Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life.   • couscous is made of wheat. for those of you who are avoiding wheat, quinoa is the very best option. it is higher protein than your usual grain dishes and has lots of micronutrients as well. it is gluten-free and i’ve never heard of anyone being allergic to it. recipes look great joanna! keep up the great work!

  • These kinds of meals once or twice a day with cardio workouts for 2 weeks, no reason you shouldn’t dramatically lose 14-20 pounds in 2 weeks. Then build back your daily diet from there to keep the fatty weight down. Keep up the cardio workouts and you’ll look incredible in a couple short months.
