  • Coconut oil for pets: my cats toes/foot pads get a little dry. I rub a tiny bit of coconut oil on my hands and rub her feet and she’s nice and moisturized! I do this maybe every few weeks, but really only when needed.

  • More BS scare tactics from the ‘experts’ that have led society to epidemic obesity, wide spread Type 2 Diabetes and pharmaceutical dependency. We need some cholesterol in our bodies to function properly, especially brain function.

  • I like to rewacth these videos a lot. They’re such good tips and I need the word for word instructions for everything because I don’t trust my memory to work properly

  • Real butter is not artery-clogging it also has plenty of healthy saturated fat
In fact try adding some unsalted butter along with a coconut oil to your coffee it’s really good

  • Well if its only maybe okay occasionally in small quantities…that sounds pretty unhealthy for me. Thats pretty much the same rule that goes for alcohol.

  • I like to use coconut oil for oil pulling, I find it really refreshing, as well as for my hair when its feeling terrible. Thanks for all the tips! Leslie

  • 1:37 listen to this. A saturated fat is a type of fat in which the fatty acid chains have all or predominantly single bonds. A fat is made of two kinds of smaller molecules: glycerol and fatty acids. Fats are made of long chains of carbon (C) atoms. Some carbon atoms are linked by single bonds (-C-C-) and others are linked by double bonds (-C=C-).[1] Double bonds can react with hydrogen to form single bonds. They are called saturated, because the second bond is broken up and each half of the bond is attached to (saturated with) a hydrogen atom. Most animal fats are saturated. The fats of plants and fish are generally unsaturated.[1] Saturated fats tend to have higher melting points than their corresponding unsaturated fats, leading to the popular understanding that saturated fats tend to be solids at room temperatures, while unsaturated fats tend to be liquid at room temperature with varying degrees of viscosity (meaning both saturated and unsaturated fats are found to be liquid at body temperature).

Various fats contain different proportions of saturated and unsaturated fat. Examples of foods containing a high proportion of saturated fat include animal fat products such as cream, cheese, butter, other whole milk dairy products and fatty meats which also contain dietary cholesterol.[2] Certain vegetable products have high saturated fat content, such as coconut oil and palm kernel oil.[3] Many prepared foods are high in saturated fat content, such as pizza, dairy desserts, and sausage.[2][4]

Guidelines released by many medical organizations including the World Health Organization have advocated for reduction in the intake of saturated fat to promote health and reduce the risk from cardiovascular diseases. Many review articles also recommend a diet low in saturated fat and argue it will lower risks of cardiovascular diseases[5], diabetes, or death.[6] However, a smaller number of other reviews have come to different conclusions

  • Coconut oil can also cure depression when you break up with your girlfriend and it also improves your relationship with your mother!

  • I’m pretty sure coconut oil is actually on par with butter and lard health wise. Any fat thats solid is a saturated fat. That being said, saturated fat arent a bad thing, but need to be used in moderation. Coconut oil is far from being a healthy ‘super food’ tho

  • I cannot begin to tell you how much I love love coconut oil, like I finish liters and liters of it because I use it every night. Subbed and liked because you seem nice! The pretty part is just a bonus hehehe:D

  • Doesn’t matter if its saturated or not its the molecule of the fat that matters, coconut oil is mostly lauric acid which has anti inflammatory properties and can also kill bacteria, fungus, and viruses, lauric acid is the only long chain saturated fatty acid that is beneficial for humans, it can increase HDL cholesterol but can also increase LDL cholesterol but its ok because coconut oils anti inflammatory properties will not make the LDL particles stick to your artery walls because there is no inflammation, you only get plaque in your arteries from having inflammation in your body, it has nothing to do with HDL or LDL cholesterol

  • There are a lot online health videos that contradict each other. Sometimes, you don’t know what to believe. Some Americans still believe the Earth is flat.

