    We humans need 4700 mg of Potassium each day. But it is seldom met through our routine usual diet unless we consciously increase our K (Potassium) intake.
    1 banana has approx 400 mg of K but the downside is sugar which is approx 15g!!

    So, please share some K rich breakfast/foods.

  • Beaan ka chilla is not healthy at all.. it contains simple carbs not complex carbs..
    Also oil doesn’t contains helthy fat and contains cholesterol..
    Rest all breakfast has same nutritions value..worst video..

    Eat eggs.. oats.. whole wheat bread with peanut butter..milk.. sweet potatoes with some lemons and more are far better than these foods

  • Usually breakfast is 1st meal in one’s daily rutine and I read many articles that having banana at empty stomach not good as it result in increased in magnesium,harmful for heart as well having sweet on empty stomach increase insulin level which may lead to diabetes.

    Add jaggery, coconut, salt, methi powder and little water to cooked rice and cook it again for 5 more minutes… then serve with ghee… It’s called Methi Rice… very tasty and healthy…

  • Would you suggest adding an alternative protein source to the recipe if you are hypothyroid and have to avoid soy products like tofu? My suggestion would be salmon or another oily fish and perhaps a few slices of avocado?

  • Vicky just a suggestion came on my mind dont mistake me: can u try something on the scenario rather than predominat on dishes eg: many people work in countries like grmany, canda, swiz nd uk where the weather is completely differs. So what kind of food should help them in terms of exoerimenting in diet if it all they are on the weight loss mode.this wil tremendously helpful for onsite IT employees and others who may only able to adapt the cinditions after 3 or 6 months only.
