  • Ok, that first one? That was not a soup. At best, it’s a dip that you’ve decided eat without chips. And can we get maybe ONE herb or seasoning of any kind? No? Just salt and pepper? Awesome.

  • I usually eat broths at home. And I prefer soups instead. But I don’t actually love any of these. So, why am I watching this?
Edit: I’ll do the chicken noodle soup. With a soda on the side.

  • Hearty to me means potatoes, cream and some sort of sausage/meat. Don’t get me wrong, veggie soups are awesome, just not really ‘hearty’.

  • Can use stevia, xylitol, natural sugar that are natural sugar alternatives, watch Dr. Eric Berg for more on sugar and stuff, and he also has healthy recipes

  • So does Buzzfeed have a restaurant? Their most popular videos are their cooking videos. You can bet your ass a restaurant somewhere would attract customers. I’d go eat a soup there if I lived in the US.

  • tasty adds meat and butter
Vegans: Why is there a meat in the recipe, what are we supposed to do blah blah….
Tasty uploads a video dedicating vegans
Non vegans: Why isn’t there a meat? What is wrong blah blah..
Seriously guys, you need to stop being butthurt, just add meat to the soup if you don’t like the recipe… I’m a non vegans, I tried them and they were pretty good

  • I loved your video. it’s fast enough and understandable -without all the rhymes of garbage of doing this and that.
thank you for making it and pls make more!

  • People are complaining about these soups not having any meat in them???
Have I been missing out on something my whole life?
I thought a soup with meat in it was a stu or something.

  • Why won’t you use a tea ball strainer for the herbs so you don’t have to fish for them in the soup?

    Edit: LOVE the vegetarian options!

  • Why vegan butter, for chrissake?? Why is this video pandering to vegans? Use real, ACTUAL butter and let THEM substitute fake crap if they want!!

  • Try replacing white flour with almond flour, oat or any other type of flour
You can also replace white and brown sugar with coconut sugar, agave or maple syrup or just honey
    It’s a lot healthier

  • Can people in the comments just be more appreciative and stop with the ‘it’s not healthy’ bs. Dude they are desserts what do you expect? And no one said it’s healthy, it’s healthiER than the original version of the dessert. Stop criticising and be more appreciative that she spent time developing these recipes.

  • Lol these look good but they use the same herbs and methods over and over again
There are other herbs in the world than Bay leave and thyme you know.

  • There are ways u can make dessert without sugar and oil… N then it can be called healthy.
Yes adding whole wheat flour is good… U can use other flours as well.. N i love my cake without cream frosting… U can just melt chocolate and apply… U don’t need to add tonns of things. And what is there use to use dark chocolate and to add sugar thereafter?

  • I don’t think I’ve EVER made a soup without adding copious amounts of black pepper. You didn’t use any at all. You let the flavors speak for themselves. I let the pepper talk.

  • Hi. I really love this video. But I have one question. For the cinnamon rolls can you use another substitution for the yeast? Any suggestions

  • Guys healthy doesn’t mean low fat, using these ingredients is so much better for you than store bought or homemade with 600 cups of butter

  • When I hear healthy I think low sugar or sugar free, not no eggs…… when did eggs become less healthy than sugar?? I’m sorry (not sorry) but this video angers me.

  • xanam gum isn’t bad it’s used to help bind ingredients and thicken stuff, usually used in gluten free baking, you can buy it at a super market.

  • Made the potato soup… only used 5 potatoes instead of 6. Followed everything else exactly. This is not a soup it’s just mash potatoes . Gonna add more broth and see if it turns it into soup

  • Thank you for making healthy versions of my favorite desserts. Please make more such videos. Complements on bringing healthier recipes

  • This is not healthier and almost everything has the same calories as the original, lmao. I thought you were going to substitute the sugar for any other sweetener

  • can confirm that vegan chocolate cake is amazing, it’s sooo fudgy and rich. if you don’t want to bother with the icing just use betty crockers (it’s vegan)

  • Just because you can’t pronounce/know the meaning of something doesn’t mean its bad! This lady is the kind of person who would look at the words dihydrogen monoxide and scream poison

  • Honestly I wouldn’t make this. Just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it’s healthier and she said 1/3 cup of sugar but put 1 cup of sugar in it???
    My advice would be
Stop eating snacks, dessert, drinking soda, or other drink with sugar in it
have one cheat day a week, where you can eat/drink 1 “dessert”
when you make cake, try making a small cake, like mini cake. And share it with your family, even though it’s so small. + You can decorate the mini cake with a lot of frosting, cause it’s so small it almost doesn’t matter

  • Trees are often cut down unsustainably to make almond milk. Also, coconut oil is high in saturated fat and too much of it can cause heart issues. Try and find out where your almond milk is from and limit your coconut oil intake.

Edit: not being able to pronounce something doesn’t mean it’s bad bananas have hundreds of ‘ingredients’ and many that are hard to pronounce. Vegan doesn’t always mean healthy. Pure sugar is vegan. Not hating just saying that you should do research.

  • It is a bit misleading to not include that these are vegan in the title. If that one word had been included, you wouldn’t have nearly as many negative comments or dislikes

  • YAY! FALL SOUPS!!! I’m so happy right now!! I’ve been meaning to find some recipes to spice up my dull soup dinners… You’re such a lifesaver! Thank you and I’m so happy I subscribed to your channel!!! Lots of love and well wishes!

  • Coconut oil has more saturated fat than most other options out there! Just because it’s made from coconut does NOT mean it’s healthier!!!

  • “I want to make a healthier version of a chocolate cake”
Proceeds to put 200 grams of white sugar on the batter.
You could’ve used brown sugar or honey or granulated stevia… White sugar is literally poison.
Also, vegan doesn’t mean healthy, it only means that you didn’t use animal products.

  • Why do the cinnamon rolls
Looks so unrisen? There’s yeast in them. Maybe they did not let rise after cutting and putting in the pan?
