  • why don’t you put in a whole egg instead of just the eggwhite? the eggyolk contains more protein than the eggwhite… and it’s not like that the egg is bad for you… so why?

  • No hate just curious
These recipes are clean, easy and look really tasty but I’m worried if they’re all well balanced with protein, carbs and fats? Some of the recipes are but I’m not sure

  • Hope next time you won’t leave the scooped peanut butter on the countertop.
You can also use a small spatula in pouring cream or sticky ingredients instead of your finger:)

  • Also, do you have tips on proportion control? I’m good at eating pretty well, I just have trouble not eating too much. I’m also very snacky and a bored eater.

you make me smile with your funny comments. Thank you to share with us your healthy recepies. Nice evening

  • 1:28: YESSSSS THIS! People need to understand this more. Don’t just live a healthy month, live a healthy life! There’s no need to cut out sweets and fatty food completely or right away and then say that you’ll eat them again when you lose weight. There’s no point to that. As long as you exercise and eat healthy for the most part, it’s okay to easy sweets or other food you desire as long as you discipline yourself. Let it be part of your routine and adjust to it.

  • These are all beautiful. The cookies esp look yummmmmy. Was just thinking about same ingredients. Have cocoa nibs and hemp hearts as well that I am tossing in.

  • Lol what’s up with the comments? If tasty posted a video about breakfast recipes it will receive a lot of negative comments, that nobody could ever prepare them in the morning but i bet someone would, if they are determined. But now they posted a video on how to make a sunny side up but it’s still wrong? What is wrong i thought you like easy recipes they literally just made an egg wtf

*Made a text mistake on the first recipe. it is 1/2 cup of a greek yogurt!!

  • I love the fact that for the pancakes, when it ripped apart, she dint care and still showed it, like if ykyk, usually utubers skip that part to not let anyone mistake their “perfections” but this girl right here; omg I have so much to say, Ur motivating and Inspiring video of losing weight came onto my home page a day back and I’m so glad it did; I’m starting to get more serious with my workouts and all the thanks to u 😉 ur so inspiring and I can’t believe I found ur channel thank you and keep going <3

  • Proof that even «healthy foods» can make you gain weight;
In the first recipie alone we have:

    2 bananas (180 calories)
0,5 cup of almond milk (15 calories)
0,5 cup of greek yougurt (65 calories)
1 serving of granola (200 calories)
    1 serving (20g) peanut butter (120 calories)
1 cup of blueberries (85 calories)

That is 665 calories. That is like eating:
    a Mcdonalds cheeseburger,
a pack of chicken nuggets (6 pcs),
and two kid sized ice cream cones.
That whole meal comes out to 660 calories. That means you will actually consume LESS by taking that whole Mcdonalds meal. Of course Mcdonalds as a lot more salt and unhealthy fats than the breakfast, BUT Alivia has in multiple videos said she is trying to loose weight but can’t. Maybe this is it?

All in all I just wanted to show you how this is a great alternative to many other breakfasts out there, but in the weight loss department; not the best.

  • Hey alivia!! All of these look amazing. But on problem, I can’t eat yogurt!! So many of these have Greek yogurt. Any suggestions on food like this but no Greek yogurt?

  • I’m only 11 and I’ve been insecure for my body for years when I found out about glow up diaries it honestly changed my life the only that I’m struggling with is trying to hide the fact that I wanna be healthy from my parents and family since I’m young I can’t buy my own groceries and stuff so it’s been really hard no expecially since my parents are the reason I’m insecure

  • Is everything with eggs, and the fact that my literally whole family’s allergic to eggs when I’m tryna make a breakfast without eggs for my family…

  • at 2.08 it looks as though they’ve pre-cracked the egg and considering the white to yolk ratio fitting perfectly in the avocado, they probably removed some of the white.

  • Healthy eating isn’t about cutting out all sugar and getting rid of what you love to eat
    Its about finding substitutes:)

(not linked to the video just thought it might help some people out there)

  • Guys don’t waste your time watching this video and instead make these really healthy banana pancakes for breakfast. They are really tasty and all you need is an egg, 1 banana and some flour!

    recipe:

First mash up one banana in a bowl and then add one whisked egg. Mix the banana and egg together until combined then add 2 tablespoons of flour (you can use whatever flour you’d like, I tend to either use whole wheat flour or plain white flour) and mix together.

In a frying pan, heat up a very small amount of oil (I tend to use coconut oil but you can use whatever you have in your house) and place small amounts of the batter into the pan (it’s up to you how much you put in, smaller pancakes are easier to flip so that is what I would recommend). Cook until brown on each side (usually only 1-2 minutes on each side) and serve!

These pancakes are really delicious with cinnamon, honey/ maple syrup and extra bananas but feel free to add whatever you’d like (Nutella is also a good addition if you aren’t relying on these to be completely healthy ).

Hope this helped and if you made them let me know in the replies how it went ❤️

  • The egg in a cloud one is sUPer good. I was just really scared to eat it cause my oven sucks at cooking things all the way. And when i pulled it out a spider either came from the side of the oven or the ceiling, so i was scared even more to eat it

  • Hi ma’am, a new subscriber, just came across ur channel n it’s amazing, a request can u show me some facial exercise as I am slim but my face always looks chubby just no idea how to reduce the same

  • Did anyone else notice that the lemon/lime was in backwards or is it just me…? Maybe they just needed the smallest amount but it thoroughly confused me.

  • Going along with the rice cake, toast with peanut butter and banana is really really good I have it when I have bananas in my house

  • Just butter some bread, cut a square in the middle of it, put it on a frying pan, crack an egg into it, flip it over, take it out and eat. Gets perfectly toasted and you can use the extra piece of bread to absorb some of the egg.

  • Aw damn I’m thirteen and we can’t afford this (it’s like 5 dollars for a little bit of nlueberries or things like that in my country)

  • If u wanna make the pancakes Vegan then u can just leave out the egg and put some more oats in! <3:D
Oh and also: U should only eat 15grams of chia seed per day, bc otherwise its unhealthy for ur body i heard

  • Yes pleeeaseee!!

tell us I have my mix ready for the oven and I don’t know ‍♀️ which temperature it is Celsius or Fahrenheit

  • I watched your lots of videos but u know what….WHAT IF SOMEONE DOESN’T HAVE ANYTHING TO WORK HARD, EAT HEALTHY, TO DO JOURNAL OR ETC….. That is kinda broking feeling I have.:)
That YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK ON YOURSELF BUT YOU PROBABLY “CAN’T”. ;|

  • Who else has been obsessed with her content lately? She is honestly such an inspiration
(made me start my channel and make videos)

  • Hey Holly! These sound all amazing. Will definitely try these. I noticed that for the crisps you said 350° Celsius and for the loaded fries you said 350° Fahrenheit. I suppose that was a mistake, right?

  • don’t see it as “I’ll eat totally clean for one month i won’t eat any sweets, or pizza and when i have my dream body, i’ll eat whatever i want again.” see it as, “from now on i will eat healthy and happy, i will try to eat clean and workout as much as possible, but i’ll be allowed to eat things like pizza and cake if that’s what i desire. because i want a healthy life not a healthy month.” ✈︎✍︎︎☕︎︎☘︎︎
