Extreme diets undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on google since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Watching your very first prep till now, you have important from your greeting! Energy! And even your background decor shows how passionate you and your wife are about this channel! Great job! But of course your recipes are always great!☺️

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really work? I see lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets. But I’m not sure if it is good enough to lost a lot of fat.

  • I heard this diet works and that it is suppose to be 6 times a day,. Is this the amount for one of those 6 meals or is this the amount for 3 meals a day? If it is one of six that would make sense if its about 369 cals. Please let me know.

  • Its still amaze me just how many people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets although lots of people with it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I’ve lost lots of fat.

  • Your enthusiasm in all your videos is great.
Did you always have that much energy when you talk or did that come after the weight loss?

  • Omg i literally bought the same chicken and Sas wondering how many calories there was, and ended up in your video. Thanks for the very detailed one:))))

  • Is there anything I should do if I replace the thighs with breast instead? Like should I add more flavouring or things like that?

Btw will be doing this for my first meal prep ever wish me luck

  • I’m staring my weight loss journey and this is a great thing for me to eat! Simple, quick, cheap! Been having trouble looking for meal plans but this is gunna work! Love chicken, rice, and broccoli! Thank you!

  • I had lost 70 lbs eating chicken rice and broccoli, after having my son, I gained all that wait then some back, I’m getting back on it again to lose that weight again.

  • I am a 32 year old female. I am 190lbs. I want to get weight of kinda fast so I may join the Army guard. Would you be willing to give me a workout and meal plan? I need to get down to 160lbs. Thank you. Love the videos

  • I’m confused with the macros. You said for the rice you measured out 100 grams and your total carbs was 130 calories but on the rice package it says 45 grams is 150 calories so 100 grams would be over 300 calories. Am I confusing something because I would love to eat rice on my diet. I’m tired of sweet potatoes

  • Do you wash your chicken before you cook them? Also, do you cut off any lingering fat off of the chicken? I’m starting my meal prep tomorrow and just wanted to know those details on your cooking. I love the fact that this is affordable and quick to make.

  • this looks like my every day dinner but few tweaks. Brown rice only whole grains are an essential nutrient to consume. Mixed vegetables instead of just broccoli, so that i get carrots, onions, mushrooms etc. and chicken breast i usually just saute in a pan with some spices. SUPER CHEAP. Rice is $1 a week. Frozen veggies for a month is $8/bag at costco and chicken breast for a month is like $16 a bag costco so 28/4 to get $7 a week and $1 per meal. Lunches are prepped too. I make homemade black bean burgers with black or kidney beans, and egg, and some quakers oats and a little seasoning for the patties. They come together beautifully and cook right up in pan with a little olive oil. A can of beans is about 40 cents and makes burgers for the whole week. Throw some spinach on top of it (1.99 for a bag), ketchup and put it in between two slices of whole grain toast ($2.50 for the whole loaf). A side of homemade sweet potato or korean yam wedges (baked) and you’re at less than a dollar per meal for lunch. I also prep my breakfast and make a baked oatmeal for the week and throw in chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, fresh blueberries, and cinnamon. Cut it into squares and enjoy a slice every morning with a cheap cup of home brewed coffee. Breakfast is about 50 cents a meal including coffee. So yea, you can eat super cheap and healthy and wholesome. I am 125 pounds female not trying to bulk or gain weight but stay lean and keep off fat. I limit snacking to once or twice a day and will choose bananas or homemade protein vegan cookies that I make in bulk (no sugar or oil) or unsweetened apple sauce (2 bucks for a huge jar) when Im craving something sweet and an apple with peanut butter when i want something crunchy and filling. I only drink water, unsweetened almond milk, tea, and coffee that I found the best deal for 20 cents a cup. I use a free gym in my apartment and do free exercises from my phone app and youtube. And i live this frugally with a 100k salary so NO I don’t think you need to be ‘broke’ or a student to want to eat like this or live like this. I think it takes a smart person to realize the power in simplicity and desire to be wise with their money and health.

  • Usually eat 2500 a day?You must exercise a lot to stay at your weight,ie a little bit chubby. As for health well the S Koreans have the highest salt intake in the world and the lowest heart attack rate, there another 12 countries with salt intake vastly higher than the US who also have lower heart attack rates.Theres also vast amounts of research showing that intakes of up to 10x what the government advises can be regulated by the body easily but low intake leads to health issues in 6 days.

