  • i’ve been searching for salads, that not require me to leave my home, and this is the best video for it, those seem delicious, and don’t have any weird ingredients, that i’d have to search for in all the town, thank you for the recipes!

  • I’m not really good with cooking and my boyfriend is a gym trainer and he only likes healthy food. I tried the salad with Quinoa and the red cabbage along with salmon and he loved it!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! He’s coming again this evening, so I’m gonna try your green salad and the Shirazi salad <3 THANKS AGAIN! Please make more as you go! They tasted so good too

  • Very good video…we have goats and make our own cheese, there is truly nothing to compare! Nigerian Dwarf goats have the best milk with highest levels of fat!

  • I can accept if u put past cooling while preparing sauce. What I don’t understand is why not mixing and warming up both pasta and sauce TOGETHER later! If u forget pasta and then, after several minutes, just add sauce to cover it up, u’ll never be able to thicken the dish.

  • Finally! I was looking for a salad or recipe using red cabbage. I’m definitely going to try the red cabbage salad. Thanks for the video

  • Fabulous salads but salad Shirazi is different from what you are told. Im from Shiraz though. I will make all these lovely salads, even salad Shirazi with new recipe. Thanks a lot.

  • The best ever healthy delicious recipe I have seen especially with the calories..that is so helpful. thank you ever so much…want this kind of recipes more. Best wishes

  • Had routine blood work today..came back my bilirubin n cholesterol a bit high on one side..been eatin too much dairy lately n red meat but not much veg..gotta switch aroo

  • I don’t eat much cheese, at all, but once-in-a-while, I do like a slice of American “cheese” in my scrambled eggs. Not gonna lie, it is the best.

  • Congrats on your new house! I just found your channel through the Healthy Flourless Chocolate Cake recipe!! Great recipes that I must try with my family!

  • Thank you for sharing your recipes, they all look delicious and healthy too, I subscribed to your channel.
Also, you are so organized and presided! I love your healthy recipes! ❤❤
    Best wishes!!

  • Even though the recipes are healthy but are we giving enuf thought to the cookware, plastic, Teflon non stick what bout traditional cookware like earthen pots, iron woks.

  • Hey thanks for the video, you bring up a lot of good points.
I guess as time goes by and people switch to the “better cheeses” the industry will try to keep up with the counterfeit cheeses, so it’s important to always be careful.

  • 3 1/2 years on keto. 2-3 oz Belletoile French Brie every day. Straight up! Cows milk &cream, salt, cultures,
animal rennet, penicillium candidum. Where’s the rub…

  • My problem is, I do everything very well, exercise, Keto and carnivore ( I do both), gym, cardio and weights, I’m fasting 24h, but i eat a lot of cheese. I’m so stupid

  • So often I have to remind myself that this is an american channel. When I saw that brie and gorgonzola was on the “be careful” list, I was like WHAAAT? And when I heard the explanation for putting them there, I had to laugh. Well, brie and gorgonzola should NOT be on the “be careful” list here in Europe then!:D

  • THIS F_KIN SUCKS! Some people can just eat whatever they want without gaining weight while others need to take these college courses just to learn how to eat. I wish I was never born! Is there anything in this world that doesn’t totally f_kin suck???

  • Yay! Mozzarella is my favorite. I finally found something on keto that I actually like. Can I just live on mozzarella, bacon, broccoli & cucumbers?

  • Remarks from a Swiss citizen: first of all our cheeses are not pasteurised, ever. Second, it is made of milk, salt and starter culture, period. Third, what you call Swiss cheese is an American made pale imitation of Emmenthaler, the only cheese with big holes in it and in my opinion the one with the least taste. Now Gruyère has no holes, comes in lightly salted, medium and salted and can be aged anywhere from 6 to 24 months. If you can get your hands on the mature one, you will think that you have died and gone to cheese heaven, it is that fabulous.

  • The REAL Swiss cheese (Emmenthaler ) is totally superior to the American Swiss. It almost cannot be compared. It is aged much longer and has more holes and tastes fabulous. I eat very low carb, so as a treat I take a slice if Swiss, cover it with cream cheese (yes, really) and sprinkle it with onion powder! So good and no carbs.

  • I am Persian also so I know the real way to make salad shirazi: don’t put celery in it an instead of fresh herbs only put in dried mint it tastes amazing!

  • I was so happy to see blue cheese at the top, not saying I don’t like cheddar. I prefer to live a healthy life and eat cheddar ever now and then. I have been adding blue cheese to my prep meals and it’s been a game changer. Thank you for the facts.

  • Well, first set speet to 1.5x, then skipped first 2 mins as I am not in USA, and kept skipping to each cheese variety, finally understood what I want. Thanks anyway..

  • You guys spelt ‘tomatoe’ wrong. It’s ‘tomato’
Just letting you know, if there’s already many comments saying this, I didn’t look at them. Sorry

  • calories from fat 250..50% daily Saturated fat intake in 1 meal and you sprinkle cheese on?? the title should say recipes for weight gain!

  • Emmentaler (swiss) i eat 50-100g å day. Yuuummmm

Good thing is it has D. O. P which means in the EU, it’s grass, whole milk non pasteurizedand just heated to 53 c. Seal of quality.

  • my mother in law lives on cheddar cheese (litterally makes her chesse wraps and cheese chips out of it and will not listen to me about why thats not going to work

  • you CAN NOT eat chia seeds raw. it can make you go to the hospital. they absorve a lot of water so if you eat and drink it can lead to serious damage in your stomach/esophagus..

