BREAKFAST QUESADILLAS 3 Easy Ways

Video taken from the channel: Natashas Kitchen

¾ Cup Mozzarella Cheese ¾ Cup Cheddar Cheese 4 Slices Bacon 3 Eggs ⅛ Cup Diced Tomato 1 Tbsp Green Onion. Melt remaining butter in the skillet and add a tortilla, buttered-side down. Layer with 1/4 of the cheese, 1/2 of the eggs and 1/2 of the bacon. Top with 1/4 of the cheese and a tortilla, buttered-side. Crack an egg into the centre, sprinkle with bacon, cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Fold the tortilla over and cook for 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. I usually cook 2 in the skillet. Flip, turning over the folded edge (i.e. Pour eggs into a small skillet and scramble over low heat. Remove eggs to small bowl and cover with tin foil.

In the same skillet put one of the burrito shells down. Top with scramble eggs, cheese and bacon bits. To assemble the quesadillas, place a tortilla on a buttered griddle or skillet over medium-low heat. Add a layer of cheese, a layer of cooked veggies, a layer of bacon slices, a layer of eggs, a layer of avocado, and another layer of cheese. Top with a second tortilla.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add eggs; cook and stir over medium heat until completely set. Place.

Lay out 4 tortillas on a flat surface or greased baking sheet and top with pinchful of shreddedcheese, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, distributed evenly among the tortillas. Add a pinchful more cheese and then top with the remaining 4 tortillas. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping once after about 8-9 minutes. Place a tortilla on the griddle.

Spoon one-fourth of the eggs over half of the tortilla. Top with one-fourth of the bacon and one-fourth of the cheese. Fold the bare part of the tortilla over the top of the ingredients. Soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, chipotle peppers, cheese, and spinach, all stuffed into flour tortillas and cooked until golden. Top these.

Breakfast quesadillas are the easiest one-pan breakfast and take just minutes to make. Change up the egg quesadillas with your favorite protein. Watch the video tutorial to see how we made them with breakfast sausage, bacon, and sliced deli ham.

  • Feeding drunk friends is hella mood (update) get you ass here we going I swear they all of sudden became master I can taste the salt is this butter

  • So you don’t need to flip the egg? You just flip it when the egg is not runny on the top and you add the tortilla on top and flip?

  • Oh my God I love you…. Thank you found your channel now. I’m sure this gonna be a new favorite breakfast of My kids… Love it….❤️❤️❤️

  • My mother LOVES your recipes. She makes your dishes and raves about it. She says you make her smile, and I thank you for it. Cheers.

  • I like your channel your food is so good i try to cook most of your food my family like your food you are the best i see on youtube

  • Watching this during this hard times, me and my family have COVID-19 we are all weak. I can’t smell nor taste food:(
I just watch your vids and they make me feel better <3

  • Two things i learned about myself. 1. Id gladly watch a youtube channel of a pov guy getting drunk and making drunk creations and 2.seeing all that food in his fridge makes me want to try harder

  • Delicious you are good at cooking i just found your channel, your amazing , and i also just subscribed to get notifications

  • Esta muy bueno tu canal, hay muy buenas recetas fáciles y rápido de hacer pero debieras deponer una traducción para los que no hablamos Inglés.

  • i just found your channel today, im moving into my first apartment soon and have no idea how to cook and your videos have me eager to start!!!:) i just subscribed. i love your energy and your recipes!!!!:)

  • I used gammon too or if it’s loin I don’t really know, just added some veg a aaand…. Breakfast well done! My guys loved it! Thank you x x

  • Question:
When you put the tortilla on the eggs at 1:42 was the tortilla partially cooked on one side or did you put it on with it just being room temperature?

  • Where do you get your eggs? Those yolks are beautiful! Do you get them from a farm? I usually never see yolks with that deep of an orange color

  • Quesadillas are good any time and there are so many variations. Breakfast quesadillas are especially good. I spice them up with some fresh green chiles or even use chorizo in place of bacon.

  • Steve do u have an email because you send on your s’mores video that I sent a photo with me walking up a isle what was that about?

  • So… I adore your kitchen colors. Those are my house colors too; white, natural wood, blue & yellow. And I have the same Corelle plates too. LOL.

  • Beer for breakfast. Nice.

    Eggs, cheese, breakfast of champions.

Top work bbq fit boys. Simply top work for last 12yrs. Been a fan for 8 yrs now.

  • As a mexican I can tell you there are really no rules when making a quesadilla, just add whatever you fancy and this looks delicious! your pronunciation is fine also! I love your channel!

  • Well it must be morning there. You are cooking breakfast. I hear it is also winter there…I am hot and tired. you are cool and well rested. I love the way you fracture the word.  Too funny. Thanks Steve. Maybe in the morning….I have salsa to put on mine…hee hee hee. Jealous? We call that kind of bacon, Canadian Bacon….

  • You definitely pronounce things differently, but that’s not a bad thing. It’s just how you grew up. If people are going to get mad about it, they clearly aren’t good people.

  • Made the sausage ones this morning and they are so delicious! Your method is so much better than the one I used earlier, make the tortilla very crispy.

  • Thanx for sharing this breakfast recipe, I tried a new quesadilla recipe in my cafe in Japan that you’d probably laugh at, but what is food without innovation. Boneless chicken thighs ( because it’s more tender than breast ) and the same price where I live. The filling is quite simple, cheese and chicken, the chicken is cooked with taco seasoning, I make my own seasoning as it’s cheaper and it only takes from 9 to 10 easily obtained herbs and spices. The different part is that I add Greek tzakziki sauce to it. I know it sounds strange, but it works.