  • a tip to save the flower at the end:
Put the chicken on a plate a side
put the flower in to a sieve
with the sieve you can now powder the flower over the meat with the amount you need and don’t need to throw away the rest….

  • If you want results. Whether you’re cutting or bulking, this meal will give you for sure result. It’s only hard eating this every day and every meal lol

I honestly thought I would have to spend a lot of money to be healthier. Therefore, this video was very helpful and informative. However, I imagine it’s gonna take me awhile to get used to eating the same thing for 5 days straight, I’m sure I could change veges, but I gotta lose weight, lower my cholesterol and live on a budget❤️

  • everyone complicating there meals and shit, dude the brokoli is prepackaged and shit that sucks, quick tip if you have a rice cooker you can make all your food there, clean and fresh.

  • Thanks for the help!
I was wondering where the rest of your calories come from? Since you work out, I believe you probably eat a bit to fuel your body?

  • Thank you for sharing. I’m on a plateau and I think I’m doing too much in the kitchen, too much ingredients and getting fatigued with planning and weight out. I need simple and clean meals like this. I’m making a list for HEB right now!!

  • I think your oven may need to be replaced. Cooking those chicken breasts at 450 degrees for 45 minutes seems way too hot and way too long. The same amount of chicken in my oven takes around 28 minutes at 350 degrees to hit 165 on a meat thermometer. Just something to think about.

  • Nothing at McDonald’s is healthy. not all calories are equal. Which one do you think would be healthier someone who ate 1000 calories of sugar or someone who ate a 1000 calories of Meat and vegetables? Yes there is Healthy fat. Salt is not bad unless you are using a salt that has been stripped of its minerals and has an anti caking agent added. Ask an ND about health not an MD.

  • Just made this! So delicious! Bought a butternut squash instead of a spaghetti squash instead . Had to make do. Wouldn’t recommend the wet marinade. Work to benefit was not worth it for me! But the yoghurt is delicious!

Just had a big batch of meat come from musclefood including LOTS of chicken breats, want do do some meal prepping but panicking with how long things can keep in fridge.. any helps anyone..thanks:)

  • Just used this to make my chicken for my meal prep tomorrow but the chicken took a bit longer than 3 minutes is it because of the pan I’m using? I did 10 minutes on each side to be safe. Thanks for the helpful tips

  • With 12 bucks, you could have bought 2 romaine lettuce, a bag of onions, some tomatoes, some salad dressing and a dozen eggs and made your own salad for a few days.

  • How well do they reheat though? For example the mozarella chicken, after you remove from the fridge and reheat in microwave, will it still taste good?

  • Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado, mix. Citric acid leeks the avocado
    from browning.

Save the zoodle water, add to stock.

Cornmeal and polenta are different because of the type of corn that is used and the way they are ground.

  • I have tested countless fat reduction weights already but none of them provided me the final results like I acquired using this program. Also I am not feeding on much as I was in the past, I still don’t feel jittery or feel a crash Since utilizing the tactics stipulated in this weight, I shed 15 pounds currently. Google should help you to discover it. Program’s name is below.

  • This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “bodybuilding competition training” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Davidbiy Bodybuilder Tipster (do a search on google )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

  • I already tried this and it wasn’t that great at all. The chicken came out awesome just not the squash. It’s my first time trying the spaghetti squash and it tastes gross. I wouldn’t recommend this recipe if you don’t like squash. I was really hoping it would taste great. Disappointed because I have 5 prepped meals that I’m not going to enjoy eating. I’m on a weight loss diet and eating healthy doesn’t mean it has to be boring. I’m all about taste like he mentioned but this wasn’t it for me. Sorry!

  • Have you ever tried making your own broth? low sodium and to me tastes the exact same, give it a try and see if you want to go back to store bought

  • Hi!! Ok new to this meal prep thing & I’ve just been looking on YouTube for healthy meal choices
Chicken, rice & veg is very very common Why is that?

  • I am so excited, just purchased my first cast iron pan, lemon squeezer, microplane and veggie noodle maker…..Thank you for your channel…

  • I’ve watched several of your videos & I must go shopping tomorrow! I’m going to be making lots of these this coming week (& more!!) I needed some new recipes & I love that yours have a lot of new (to me) ideas, but all techniques are doable! Also the pans & tools you use are things most of us have. I’m super excited I found your channel & my hubby & daughter will be too when I start making these meals!!

  • OK…first things first. Desi, does bobby do dishes and laundry too? Then, I do not like speghetti squash at all. Any sub. suggestions? I watch your videos all the time for fresh, healthy recipes. Hi Bobby!

