    2 cups (160g) Quick oats
    2 tablespoons Dessicated coconut
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/4 cup (30g) dried Cranberries
    350 g (12.34 oz) unsweetened Applesauce

  • Try taking 11 1/2 cups of rolled oats ground into oat flour in a blender or food processor instead of using the quick oats. Also use the rolled oats in the amount Dani said. It’s still all oats.

I left out the baking powder and added the chocolate chips after it was baked at 350 for 4 or 5 rounds of 10 minutes intervals stirring each time till it got as dry as I wanted it.
