    I did (of course) leave in too many seeds and it’s quite hot…��…but I still have more of the other ingredients and might just whip up a second portion without the jalapeños and mix them. I’m sure I will have no trouble eating twice the amount!

I guess I never had a good mango, but yeah, I can only eat them frozen! �� But these recipes look too delicious!   • My husband and I made the jelly and it turned out great. The ghee did not separate for us but it wasn’t necessary. Cooked the mixture for around 40 mins in total. We cut them into small pieces and rolled them in caster sugar to make jujubes. Thanks for this great recipe!

  • I have plenty mangoes, foster clerks powered whipping cream and blender for mangoes. I don’t have hand blender to whip the cream and condensed milk. Can I use my regular blender to beat the whipping cream?
