Even managed to make my own mayo with no issues…..once I put the whisk attachment on the immersion blender! Don’t use it too much!   • I love that she’s promoting Mark Sisson’s delicious and healthy avocado mayonnaise! Everyone should do the research and understand that highly processed industrial vegetable seed oils are extremely unhealthy and not overstated to say they are toxic. No cottonseed, no Canola, no vegetable oil. Stick with olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, Butter or when needed any other natural animal fat.

  • Lets clear something up, a conclusion I’ve reached after trials and errors with diet and making progress. To get to the level of fitness that you’re at, besides years and years of hard work in the gym, you have to track your macros… right? I’ve started using Myfitnesspal for the last month and I’ve never made such good progress. You can’t really be effective at bulking or cutting with no base knowledge of your calorie intake, and you certainly cannot optimize your macros without tracking them. It takes serious effort to create all the recipes, learn about food, create daily diets that have enough variety so you will stick with them long term… effort that most people are not willing to put in.   • I loved this recipe. You can also use cherries instead of grapes and the juice from the cherries runs throughout the salad. Another alternative, if you prefer thighs to breasts, is to use 4 bone-in thighs with skins. In a plastic bag, add 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper and half a tablespoon of salt. Add the thighs and shake the bag until it coats completely. For a stronger taste, place the bag in the refrigerator and marinade for several hours. Then bake the thighs for 1 hour at 400 degrees. When done, remove the skin, which will be crispy. The skins are great snacks. Refrigerate the thighs until cool and then de-bone and cube. To the chicken, add 2 tablespoons of mango chutney (optional). Then follow the rest of the recipe according to the directions in this video. I had been making curried chicken salad for a couple of months. But I wanted something less spicy and this recipe filled the bill.

  • It’s so funny how many Americans who know little to nothing about foreign languages miss use the German word “uber”.

    The word translates to the English word “ABOUT”, not very, and not over!!

    (I think that MOST Americans who have NEVER EVER studied German think it sounds similar to “over”, as in “over the top” or perhaps thinks it translates to “very” or “extremely”, or maybe even “super”, but it does NOT translate to that at all!! (In no way, shape, or form.) Sorry.

    It’s definition translates to the English word: “about.”

    When you said “uber easy” ( 4:22) did you mean to say: “It’s about easy?” Because that’s what you ACTUALLY said. ��

  • I made this from the white meat of a Costco rotisserie chicken. I only used 1/2 cup of mayo (avocado oil real mayo) and it was perfect. Because the rotisserie chicken was so moist, any more mayo than that would have been too much. I left out the herbs as wellcan’t rate on that.
