Ingredients 1slicewhole grain bread, toasted (1.5 oz) 1ozmashed, 1/4 small haas avocado cooking spray 1large egg kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Avocado toast takes a step up with sourdough toast, fresh avocado, seasoning, and a just-a-little-bit-runny egg for a hearty yet healthy breakfast sandwich. Breakfast is a big deal around my house.

  • What a fun young man to watch in the kitchen. Good commentary and tips, and I so want to try this colorful meal! First step, buy some avocado (will be the first time I’ve ever bought an avocado) and lemon!

  • Just realized he was Jewish so cool. I mean who would have guessed he was. I just saw his little hat thing on he top of his head and I thought wait that is like a Jewish hat they have to wear. I love how he is such a good cook as well. ����

  • I made this dish. It is off the charts good! Hint: Don’t refrigerate the tomato salad. The flavors intensify 10x at room temperature!
