  • Where the hell is honey vegan
Oh…now i see the egg and immediately check and then i realize, it’s not a vegan video…. Sorry y’all

  • I lost over 20lbs in two months. Just visit a website called NextLevelDiet, choose the foods you like and they will provide you with 30-DAY diet plan and training plan. Finally I got my six pack:D

  • One cup of this, one cup of that. And what to do with the many leftover ingredients? That’s no way to cook. I need recipes where I can use full cans and then have the rest of the ingredients balanced with that. Fine with me if that is then for 6 or 8 persons. Some of us will eat it twice then. Since tofu just tastes like plastic, I’m not too impressed here.

  • Why do you not state the name of the food first? This way I can skip if I don’t care for it…no reason to withhold the name till the end.

  • Looks great. Have you ever had the Amy’s organic Harvest Bowl? I love it but can’t figure out how to completely replicate. Has quinoa, pinto beans, sweet potato, kale, tofu but can’t get the flavoring right.

  • Just recently found your channel and binged watched a bunch of your videos. Hit subscribed and still watching. Learning new recipes and love how you also share the recipes in the description box as well. Thanks for sharing and keep posting.

  • So delicious you’re amazing I enjoy eating plant base I have loss 185 pounds in the last 8 months eating 90% plant base my 10% is my African food that I super love but only eat it Saturdays

  • I really don’t understand why you are still using those old pictures as thumbnails. it is misleading and has nothing to do with your new videos, which promote under-eating

  • I love the fact that the recipes are for one serving most of the time.
I’m not a big fan of eating multiple times the same meal so it’s good for me.
Keep on the good work and thank you for these videos

  • Hi Hannah, thank you for these videos! I love that these recipes have tons of simple ingredients that I already have around the house. I will be eating this all tomorrow. Can’t wait to try the soup!

  • Some time age my friends advertised to me how wonderful vegan cooking is and there are ‘hundereds’ of recepies on yt to check.

So i am trying it. However, i encountered some very, VERY frustrating shit.

See, most of recepies have either tofu or beans. I hate tofu, my wife hate beans. If you subtract any recepies with either tofu or beans… these advertised ‘hundreds’ turn to shy handful.

Next isue, there is like few dozen videos about vegetarian dinners on yt but most of them repeat from each other. And each and every fucking of these video shows me stir fry or broccoli tofu. And every thing that tries to pretend to be ‘meat’ use beans

    I’m done with this shit.

Anybody can give me some advice with what i can replace beans or tofu?

  • Why are every one of these vegan and vegetarian videos so similar. Like similar type of dishes? I’m a vegetarian. Have been for 18 years now. I can make alot of variety other than just tofu or moods or try to imitate a job vegetarian dish

  • Guys! I made the vegan chili last night and it’s absolutely BOMB! I haven’t had chili in years since becoming vegan and it is SO good! I recommend cooking it in a crock pot over night or through out the day so the veggies become very soft and soak up the deliciousness. that’s what I did and it’s to die for!

  • All these are labor intensive and have too much ingredients, some of them hard to find. So i have respect for vegans for this, they choose the hard way to remain ethic

  • Only prob with most of these recipes. Onion/Garlic and Black Beans trigger my IBS symptoms pushing me back towards chicken and rice

  • Why are they throwing away half the vegetables? Stir-fry eggs? Why on Earth are they throwing the Salmon in boiling water? Sous Vide it or marinated it and grill it, at least that way it has some flavor.

  • I used to be vegetarian but I was lazy and didn’t find the right meals for protein. I eat meat now, but it’s only chicken and seafood. I don’t plan to ever go back to beef, pork, etc. though, they grossed me out 100x more than chicken lol. But I still prefer vegetarian meals when I have the option, so I’ll try these:)

  • Now I’m feeling strong because I got 3kg of lean muscle in 1 month. I only visited website called Next Level Diet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan with amazing tips. Believe me!!! #*Next Level Diet*

  • Hi Hannah! Do you have an amazon link? I am looking for the juicer you shared not to long ago, I think you said it was around $90? Do you still think it works well?

  • Yes!!! I loved the ice-cream! I’ve been looking for new sweet treats and this hit the spot! I added granola, hemp seeds and protein powder and added some ingredients I have never used before to my grocery list! I am definitely a new subscriber!! Thank you! Keep those food videos coming!!

  • Hi there, guys and dolls. A question. Starting this new way of eating. Does everything have to be organic? Seasoning etc? Help this gal out!

  • I think that more and more people are getting environment conscious and that’s great.

