  • Hi Dave I cooked this yesterday using your recipe and I have to say it was was awesome and full of flavour so I will definitely be cooking this one again. Thanks Dave keep the great dishes comeing

  • I tried this recipe and it came out GREAT. I did, however, tweak it just a little bit. First of all, I am a garlic freak and I increased the amount of garlic in the recipe. Second, I added 3/4 of a large green pepper to the pot. I love cooked green pepper (hate raw) and found it adds a wonder flavor and aroma to a dish that calls for red pepper. Again, great recipe and loved it.

  • Salt will definitely draw out the moisture in the mushrooms. But it’s not necessarily a bad thing, as it happens inevidebly. The most important thing about sauteeing mushrooms is to not crowd the pan, otherwise they’ll just poach in their own juices. I’m going to say in the end.

  • I absolutely love your one pot recipes and this is no exception!! I am going to fix this! I “think” that this dish is screaming for some pasta added to the sauce, or a pile of rice to complete the meal! Lol! Can’t wait!! Thank you!!

  • whoow you cant believe that I did this dish today,,,,ohhhhh. my A) what a test delicio,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,us!!!! just try guys its really lovely dish

  • Loved it mate! Enough left over for tomorrow night as well Added some broccolli and peas to the plate and it turned out a real bonzer treat:) Good on ya Dave.!

  • Your joke went over my head for a minute then I fell out laughing. Such a dumb joke that had me STILL cracking up laffing. BTW, I tried your recipe and it turned out delicious. Thank you for the joke and the recipe.

  • Dave, I did this and loved it but I twisted it, with Onion, Garlic, Zucchini, squash, jalapeno. Other wise the same. Awesome…. Served over rice.

  • Sounds good and will give it a try this weekend, however Romans never saw tomatoes or peppers were not known in Europe till after Columbus:)

  • I added half a teaspoon of dried basil and one of sugar with a splash of ACV. Capers aren’t something I generally keep on hand and it compensated nicely for it. Some crustini done up in the oven later and dinner was had. A great idea.:)

  • Dear mam, i m from india.mam words are not enough to express my gratitude towards you for helping me in weight loss.last year i came across your channel just 2 month before my interview where i had to look fit.your workouts not only helped me in losing excess weight but also taught me a lot about healthy diet and lifestyle.due to the grace of your videos, i was able to do very well in interview and also suprised everyone in my family and friends.your videos are most relevent which i found across entire youtube…thanks..

  • I love your recipes! I hate cooking but as a housewife and mom of 2 I always have to figure out what I can make.. everytime I’m in a rush I just watch all your recipes!

  • this is my favorite chicken recipe. i first saw it on Pinterest. I don’t use the oregano and stuff. I do use salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to season the chicken before searinng each side. Tastes so good.

  • wow.donal i love your one pan dishes.love from Bangladesh.in sha Allah i will try this dish and waiting for more easy one pan dishes like this.keep it up.

  • Actually home cooked Indian food is no where near to what we get in restaurants. I wished people realise that we don’t eat heavy dishes every single. Instead we eat a very balanced diet with minimal spice ( mainly coriander, green chilly, tumeric and cumin ) to add flavour and natural color to food.it sad that most of Asian food is criticised by Western company and gives a wrong impression to young generation. It’s all marketing gimmick and later these companies bring back the same food group which they criticised as unhealthy before as” superfood “. Like ghee( clarified butter) and coconut oil. Our grand parents knew what they were having. People used to eat according to weather and focused on local and seasonal vegetation. Now everything should be ” healthy ” and “fat free”. I hope people start appreciating their local cusine. Love the dishes shared by Joanna. Keep up the good work.

  • Would you do a video for some weight loss soups? I seen your pumpkin soup. But would like to experience more. Thanks in advance. Chenell

  • Tomatoes and bell peppers came to Europe 1000-1100 years or so after the fall of the roman empire but I like chicken, one pan recipes, and colorful dishes as well. Will be knocking this one out in the near future. thanks for sharing.

  • The butter will burn without any other additional fat like sunflower oil or olive oil and the garlic will burn as well. These recipes are horrible.

  • Love Ramen!! I always use the yam noodles for low carb option. Thought you weren’t supposed to cook the miso but add it after you turned off the heat. It loses some of its nutrients? TFS!

  • Honestly, don’t knock it till you try it. This was delicious, my husband loved it and I currently have it in my oven finishing up. This will be our second dinner with this meal but the only thing I add is extra garlic powder and broccoli. I would definitely recommend this dish.

  • If you start Adding to much seasonings then it will not taste right. The seasoning for this Recipe is enough..And I know I did this twice adding salt Pepper garlic powder onion powder white pepper lemon pepper to the Chicken and all the other ingredients and something was off about it was ok but Not as good as the way they said.

  • guys I don’t think tasty reads our comments… by if so I have a message.

  • You had me all the way until you added the Kale leaves, unfortunately thanks to open heart surgery a few years ago I am now on blood thinners, and anything green is a definite NO NO. apparently it interferes with the thinners and the docs don’t like that, is there anything you can suggest to replace the Kale leaves, or can I just leave them out altogether?

  • Curries become time consuming and confusing!! Only because as we increase the time to make it, we increase the ingredients (herbs and spices) and do not cook everything together, to make it more tasty… But dear, I think storing all this for 3 days is not healthy… This would destroy all nutrients. We can store these for a day only…

  • Looks amazing!! Thank you so much for sharing your kitchen knowledge keep it up! Also, can I just chop tomatoes instead of a can of slices tomatoes?

  • Imma big fan of your channel. I’ve tried several of your dishes and both my wife and I are very pleased. I really appreciate the fact that you include the macros for each dish. That really helps me stay on track with my health goals. Can we get your take on Mason Jar Salad Meal Prep please? Thanks.

  • I did make this and I would suggest to use half a can of the 790g diced tomatoes or a small can of tomatoes. It produces alot of liquid otherwise. Add salt and pepper while you saute your vegetables. I would suggest serving with rice or your choice of potatoes. I think mashed potatoes work really well too. Overall, the recipe was really good. Thanks Dave.

  • Salt toward the end to prevent production of water and allowing the mushrooms to saute rather than boiling in their own juices. BTW… this is a super meal prep. One I will give a go.

  • Has anyone lost weight following his meal preps and recipes? and if so how much weight have you lost in how long? I am just curious as I’d like to start using his recipes but just curious about peoples results.

  • I tried this the other night and it was amazing, I wanted to wait till I had made it before leaving a comment, so if your reading this I would 100% recommend it, thanks for sharing this recipe with us Dave X

  • Also, thanks for letting viewers know to save their mushroom stems for stock. I keep a gallon ziplock bag in the freezer that i toss my veggie trimmings into. When it comes time to make a batch of stock, most of the prep work is already done…just grab that bag from the freezer!

  • Hey Bobby, maybe you already have a vid like this, but I have a vid suggestion. Meal prep several of your personal meal staples, cooked in batches. I tend to get tired eating the same meal several days in a row, but if I cook in batches and mix and match side dishes, it feels less monotonous.. idk, just a though.

  • Iʻm a new sub and Iʻm happy that I came across your…. get 2 the recipe channel without a lot of ingredients that I don’t have 2 break the bank 2 make… your recipes looks delish but I wish you would…. make more recipes with 4 to 6 serving if not tell us… how 2 make 4 to 6 servings out of your recipes because…2 serving is not enough for a family Thanks Have a Great day!!

  • What’s wrong with salt and pepper? Chicken already has its own flavour, so even if they only added salt and pepper (they add thyme and oregano too btw) the chicken would still be tasty.