  • Ok.. I don’t know what I did but as soon as I took the chicken out I added the stock and nothing but smoke!! What did I do?!?! #help

  • Don’t see how you can wear a ring while cooking that. I’d feel like I’d still have that stuff on my hands even after washing, and also I feel like rings hold germs especially underneath

  • The more I watch this, the more I see these actually make pretty good dinner ideas when you’re having regular guests as well, that Chicken over Polenta with a side serving of Arugula is definitely one for the archives.

  • Hey there! New subscriber I am from Perú and I haven’t seen those squashes here can I replace them with some kind of pasta? We have some china markets where I have seen different types of noodles, but I think they have algae or maybe rice? I really want to try out this dish!

  • Bobby, your recipes are great which is why I keep coming back. But can you move in the opposite direction for a few episodes for those looking to bulk instead of cut? Summer is over and it’s time for bulking!

  • For real transformation you need perfect diet plan and training plan. The website called NextLevelDiet do it for you. I lost 14lbs in one month!!! Isn’t that amazing

  • I just saw now bcos I was sleeping yesterday btw I love your videos I will make your recipes for my birthday and I made your cheesy bread rolls for the third time again on 26 August Thanks Ramya

  • those chicken nugget bits look great! I got into a habit of prepping with whole chicken to keep the cost down, but sometimes its easier just chopping and dropping (into the pan) a chicken breast

  • For all the meal preps you make can we freeze two and eat the other two? Please please answer!!! I dont think the chicken will last the fourth day! Thank you love your channel!
    And your shirts lmao

  • Another interesting recipe, may I make a suggestion I put my cast iron pan in the oven when I’m preheating it and when I’m ready to cook my pan is perfectly heated.

  • I’m so happy to see your philosophy in action There’s no harm in adding more butter, and when in doubt, add cheese. Also, I want whoever chops your onions to come and live at my house.

  • Sorry, but most of your concoctions don’t even look delicious nor do they make any sense. They are good only to waste time and energy later to become disappointed.

  • So you put the spice rub on it but then wiped it off? Wouldn’t that take away the crust that the traditional spice rub makes? It looks delicious. I think I might actually make this for tomorrow night. I’ve had some thighs in the freezer forever because I am never sure what I want to do with them. With the squash though, I can never get it cooked just right. I’ve tried the knife trick but it always comes out way too mushy which is gross. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

Also, I have a stainless steel frying pan. Does it make a big difference?

  • Thank goodness a $10 spiralizer can be use in lieu of a drill for the zucchini strands at 2:3, lol. Very inventive, though, I must say. Love the scalloping technique used to create fish gills for that cute version of salmon Wellington!

  • I just found your channel and I’m hooked I need to loose weight I’m only 5ft 2 and I’m not heavy but I’m thick and it’s to much to carry around I feel u will be my motivation ty

  • Uhh I see subway as a sandwich/ salad bar not fast food, the most unhealthy thing that I know of that subway has is the cookies and the chocolate milk.

  • Sooo… this guy prefers ordinal fast food over “healthy” one? Lol… just don’t eat fast food. As a non-American I can’t remember eating fast food.

  • Americans really had to look up for the meaning of Starving…you just hungry. Me when I was working 2 days without sleep and just water and juice(Sugar and coloured water) and had to walk 12 hours home that’s starving

  • Just so you understand. Healthy Fast food does not exist. I pity the mind state of anyone who believes they are eating healthy fast food. The concept is just ludicrous. How about if you want to be healthy then don’t eat fast food. Your hamburger in your fridge made with fresh meat you grounded up yourself with the works is much healthier than any of your “healthy fast foods.”

  • I do get the point of this video/expriment. However once you take that this is a large adult male who was eating 890-1460kcal per day there isn’t much of anything you can take away from this.

It’s recommended that the typical male dieter still eat at least 1500kcal a day and meet a minimum protein requirement in order to maintain his overall health, muscle mass, and basic wellbeing.

His experience of feeling subjectively terrible throughout the week isn’t very powerful or telling about the quality of the food he was eating in itself since he ubruptly started eating thousands of calories less than he is used to and his average daily calories was a meager 1052kcal

  • Yeah you look like your only eating 2 and a half thousand calories and he has high blood pressure what a suprise

  • I’m not sure why I see comments saying this is a bad video. It’s interesting because even though it was low calorie they used sodium (and prob other stuff) to compensate which probably just makes you hungrier. He also makes a good point that when you go into these places the smell and the atmosphere alone makes you want to order a burger instead of a salad. People are saying there is no point to this video. i think the point is pretty obvious, the so called healthy options are not actually healthy therefore don’t go to fast food places at all if you want healthy food even if they have a supposed healthy menu. Thank you for making this video!

