  • OMG! I am always looking for different ways to make salmon. The brown sugar/ citrus zest sounds Amazing! I’m a little bit unsure about the cauliflower salad because my stomach sometimes can’t take cauliflower, but I am willing to try this! You make everything look absolutely delicious!

  • I had the Alfredo chicken in bell peppers. Oh my god it was amazing. Just ate the last of it and enjoyed every bite. Your chili from your book is also crazy good!! I’ve been making a bunch of the recipes

  • omg healthy chicken is an OXYMORON. Animal foods are responsible for various cancers and type 2 diabetes and heart disease… these 2 words do not belong in a title together wtactualf

  • Love this and all your other meal prep videos. Would love to see one that is adjusted for when you’re injured or unwell and not able to get workouts in for a couple of weeks would be great to have some guilt free options for during those times!

  • Dying that chicken moment was too real. In the mean time I bet I could do stuffed peppers with my chicken and curry/yogurt mixture. I’ll have to try that soon. Thanks for the idea.

  • I think I’ll sub out the heavy cream/coconut oil for some 2% Greek yogurt in those stuffed peppers. It is Taco Tuesday! All I’ve got is ground turkey. That’ll have to do!

  • Hi Rachel! Loved the video and I am definitely going to try some of these out! Could you please tell me how you store your containers after you’ve cooked the meals? Do you simply keep them in the fridge and eat them up throughout the week or do you put half in the freezer? Also, how many days do these last you? Thanks!

  • YAYYYY!! I miss these videos! Hi @rachelaust Congrats on your new place and your new haircut! Super excited to get started with new meal preps. Thank you!!

  • Proud of you.I would love if my son looks same as you do and speaks perfect English like you.

And ya recipe is simple and easy and tasty too.

  • All you vegans can sit the heck down this Chanel isn’t just for you it’s to share healthy recipes and some vegan and sustainable content it’s not just vegan if you are vegan then you don’t need to watch in the title it clearly states that these are CHICKEN recipes so why did y’all even click

  • Girlfriend dont wanna tell you how to live your life but your living life on the edge please put a wet cloth under your cutting board to stabilize it and stop it from sliding.

  • For all those getting upset over vegans stating they thought this was a vegan channel, you have to put it into context. The channel is packed with 99% vegan recipes, plus a video by the founder stating why she went vegan and how she realised when she posts a recipe with meat in it, she was responsible for all the meat then bought by those watching the video to replicate it, so she didn’t want to be the cause of that after she had seen what was going on in the factory farms and the immense suffering it causes to those animals.

This really sends out a mixed message when those of us who are vegan then see a video for chicken on this channel, we’ve all seen enough animal cruelty to be traumatised by it and the last thing we want is to support a channel promoting it.

  • This is not a vegan channel, jesus.
The worker even say this channel is about healthy decision not entirely vegan. They don’t even claim this is a vegan channel in the description of the channel
And a little bit of cheese is not going to kill you.

  • Here are the Macros for this meal prep:

20.7 grams of fat per meal

  • What the hell i thought this was vegetarian/vegan only! I hate this because I love Merle’s videos but I don’t want to be seeing chicken carcasses on my feed!

  • Chicken smothered in cheese isn’t healthy. Why is there vegan things on this channel. I think you’re confusing vegan with plant based. Change the titles accordingly.

  • Yes the people. Thought I would smash out a shreddy meal prep since I don’t think I’ve done one that was specifically low calorie yet. Also thinking of re-doing the “one pan bulking meals” video but for cutting meals… what do we think? Let me know by bumming that ‘like’ button’s head in. Thanks, and enjoy!

  • Joe I’m finally getting a apartment for school this year and cook all my meals go my self, can’t wait to try these 2 out. I’d love to see more of these videos❤️ love the vids keep em coming

  • Yeah, but how do you CUT the chicken breasts??? Instructions unclear, I tried putting the chicken through my paper shredder and it completely ruined it.

  • Love these meal prep videos! Lots of good inspiration, will definitely try out the turkey meatball recipe.
Also….”meat nappy” had me laughing .

  • Just because you bought say a 1kg pack of turkey mince doesn’t mean you’ll get 1kg about 300g or more cooks of as fat and water, and cooking things to this extent degrades the nutrients, then microwaving them gee you may as well start over.

  • One advice by me that many of you know as well. Dont cook on aluminium foil as it is cancerous material. Use it only to cover food so it wont get burnt but dont cook on it. You can use non stick paper instead. Please have that in mind. Its not a joke and i bet you know it very well.

  • Meal prepped these meals today! So far had the taco salad so good and having the Greek yogurt with lemon curd and almonds delish! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️

  • People are complaining it’s not vegan, my issue is that all the recipes are on chicken breast… What about the thighs? You can’t just eat the breasts people…

  • Dude! Your rock! I love all your videos. While I am not a guy that goes to the gym, I love to prep for the week and get tons of ideas form your videos, thank you!

