PRO TIP for anyone who wants to try the banana pancakes, or to those who have tried them and had them fall apart like many times like me: add like just 2 tbsp of flour and a sprinkle of baking power. it adds 50 cals at most but provides so much more structure and makes the texture both more manageable while cooking and more enjoyable while eating. also add a sprinkle of cinnamon, it tastes so good!! anyways good luck to anyone who wants to make these. also if you want to you can try doubling the flour and using a teaspoon of peanut butter in place of one of the eggs if you, like me, tend to crave peanut butter. but be careful because the fat can inhibit the binding ability of the gluten. much love.

Stop associating guilt with calories. You need them to survive and this can be incredibly triggering for people suffering with or recovering from eating disorders.
Is it really guilt free if you’ve passed your daily cholesterol intake with those eggs and you’ll probably consume more foods with cholesterol and saturated fats through out the day?! I don’t think so
I did the Upside Down Caramel Banana Cake and my caramel went like not liquid and the cake itself was quite delicious as warm, but I can’t tell if it was well baked or no. But I agree in most of the recipes, there’s waaay too much cream.
I butter my pan like that as well…..My dad would make me little drop pancakes as well. He would also make them quarter to half dollar (the old kennedy huge one) size cause tiny just tastes so much better.
With all due respect to Gabbie, ALL your food should be guilt free! Don’t assign moral value to your food, it’s a quick way to develop disordered eating and start punishing yourself for eating “bad” foods, and those cravings only intensify when you label the food bad anyway! This is still a great replacement option for pancakes but be good to yourself:)

PRO TIP for anyone who wants to try the banana pancakes, or to those who have tried them and had them fall apart like many times like me:
add like just 2 tbsp of flour and a sprinkle of baking power. it adds 50 cals at most but provides so much more structure and makes the texture both more manageable while cooking and more enjoyable while eating. also add a sprinkle of cinnamon, it tastes so good!! anyways good luck to anyone who wants to make these. also if you want to you can try doubling the flour and using a teaspoon of peanut butter in place of one of the eggs if you, like me, tend to crave peanut butter. but be careful because the fat can inhibit the binding ability of the gluten. much love.
Food should never be related to guilt. There is no guilt free food and there is no guilty food. There’s just food. I don’t appreciate the title.
I always have to watch Gabbie’s videos twice because her voice is so soothing it gives me comfort so I always fall asleep to her videos then I get upset because I didn’t get to watch the video so I rewatch it ❤️

Stop associating guilt with calories. You need them to survive and this can be incredibly triggering for people suffering with or recovering from eating disorders.
Is it really guilt free if you’ve passed your daily cholesterol intake with those eggs and you’ll probably consume more foods with cholesterol and saturated fats through out the day?! I don’t think so
I did the Upside Down Caramel Banana Cake and my caramel went like not liquid and the cake itself was quite delicious as warm, but I can’t tell if it was well baked or no. But I agree in most of the recipes, there’s waaay too much cream.
I butter my pan like that as well…..My dad would make me little drop pancakes as well. He would also make them quarter to half dollar (the old kennedy huge one) size cause tiny just tastes so much better.
100% agree about men’s clothing. Most of my shirts (which are gaming shirts) and a few of my hoodies are men’s, and I always love wearing them
With all due respect to Gabbie, ALL your food should be guilt free! Don’t assign moral value to your food, it’s a quick way to develop disordered eating and start punishing yourself for eating “bad” foods, and those cravings only intensify when you label the food bad anyway! This is still a great replacement option for pancakes but be good to yourself:)
I hate the term „guilt free“. You should never feel bad about feeding yourself. Feeling guilty about unhealthy food decisions is dumb. Eating some chocolate doesn’t make you a bad person

i butter my griddle like that, too! just yesterday i was making protein pancakes from kodiak(?) cakes (the one with the bear on the front) and i buttered the griddle just like that
Way way way too much whipped cream and frosting in all these recipes. They just drowned everything in it and that takes away from the actual main component of the dish

What’s a good substitute for arrowroot starch? I’ve read that tapioca starch is or xanthun gum… any tips or experiences with those?