  • Your really amazing I’m starting to eat much better I’m 33 had a heartattack and I gota change the way I eat now your video really helping me stay in touch with me

  • It takes roughly 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. There is no way you lost almost a pound a day (unless your muscles literally ate themselves) by going from a 2500 calorie diet to a 1000-1500 calorie diet. You were clearly eating much more than 2500 daily, probably around 3.5k. This is just misinformation at this point, and get people who know more than 10 seconds of Google to advise you people on nutrition, because You’re misinforming people who look to this video for information and can pose a detriment to their health

  • Come to India we will serve you samosakachori, pav bhaji,dhokla,aaloo paratha,dosa,idli,fish fry,butter chicken,egg curry,bhurji, paneer butter masala,gobi paratha,chole Puri,butter naan,panipuri,bhelpuri,chat,lassi,limbu soda etc….
Pardon me if I missed something
     Jai Hind

  • This is the absolute dumbest video ive ever seen. The truth is that the dishes he is eating throughout this video do contain better ingredients, making them healthier. The problem, and the reason why he didnt lose any weight is because, while he’s eating healthy food, calroies do still matter. In this video, he seems to be trying to disclaim the value of eating healthier options, as choosing them instead of their junk food counterparts will provide no net benefit when trying to lose weight. Calories are still a massive factor.

  • Adult males should get 20,000 calories a day what are you talking about!? Woman should get 18,000 and this is to maintain your current weight.

  • This video is informative, but I really don’t understand why anyone would want to do this in the first place. Why would you eat fast food if your trying to be healthy?

  • I’m currently working with a trainer and he’s suggesting 6 Oz of chicken three times a day lol I need to do triple the meals in these

  • What your body needs is 2000 calories. By looking at I can see you eat +3000 calories daily. That’s why you feel hunger. And eating less than 2000 calories is what you do to lose weight which is actually healthy. Amd haves lots of benefits. Plus all that ” fast healthy food”. Is not healthy at all. If you want something healthy buy the vegetables, meat, at the store and cook it yourself. Seems something that Americans can’t do. Cook

  • There are no “heathy” menu in fast food restaurants, period. And no proper nutrition knowledge in this vdo at all. Thank you, next!

  • First of all the guy was fat to start. Secondly….. There is no such thing as “healthy” fast food. Just smarter options if you have to eat it. Obviously it’s still processed and loaded with sodium. He did lose weight. He probably felt like crap because he was losing weight and felt an energy zap. Also some days his calorie deficiency was extreme. Any calorie restriction takes longer than a week to acclimate to. So I’m really not sure what the point of this video was lol. No one is running around saying fast food is healthy. Just that a 6 inch turkey sub from a sub shop is infinitely healthier than a burger and fries. If you want to truly eat healthy, cook your own food, make your own salads with chicken…. fresh boiled chicken, and stop buying processed foods. Most of your groceries should come from the whole foods sections. Meats. Nuts. Fruits. Veggies. And not the planters salted cocktail bins lol. But raw, unsalted nuts they keep by the bananas. Avoid those aisles full of chips, dips, sweets, and candy. I’ve basically narrowed my diet down to chicken, turkey, raw walnuts, cottage cheese, pineapple, peanuts, broccoli, beef jerky, peanut butter, carrots, popcorn, bananas, salads, and bread. I meal prep for work. If I have to grab food on the go I go to a sandwich shop, or may get a grilled chicken sandwich. Nothing from a can, or a bag is healthy. This should not be news to anyone in 2020 lol. Even the supposed healthy options are looooaaaded with sodium. Anything processed is loaded with sodium.. That’s part of the preservation process. Don’t buy taco Bell fresca chicken tacos made with pre cooked chicken in a bag lol. Make your own. This shouldn’t be rocket science with the amount of information in our pockets at all times. Fresh foods good. Processed foods bad.

  • He was mostly starving due to the fact that his body couldn’t tap into his fat reserves and only was able to consume his glucose that’s why he couldn’t reach ketosis to lose bodyfat

  • Will Americans ever understand that “fast food” is shit. Companies are not in business to worry about people’s health. They got into business to make more money. They know Americans have a BIG appetite so they sell foods that are mostly high in fat, salt, sugar etc. and it works because Americans keep coming back to it. And the result of this lifestyle is a country that has the most fattest most unhealthy people in the world. Oh say can you see!!!!