  • This is so good thank you mr thomas. Needed thisi just purchase the second attempt towards my cheese addictionand the only cheese i previously know is blue cheese but then i remember the best cheese i tried and i am trying to taste it back and previous day i get the tasty one at supermarket and it looks like brie yes, indeed it is real milky with a smooth and creamy texture on it. However it might be processed like what you mention. So i purchase the feta cheese cause i think it taste good normally for white cheese and i saw feta is make from goat or sheep so i choose that and yea, the only bad side of feta is salty for me but it is real tasty and got me addicted. Mozeralla is best as well but i cannot eat it straight from the bag that is my concern☹

  • Typical Moroccan salad and I lived in Morocco for a number of years the only difference is we use parsley and cilantro I call it coriander and no mint. Morocco is a huge Olive Nation for the rest of the world.

  • Woow. You are truly an inspiration. I have also come out of my comfort zone ad started my YouTube channel: Mithus Cook Book. Hit like if you all agree.

  • Me: Ok I’m gonna start eating healthy food
Video: 3 healthy dinner recipes for weight loss
    Me: Starts watching video
    YouTube ad: Burgers

  • Thanks. I recently developed Histamine Sensitivity so cant take goat cheese, or aged cheeses which has higher histamine or triggers histamine.

  • Blue Cheese is great unless you’re like me, and am Gluten intolerable… its an awful thing to suddenly be told at 45yrs you’ve had this thing all your life and now its why you have so many problems to solve.

  • Nobody ever talks about blood type and dairy. I think it’s a HUGE piece to the nutritional puzzle. Type B does well with dairy (the only blood group that really does well with it). Others do not and it should only be consumed at a bare minimum.

  • I really hate that american is on there cus its so good on ground beef especially since i cant have burgers its good for a craving o well lol

  • I lost 3kg and I passed my plateau by watching your videos im trying to remove my stubborn fat “the last 5kg to my goal 58kg” 3kg left now -im a vegan since im a toddler

  • Hallo tomas can y make a video concerning Ramadan und how we can get used of it to burn fat should we go keto or one meal to lose the last five kelos?

  • Man am I glad I live in the UK. It’s really not hard to find cheese that’s keto friendly here, and the variety is insane.

I’m turning into quite the cheese connoisseur thanks to this diet.

  • I am always thrown back when Americans talk about “swiss” cheese.
Shown is Emmentaler but there are hundreds of varieties that do not have the holes Emmentaler has.

  • Thanks for your video. Check out Spanish matured Manchego!! it’s like parmesan but a lot less bitter. Made out of sheep milk. Sheep milk makes the best cheeses!!

  • Kerrygold Dubliner! Don’t know what kind of cheese it is. Made from grass fed cows, looks like Parmesan, taste like Parmesan. ‍♂️ But Irish Gold. Costco has it for a great price

  • I wouldn’t care if bleu cheese cured cancer, HIV, & every other disease known to man in one tiny little bite.
I’m not putting anything in my mouth that smells like athletes foot!

  • If you buy real Gorgonzola (only from italy) it is not processed at all. It is impossible it is against the Italian law. And it comes only from certain zones. The same for Brie. I don’t know what kind of cheeses you have in US but they are probably fake ones.

  • Found myself watching all your vids. It’s amazing how much i learned about ketogenic diet in just a few days. I spent at least an hour or two watching all your videos. From keto friendly snacks at walmart, keto friendly meals @ MCDONALDS to keto friendly Starbucks drinks. You’re awesome! Keep the videos coming please. Thank you and best of luck!

  • You absolutely Do Not need the oil in the pasta water and/or the sauteed veggies. The pasta will boil just fine without it, just stir it a couple of times while cooking to avoid sticking. You can saute just fine with a non-stick pan and a bit of liquid. Save yourself the 40 calories per teaspoon and the 100% FAT grams.

  • People commenting here are so stupid lol. They dont know anything about nutrition but cry when they see pasta ‍♀️ You can eat rice, pasta and fat when ever you want! Even Candys…but thats not healthy anymore. But to loose weight you juste have to have a calorie defficite ‍♀️ so if you eat 1000kcl of pasta its the same than 1000kcl of salaf lol.

  • Hey, who cut the cheese? Why? Do you want to lick the knife? ok ok I know…. But really you should try organic valley grass fed cheddar. OMG!

  • there’s literally no point adding oil to the pasta water since you let it sit afterwards anyway. save that extra 40kcal on something else.(like adding a side of a chopped tomato and some lettuce with a spritz of lemon juice on the side), and add some water to your sauce, reheat spaghetti in it, so it will absorb all the flavour. much better option:)

in the second meal -if you substitute chickpeas for green lentils.. you’d probably be able to eat like 200g of lentils before you hit the same calorific benchmark as that amount of chickpeas.

  • Hi Olga, great salads, BUT please dont get hurt by the knifework! Check out Gordon Ramsey`s or other chef`s how to vids to hold & use your nice knife:)

  • While trying to guess which cheeses are the best to consume on a keto diet. I felt like I was in the Monty Python sketch the cheese shop. Naming every single cheese and not one good LOL

  • CHEATER! Only ONE item had LEAFY GREENS to make a salad! WEAK! I can make a delicious Burito “SaLAD” with avocado and an even BETTER Hamburger “salad” with DELICIOUS dill and sesame seeds(hemp seeds if you prefer) My entire family LOVES it, especially during a BBQ. For more delicious recipes, come visit my “channel.”

  • I’m lactose intolerant, but cheese is amazing. Especially mozzarella. Man I miss pizza. I’m liking your videos. Thanks for the info.

  • I’m super picky. For the last two meals, would chicken be okay instead of turkey and tuna? I could probably do the turkey but not the tuna. We use almost all of the base ingredients to these meals regularly, so, I was excited about that. There would be two of us eating, so, we would double this recipe correct? Thanks.
