    I did (of course) leave in too many seeds and it’s quite hot…��…but I still have more of the other ingredients and might just whip up a second portion without the jalapeños and mix them. I’m sure I will have no trouble eating twice the amount!

  • My husband and I made the jelly and it turned out great. The ghee did not separate for us but it wasn’t necessary. Cooked the mixture for around 40 mins in total. We cut them into small pieces and rolled them in caster sugar to make jujubes. Thanks for this great recipe!

  • Thanks for the video Caitlin! I live in Scotland and here mangoes are very expensive! And they’re always very hard (they’re sold with the label “Ripen at home”), and then you wait for them to get ripe and then they finally feel ripe and you cut them open and they’ve gone bad inside…Same happens with avocados too. It’s rubbish:( Also our summer temperature here is usually around 15C (59F), so no chance of growing mangos here lol.
