denmark PS thank you for useing “grams”

  • why are you so awkward LOL
    add some coconut milk ↗
    then add some water ↗
like you always sound like you’re questioning hehe
but i like your vids LOL

  • Derek, it would be awesome if you could tell us about a website or recipe book where we can find how to buy or prepare some of these ingredients (For example, the cheesecake pudding is difficult to find, at least here in Spain, but i guess i can make some homemade one)…

Also when are you going to write a recipee book? Here’s one spaniard that would buy it without any doubt.

  • This is very inspiring and fantastic healthier dessert. I’ve just started a new recipe & cocktail channel but this style this amazing. Great editing & voice over. Well done, I’ve subscribed & look forward to following you

  • Funny bcause the first time i boiled and ate oatmeal in years, i had raspberries and vanilla yougurt so i mixed the two and some cinnamon, and it was so yummy. Not im going to try these overnight oats

  • Hey, I love all your recipes! But I have a request, is it possible to have a healthy version of madelines? Or will that forever remain my fantasy

  • I made this the other day. My springform pan was bigger than the pan you used for the recipe. So I had to double the ingredients. I did not care for the recipe. Did not like the taste. I like my desserts sweeter. So I will not be making this again.☹

  • Great recipe (one of the best we have seen on youtube)… We also made eggless Pancakes with berries sauce, more like mixed berries sauce & paired it with Blueberry Mojito…

  • Hi
I had a request, could please make a recipe for buttermilk cookies from the movie ‘First cow’. Incase you haven’t seen the movie, please do. It’s a very calm easy paced movie and it circles around those buttermilk cookies that the cook makes using batter in oil (I think).
    Thanks

And freeze in the freezer for 1 hour or 30 minutes..

  • Have you ever made tortillas out of chickpea flour, peanut flour, and white wheat flour? I have the dry mix done at all times, and all you need is a nonstick crepe pan, and….wraps any time:)

  • How is this healthy using marscapone cheese? Substitute ricotta or cottage cheese, now that’s living a healthier lifestyle. Just sayin.

  • I tried it this morning and it was amazing!  Especially with the blueberries.

  • Try microwaving any protein oatmeal an additional 30 sec after mixing, it thickens it up and makes it like pudding once it cools a little, so delicious!

  • there’s no such thing as a healthy cheese cake if you’re using dairy products which are full of naturally occurring female hormones of pregnancy. not to mention the artery clogging heart disease-promoting saturated fat and cholesterol. It’s highly misleading and dangerous to tell people this is healthy. It is very far from it.

  • Another good recipe as always. Could you make something with pesto? I love pesto but am having a hard time fitting it in my macros.

  • Love Amsterdam, NL. It’s weird that people just go there strictly to smoke weed (nothing wrong with that, I just didn’t), the whole town is beautiful and amazing to walk through.

  • I tweaked this recipe a little and did fat free sugar free Butterscotch pudding instead of the cheesecake and I left out the cream cheese and added Waldens sugar free caramel sauce drizzled on top and it was amazing!! The macros were the same with even less fat! Thanks for giving me the base recipe. Try it out I’m sure you’ll have a video on it in no time.

  • So finally be came a video. So great! Thanks for the recipe, as I told you, some like this would be perfect, isn’t not a bar but is ok.

  • Yummers a no bake no cheese no blue no berry no cake cake. I want to freeze dry this and vacum seal it and this will be the sexist doorstop on amazon

  • The water that was added looked rather murky and not that transparent… other than that top recipe and keep up the awesome videos dude