  • Dude was like 1200-1400 calories under his recommended daily intake… so at most he lost like 9800 calories in 7 days or about 2.8lbs(assuming 3.5kCal/lb fat)… I smell some bs about dropping 6lbs

  • This video is definitely wonderful! It helps me recall of times when my wife used Custokebon Secrets to lose 17 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most people wish to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy and balanced, and that is what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • at the same time, it seems like comfort food is making a comeback in a smaller scale, in the form of homecooked, homestyle “bad” foods.

  • Hahahaa and after eating like shit for a week he says ‘I just want a cheeseburger *eats Mc Donald’s*… daaamn the American diet is so wrong

  • Salt is good for you. Check out “What I’ve Learned” and learn of the importance of salt. Also, it’s impossible to lose 7 pounds in one week. Get educated pal.

  • Beef paddies or you can add cheese and bacon to that. I always get people telling me how good it looks, and they taste good and are healthy and nutritious. Also calories matter in a way. If you eat lots of plants and fast food our gonna get fat. If you eat a few steaks or beef paddies your having at least 1600-3000 calories your healthy and not fat.

  • i was 240 pounds as a 17-18 year old joined the army weighed in at 170 at the end of basic training(infantry) got to my unit and now stay at a weight of 200 flat with muscle and some fat

  • You are lying about the filet o fish. It may only have 5 grams of sugar but it is loaded with carbs, which turns into sugar once inside the body. I had it once and it blew my blood sugar out of the park. And that was with taking my meds too! That sandwich is very unhealthy.

  • You want something healthy at mcdonald’s? Order the burger of your choice without ketchup or sugary sauces (cheese is fine), toss the bun in the garbage and eat the rest.

  • Opt for their fruit and yogurt parfait! which is low in calories and fat! yes it’s a very good thing when something has only 150 calories where 120 of it is coming from sugar, opt for a great way to spike your insulin and give yourself type 2 diabetes in the future.

  • Filet-O-Fish, with only 5g of sugar my butt, you just showed 39g of carbs per sandwich carbs convert to sugar, and when it’s from white bread, that doesnt make it much better than sugar. Stop hating on the fat, it’s mixing all that carb with fried fat that’s ruining your health, not the fat itself.

  • There’s nothing wrong with dairy. I know there are some people who can’t take dairy because they’re either lactose intolerant or just allergic to it, but you can’t expect everyone to stay away from dairy because it contains the nutrients needed for healthy bodies.

  • Only went there for the fries, ChickFila has to small of a box to enjoy with a friend so I can pay for less. I’m cheap that way.

  • That thing you Americans keep calling Canadian bacon is called ham everywhere else. Just ham. Might look a little different than some ham, but it’s just ham. It’s no excuse for bacon.

  • What’s Canadian Bacon? I’ve never heard of it before. I mean it looks similar to Porkroll, the sweet and tangy rings of meat you eat for breakfast, but I mean.. What is Canadian Bacon?

  • This food is horrible!! and many of the McDonalds restaurants are dirty. Lazy workers who talk loud and complain. Cold food, dry french fries that sit under heat lamps. I called health department on one place it was so filthy. If the owners cared they would be making sure that the food is made fresh and hot, and keep it clean along with friendly service. But no one gives a damn anymore. So that why they are losing costumers.

  • Tip: don’t get the low fat anything. Go for lower carb for a tastier meal that will actually keep you fill for longer.

The low-fat bullshit died in the 90s, but you’re still repeating it.

  • Quote: “Almost everybody eats McDonald’s once in a while”.
Obviously, I am not included in “almost everybody” considering that I haven’t ate at (or purchased from) one of these “greasy spoons” in well over two decades.

  • I find it ironic that people still go after McDonald’s for super sizing when they are one of the only ones that they haven’t done that for years. The drinks at Burger King, Jack in the Box, etc serve a medium sized cup as their small.
    Who’s super sizing now?

  • I only have McDonald’s (Or Checkers) as a Treat every other week or so…so when I go I’m glad I don’t have to give a crap what I order:)

  • You know who else found himself under the golden arches? t’rump…when he was in that hotel with the russian strippers!

    I’ll see myself out now.

  • Or you could have fries and be happy because we only have one life. Who the fuck is going to have a filet o fish with apple slices.