  • The yougurt and Tahini is nice, I would recommend adding alittle bit of salt and minced garlic though, just the traditional Mediterranean way.

  • Everything you just made is less than my daily calorie allowance, and i mean all 10 meals in only one day. This is definitely gonna get people shredded!

  • You can roast sweet potatoes and cauliflower from raw. Boiling extracts nutrients, but I suppose you could drink the resulting broth haha

  • Honestly, YOU’RE FAT! Something is not right in your diet. I follow you from thousand follower. When you move into new house with bf. Now u have belly already.

  • I actually follow you on IG and I don’t know why I didn’t think to look for your YouTube channel but thank God I found it.
    Thanks for the video
I actually love chicken Alfredo an miss it so I’ll definitely be trying that out

  • Hey! my names Michael from California! i subscribed when you said one GLUG of olive oil. had me laughing with you, you a legend. ty for this video, ill be making it all this week!

  • Bobby! I made this last night! So perfect for my work week lunch. BUUTT…. i took 1 bite of the roasted cauliflower, and I ended up eating half of the tray!!! It was sooooo good! I’m addicted.

  • One of the best meals that I got from you a while back, genuinely get excited for in the morning, is Skyr yoghurt and All Bran. It’s not the cheapest but my god does that set you up for the day. My poo’s are as solid as my bicep!

  • Not kidding. I have tried many recipes from youtube and this is the first one which turned out to be perfect. (others were semi-edible or less). Thanx alot

  • New trade deal made by Government will allow lower food standards into UK. Chlorinated/bleached chicken now allowed from USA. This chicken is processed in China and travels back to USA. This trade deal is all about the money and is blatant disregard for our health.

  • How are you able to eat potatoes and carbs without gaining weight? it seems like the only thing that works for me is keto and I’m honestly so over it if anyone has any tips, please let me know!

  • Please don’t wipe your herb tubes against the chicken to get the excess off, you don’t want rotten chicken juice sitting all over them

  • I love the lemon curd and yoghurt idea ✨ I’ll save myself some time running to the shops and make the thermomix lemon curd now because it only takes 9 minutes. Thank you for these recipe ideas

  • Love these videos! Also a slightly damp paper towel or kitchen towel under your cutting board to prevent it from sliding around:)

  • During this lockdown only thing we can do is to watch chicken recipe videos and enjoy them…Haven’t eaten meat since March 2020

  • SO excited to try this recipe out! My family and I have been making this salad for years with potatoes, best way to describe it as Lithuanian Potato Salad or better known as “White Salad” in Lithuanian. Super pumped about the Eastern Europe inspiration but healthy flare!!:)

  • Hey Bobby, two q’s:
    1) I have an allergy to orange, can we use lime zest instead?
    2) I don’t believe we have grapseed oil in Australia, what other oils can we use?

  • This maybe is a little OffTopic but I must point out that I love your introduction. The way you introduce yourself and your video always is so welcoming, and it maybe is a bit quirky but I like how you pronounce your name:)

Thank you so much for sharing so many tasty and healthy recipes and tips and tricks on how to cook and prep. You really helo me lots!

  • Wow Rachel! You are looking great! You’ve inspired me and have been consistently going to the gym for about 4 months and not planning on stopping anything soon! I truly appreciate it I had really bad cystic acne and switching over to a more healthier lifestyle has helped my confidence beyond measure ❤️

  • Joey D, I feel like people here aren’t appreciating / asking enough about this but where are those stackable steaming pots from?? genius

  • I have been looking to cook healthier for my family without having to invest in Blue Apron. So glad I found your channel, it’s cable quality on my YouTubeRed budget (I can also watch you alongside my other favorite content creators! This is democratization of the media at its best!)

  • good one bro. but that non-stick tawa of yours is no more a non-stick tawa. the food is super tasty and right amount for gym goers. but the amount of poison added from that tawa will make the food dangerous than doing any good.

  • Healthy food doesnt involve oil and surely not refined oil. Our used engine oils are better than refined oil. Prefer to use cold pressed oils if hou really want to use out

  • I tried this recipe today and it’s my GO TO from now on! Super simple Super Tasty! This was my first chicken recipe I cooked alone and turned out amazing Thank you for sharing

  • protein content in 400 gm chicken is 40gm only?
As per my knowledge 100 gm chicken hv 27gm protein
let me know if m missing anything

  • Eating chicken everyday? Does anyone here even care about the hormones ingested into the body?
Cities in India have mostly factory grown chicken which is laden with all sorts of medications and hormones. Consumption of such meat will lead to serious physical and psychological disorders overtime.

  • I saw your video today and tried this for my teen boys it got a huge thumbs up from them for the taste and gets an even bigger one from me for the surprising ease of making it! Have actually never made anything curried which is this simple to make..and low on oil and salt to boot. i’ll be repeating this a lot..that I can say:)….it really is Sokha!

Can you tell us what is your eating routine based off of what you cooked on this video, like when you first wake up, afternoon evening and before you go to sleep? Please I’m sure everyone what’s your know. Thank you!!!