  • I notice when many people are having positive results from supplements that are easy and cheap to obtain, suddenly a famous company wants to scare us away from use. Yes they said the opposite before! That coconut oil has benefits. Most companies want us to purchase processed goods and chemical pharmaceuticals.

  • How do you guys trust mayo clinic…they survive on people getting sick. Ofcourse they want you to be sick and avoid anything that will be healthy.

  • Great video. It’s a no brainer that nature has the cure to every ailment we suffer. I got a firsthand experience when I was diagnosed of cancer in 2015. I tried everything possible to get rid of it, all to no avail. I almost lost hope when I came across Dr. Aliyu from a testimony I read online. He is a herbal specialist. He prepared a herbal medication which was very effective against the cancerous cells. Today I am cancer free and I have Dr. Aliyu to thank for saving my life. This may not be for you but anyone who wishes to reach out to Dr. Aliyu, he can be reached at perfectherballife (a t) gmail (dot) com. I hope you find solution to any health challenge you suffer. All the best!

  • You can eat it it’s not great but when my brother didn’t believe me I ate it in front of him was it worth it even though I don’t like eating it?
Yes because I was right you can eat it

  • Hey Cloudy you can change 10 ways to 11 ways, here is why?..If you have gallstones try this then you don’t need surgery, This is what I know, the saturated fat in coconut oil doesn’t require bile to break down and read the following:

This is real life real story not from any video

I got Gallstones and have 2 friends had gallstones over a long period of time, they took 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil mixed with 8 oz fresh Apple juice every morning before any food, their stones gone after 2 months, I started May 25th 2020 hopefully mine are gone too in a month or two, I’ll demand another ultrasound test next month to find out. if it works I’ll start my own channel to let the whole world know. so far I’m good, light urine, brown stool, constipation gone, bloated stomach gone, no attack since May 25th, every now and then I feel movement in my gallbladder like something move in slow motion but no pain, hope it was contraction from gallbladder pushing the stones out. PS* I also drink 4 oz of celery juice before the main remedy. Saturated fat in coconut oil doesn’t require bile to break down, it’s good saturated fat not the bad one and it’s okay to drink them daily, remember one thing, our body required and good and bad saturated fat to balance.

Even you don’t have stones this is still a good remedy for your guts and I’m sending message every day trying to save the world:)

  • I have been an advocate for several years. Coconut oil helps control symptoms of several illnesses including Alzhiemers (repairs the myelan sheath) and diabetes (helps control blood sugar). You can find an extensive list of illnesses helped by coconut oil in a book called ‘Coconut Cures’, written by the head of the Coconut Research Center a PhD Nutritionist. Last I checked, you can read some chapters on-line for free. (Google ‘Coconut Oil & your illness’ you might find something) I use coconut oil to condition my leather car seats, and leather shoes. It also adds water proofing protection. I have used it on the plastic and vinyl surfaces of my car as well, and like the results. I use it to condition furniture that does not have a urethane or varnish finish; furniture that has just been stained. Makes furniture look really good! A lot of antique furnuture does not have a coating on it. A really nice advantage of using coconut oil versus alternative treatments for leather and wood is that it does not stain, so will not soil clothing, so you don’t have to worry about sitting on that freshly treated car seat, or accidently rubbing against freshly oiled furniture. Coconut oil is the only thing I have found that takes the itch out of a mosquito bite.

  • Umm actually no it can’t do the same as getting a Korean service, she’s misrepresenting this. The Korean body exfoliating can actually take dead skin off and very well worth the price. Sugar scrubs only adds moisture.

  • I’m an old school guy who uses speed stick and brushing teeth are about all I do..but about six months ago I tried coconut oil on my super dry cracked feet which have been like that for twenty years and there healed there smooth and feel so much better. Since then I use it all over when I shower etc..and every night before I sleep I rub some into my face to keep the wrinkles down. I also use it in my beard it makes it shiny.

  • My mother always made coconut oil out from coconut cause we dont have money to buy lotion now i realise im thankful on her 50 y/o now and my skin still firm
