  • Hope next time you won’t leave the scooped peanut butter on the countertop.
    You can also use a small spatula in pouring cream or sticky ingredients instead of your finger:)

  • 1:28: YESSSSS THIS! People need to understand this more. Don’t just live a healthy month, live a healthy life! There’s no need to cut out sweets and fatty food completely or right away and then say that you’ll eat them again when you lose weight. There’s no point to that. As long as you exercise and eat healthy for the most part, it’s okay to easy sweets or other food you desire as long as you discipline yourself. Let it be part of your routine and adjust to it.

  • Proof that even «healthy foods» can make you gain weight;
    In the first recipie alone we have:

    2 bananas (180 calories)
    0,5 cup of almond milk (15 calories)
    0,5 cup of greek yougurt (65 calories)
    1 serving of granola (200 calories)
    1 serving (20g) peanut butter (120 calories)
    1 cup of blueberries (85 calories)

    That is 665 calories. That is like eating:
    a Mcdonalds cheeseburger,
    a pack of chicken nuggets (6 pcs),
    and two kid sized ice cream cones.
    That whole meal comes out to 660 calories. That means you will actually consume LESS by taking that whole Mcdonalds meal. Of course Mcdonalds as a lot more salt and unhealthy fats than the breakfast, BUT Alivia has in multiple videos said she is trying to loose weight but can’t. Maybe this is it?

    All in all I just wanted to show you how this is a great alternative to many other breakfasts out there, but in the weight loss department; not the best.

  • I’m only 11 and I’ve been insecure for my body for years when I found out about glow up diaries it honestly changed my life the only that I’m struggling with is trying to hide the fact that I wanna be healthy from my parents and family since I’m young I can’t buy my own groceries and stuff so it’s been really hard no expecially since my parents are the reason I’m insecure

  • at 2.08 it looks as though they’ve pre-cracked the egg and considering the white to yolk ratio fitting perfectly in the avocado, they probably removed some of the white.

  • Guys don’t waste your time watching this video and instead make these really healthy banana pancakes for breakfast. They are really tasty and all you need is an egg, 1 banana and some flour!


    First mash up one banana in a bowl and then add one whisked egg. Mix the banana and egg together until combined then add 2 tablespoons of flour (you can use whatever flour you’d like, I tend to either use whole wheat flour or plain white flour) and mix together.

    In a frying pan, heat up a very small amount of oil (I tend to use coconut oil but you can use whatever you have in your house) and place small amounts of the batter into the pan (it’s up to you how much you put in, smaller pancakes are easier to flip so that is what I would recommend). Cook until brown on each side (usually only 1-2 minutes on each side) and serve!

    These pancakes are really delicious with cinnamon, honey/ maple syrup and extra bananas but feel free to add whatever you’d like (Nutella is also a good addition if you aren’t relying on these to be completely healthy ��).

  • Just butter some bread, cut a square in the middle of it, put it on a frying pan, crack an egg into it, flip it over, take it out and eat. Gets perfectly toasted and you can use the extra piece of bread to absorb some of the egg.
