    Guidelines released by many medical organizations including the World Health Organization have advocated for reduction in the intake of saturated fat to promote health and reduce the risk from cardiovascular diseases.   • Doesn’t matter if its saturated or not its the molecule of the fat that matters, coconut oil is mostly lauric acid which has anti inflammatory properties and can also kill bacteria, fungus, and viruses, lauric acid is the only long chain saturated fatty acid that is beneficial for humans, it can increase HDL cholesterol but can also increase LDL cholesterol but its ok because coconut oils anti inflammatory properties will not make the LDL particles stick to your artery walls because there is no inflammation, you only get plaque in your arteries from having inflammation in your body, it has nothing to do with HDL or LDL cholesterol

    I got Gallstones and have 2 friends had gallstones over a long period of time, they took 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil mixed with 8 oz fresh Apple juice every morning before any food, their stones gone after 2 months, I started May 25th 2020 hopefully mine are gone too in a month or two, I’ll demand another ultrasound test next month to find out. if it works I’ll start my own channel to let the whole world know. so far I’m good, light urine, brown stool, constipation gone, bloated stomach gone, no attack since May 25th, every now and then I feel movement in my gallbladder like something move in slow motion but no pain, hope it was contraction from gallbladder pushing the stones out. PS* I also drink 4 oz of celery juice before the main remedy. Saturated fat in coconut oil doesn’t require bile to break down, it’s good saturated fat not the bad one and it’s okay to drink them daily, remember one thing, our body required and good and bad saturated fat to balance.

  • I have been an advocate for several years. Coconut oil helps control symptoms of several illnesses including Alzhiemers (repairs the myelan sheath) and diabetes (helps control blood sugar). You can find an extensive list of illnesses helped by coconut oil in a book called ‘Coconut Cures’, written by the head of the Coconut Research Center a PhD Nutritionist. Last I checked, you can read some chapters on-line for free. (Google ‘Coconut Oil & your illness’ you might find something) I use coconut oil to condition my leather car seats, and leather shoes. It also adds water proofing protection. I have used it on the plastic and vinyl surfaces of my car as well, and like the results. I use it to condition furniture that does not have a urethane or varnish finish; furniture that has just been stained. Makes furniture look really good! A lot of antique furnuture does not have a coating on it. A really nice advantage of using coconut oil versus alternative treatments for leather and wood is that it does not stain, so will not soil clothing, so you don’t have to worry about sitting on that freshly treated car seat, or accidently rubbing against freshly oiled furniture. Coconut oil is the only thing I have found that takes the itch out of a mosquito bite.

  • I’m an old school guy who uses speed stick and brushing teeth are about all I do..but about six months ago I tried coconut oil on my super dry cracked feet which have been like that for twenty years and there healed there smooth and feel so much better.
