Topping: •2 cups greek yogurt. •blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, cherries. •raw brazil nuts, almonds, raw walnuts, dried black currant, dried cranberry. Directions. 1. Mash the blueberries at the bottom of a cup or a mason jar. Preferably a mason jar. 2. layer all the other ingredients on top of the blueberries. Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, extracts, maple syrup, butter, and eggs until combined. Next, stir in the baking powder and oats, followed by 1/3 c almonds and 1 1/2 c blueberries. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan and sprinkle the remaining berries and almonds.
In mason jar combine oats, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in ½ cup blueberries. Top with remaining ½ cup blueberries and sliced almonds. Refrigerate 4 hours-overnight.
Stir and enjoy!Evenly divide about a 1/2 cup of the blueberry yogurt into four small glass jars or cups, spoon a bit of the oat mixture into each jar as well, then continue layering the yogurt and oats until the jars are full. How many days can you keep “overnight oats” in the fridge? Would they go bad/too soggy if you dont eat them right the next morning? (Sorry, not so familiar with Western breakfast preps)