  • Never Never a dull or boring BBQ video love it only in the U.S OF A. from down south in Texas BFFB

  • Amazing, gonna try this Quesadilla anytime soon. “Lord have mercy”
PS: This time no one apologized for eating in front of viewers, i assume its PM special tricks & abilities

  • That not a quesadilla…
    That’s a Cake quesadilla…
    Thanks for the lesson gentlemen..
    Will try this weekend.
    Great video.
    ✌

  • Am I the only one that made this? I was outside at 430 this morning getting it going. I have off this week but the gf had to be up for work. I saw this last night and had to make it.

It tastes as good as it looks! I recommend going heavy on the cheese. Thumbs up on this one, it could be a signature dish at a restaurant.

  • Just when I thought you topped yourself, I viewed this eye opener.  This is “MUY BUENO”.  I wonder what other delicious gems I will find when I watch the rest of your presentations.  I still think you should have your own television series.

  • tasty:) though I would probably cut the amount of egg and cheese in half.
still… gorgeous breakfast idea, especially when your in a hurry to get to uni and know your gonna miss lunch:D

  • GIRL WHEN YOU SAID IT COULD TRIGGER SEZIURES I THOUGHT YOU WERE EXAGGERATING YALL REALLY OUT HEAR FLASHING LIGHTS LIKE A FLASHLIGHT

  • Steve, made this for my boys today. They loved loved loved. So genuis using plate to flip over. Such ‘small’ things make your channel special. I am always on the lookout for lunchbox alternatives and this is just perfect for my boys! Other lunchbox recipes most welcome Steve! Thank u for sharing <3

  • Out of all the yummy food you make Ms farideh you are the most apatiezing of all dishes. Yes I said it, I have eyes for you and think you are absolutely beautiful. And it’s more your personality that makes you so attractive. I mean you are beautiful but ur personality makes you that much more attractive. You seem very real and I don’t get that your putting on a front for the camera. I feel like what you see if you on camera is how you really be are in person. So there it is. You are my crush Andi think you are gorgeous . Watching your cooking show is very enjoyable. Your funny and I’ve learned a few tricks in the kitchen from you which has improved my home cooking. Thank you

  • Dear Lord that looks spectacular.  I wish I had one right now.
And I just love the flipping technique you used.
You wouldn’t believe some of the messes I’ve made trying to flip my quesadillas.
Stuff flying everywhere….I’m surprised I never thought of that considering I use that flipping technique often in other dishes.  Don’t I feel stupid now.:)

  • Damn, that Le Creuset pot on the shelf in the background, sure can use some bar keepers friend. Shit, even Ajax works on this shit. Use it all the time on mine and they are pristine.

  • I’m confused. I thought the same spatula you used for the raw meat could not be used once the meat is cooked. You are supposed to handle the cooked meat with a different spatula.

  • -Get two tortillas
-Break up a square of swiss cheese into pieces
-Break up a square of cheddar cheese into pieces
-Put the cheese on one tortilla, spread it out evenly
-Add two packs of mild taco bell hotsauce to the same tortilla
-Put the other tortilla on top of the one with cheese and hotsauce on it
    -Stove on Medium heat
-A generous amount of olive oil in a pan
    -Pan on the stove
    -Quesadilla in the pan
-Wait for the first side to turn golden-colored and crispy
    -Flip the Quesadilla
-Add a little more olive oil
-Wait for the second side to turn golden-colored and crispy
-Take the Quesadilla off of the pan and put it on a cutting board
    -Cut the Quesadilla into eighths
-Put the cut Quesadilla on a large plate with Sour Cream and, optionally, guacamole

This is my depressing quesadilla recipe that I make around 3-4 times a week at 11 pm when I’m hungry
If you’re very hungry with nothing else to make though, it lowkey slaps
Sometimes I also add Velvedda, its optional though

  • Nice recipe and execution Christy. Pizza cutter that’s a great trick for cutting Quesadillas without shredding them as I often do! Ordering one stat!!

  • This looks soooo good, I will bee making this soon as well! I love me some braves and like to catch a few games a year, I thing I need to expand my trip to braves games and eating at Christys kitchen!!! Great video!

  • who chose that music near the end? holy 80’s…i thought Greatest American Hero was going to crash land on the set! is A-Man-da a UFC fighter?

  • Your armpits are sweaty because you are eating really unhealthy, ask your doctor and get it checked please.
Thumbs up so she can see please.

  • Hello Natasha first you are so cute & gorgeous ☺️ & this recipe is one of my favorite ☺️ & looks so tempting ☺️ wow my mouth get watery ☺️ moreover I just loved your presentation it’s AWESOME happy cooking ✌️☺️✌️ from India

  • Omgosh where has this been my whole life. I’ve never thought or seen anyone put cream cheese in their eggs. I’m making this for my family this morning. Thank you for sharing your recipe, I got a feeling this is going to become a regular for my household.

  • i nearly shit myself when i saw how smooth you were cutting that bacon! i’ve been cooking since i was 5 years old and i still ain’t that smooth with a knife

  • You know how to enjoy the grill brother, my favorite is I apologize for eating in front of you but we call that the pit master’s privilege lol

  • What was the point of washing the bacon grease off of the pan if he was just going to pour bacon grease back on it as soon as it was clean?

  • This is the first recipe I’ve seen that I think i can actually do that will taste good thats more than just a tortilla and some cheese

  • I feel bad for all the people watching this who don’t even know how to make a quesadilla… one of the easiest quickest foods to make. Smfh
