  • They obviously dont cook on a budget blueberries everywhere most expensive berries you could find…!!!! Raspberries and strawberries are next…luckily i can get raspberries from my friend s garden!

  • Commenting to remind myself, the only things I’ll try from this list is the first one(replace with squash) and the one with the tomatoes.

  • There is so much you can do to improve.
    1. Instead of using a cast iron use a non-stick frying pan and spray oil instead of pouring a cup of it.
    2. Choose non-fat plain greek yogurt
    3. Instead of whole eggs use egg yolks
    4. Yams are calorie dense, use beets or carrots
    5. Instead of honey or syrup use low calorie syrup
    6. Use 0% fat milk
    etc.
    What ticks me off most is that using whole wheat bread instead of regular bread is marginal difference.
    However, the bread pudding was overall a good idea that can be made tasty while these tips do not sacrifice the taste much.

  • They are good ideas, but for me it would need more flavor. Put herbs into the olive oil. Especially for the salad dressing that needs more flavor. You could turn that egg into a salad dressing with the olive oil and some lemon juice. Don’t forget herbs add flavor without adding many calories.