Stop buying all my green squash though seriously. People at the end of the world be like buying pasta, TP, ice cream, and MY green squash!

  • Hey Hannah! I love your videos. Thanks for the tip on the smoothie bowlsletting my frozen fruit defrost for just a few minutes really helped me. Also, if you want to create nice balls of your dragonfruit, use a melon baller. I do that and it works great.

  • Hi Hannah, I’d like some advice, I don’t do alot of exercise but make very health vegan based meals and try to drink 3L water as that’s what my body need but sometime I find I haven’t some of the days and then get cramps. I want this to be my lifestyle. Can you tell me a very simple story of how you change your lifestyle from your weight to now? Was it 3 meals a day and 4 half an hour of exercise a day? Or? Is this video you typical meals and how often do you exercise? I just don’t know where to start and I am feel discouraged by all that’s out there. I worry that my protein sizes are to small but as I eat alot of veg I think I need high volume for more Cals. Your protein sizes are the same as mine. I would appreciate a little answer please, if you have a moment.

  • Hi, your the best great dishes, I love my meats but nothing wrong with cutting back on meat, helps clean the bodily system to some extended longevity. Many thx, Many blessings all the bestand be safe✌

  • hey guysi see a lot of use of tofu here, and tofu is curdled soy milki just wanna say be careful of eating/drinking soy products. Soy is packed with estrogen-like compounds called isoflavones. that can encourage different types of cancer, infertility, and different thyroid problems. Personally i use chickpea Tofu

  • As far as I can tell, you don’t have a Twitter presence (though rascals use your handle), so I couldn’t share this with you there, but I wanted you to see it. Someone asked my who my favorite YouTuber was. My answer:

  • Question… I’m not normally hungry in the morning I don’t normally get hungry till around 1 is that ok or should I make myself eat in the morning like a smoothie or something?

  • Love your ideas but GARLIC is a medicine and for people who are on certain meds will get really sick and possibly other side effects, this is coming from a Chef of 40 years so I hope you think about how much to use. Take care

  • Hey Hannah. Have you tried adding cauliflower to your berry smoothies? Lowers calorie density, adds a veg and best of all you cant taste it.

Give it a try. Its a game changer.

  • The video doesnt give any info, like how much protein are we talking? Because most vegetarian “high protein” meals I’ve seen have like 10-15g of protein and that’s not nearly enough for me.

  • Diet plan from NextLevelDiet is so simple that everyone can follow it. No buzzwords, no bullsh*t, no pussyfooting. Only clear directions and instructions. Losing fat is easier than ever.

  • I love your videos… but every time but I need to eat a lot to feel satisfied…

  • I note most dont realize the true season in the garlic, onions, peppers, bay leaves. With those ingredients when extracted you dont need to many sodium seasons add that blots you raise blood pressure and dehydrates.

  • I’m a meat eater and meat eaters shove their views down your throat wayyy more than vegetarians and vegans. I think it’s a lot of meat eaters who are sensitive little bitches

  • I am a hunter/fisherman, so obviously i eat meat. But i only eat what meat i myself or my family have harvested. So if a hunt or fishing trip is unsuccessful then too bad, no meat for dinner. Out of curiosity I’ve tried alot of vegitarian or vegan dishes in the last year and most of them are absolutely fantastic. Except tofu, i just dont like the texture.

  • Hi Hannah. I just started Dr. McDougals starch solution a few weeks ago. I’m happy but the weight loss is very slow. Could you share how much you lost on a weekly or monthly basis? Have you ever done a video about that? Thanks so much. Love your channel

  • it is so nice to keep motivated and doing exercises all the time but its so hard here an easy way to lose weight so fast without any pain its like you sleep and wake up thin lol you can find the infos here [email protected] gmail.com

  • I consider myself a meat eater although I haven’t partook in a while. Having alternatives like this rather than eating meat every day is not only sensible but for some it could extend your life warding off unnecessary and avoidable illnesses. It’s funny how there’s no medical data showing how eating too many vegetables can have a negative impact on your health. The same cannot be said for the latter. Something to think about.

  • Guys I know these are expensive but these are insanely healthy but if u take a close look at these, just ditch the snacks and soda and other unhealthy stuff that u buy and if u focus on only buying these, you’ll still have money left lol!

  • Your recipes look delicious! I am a little bit disappointed though, because you went from eating a lot of protein during some time (including protein powder) to not even having one serving of legumes in this and the (I think) previous video. I am afraid, I don´t like that very much, nutrition-wise. Anyway, still enjoy watching your Videos and looking for inspiration:)
