  • Hi Tara New to Keto and watching you from New Zealand. Love your video’s! Just wondering how many servings you get from this? I’m presuming 8?

  • I am soooo bad at math so what would it be for 1 serving how would you go about getting the calories and macros for all these ingredients and how much would one serving have?

  • It would be a waste for you not to lose fat while other typical people are capable to lose weight quickly using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • Yum looks delicious i am making this soon can use mushrooms and meat free sausages to make them vegan as i dont eat meat or fish at home making your keto bbq sauce and bread for my subway sandwich soon making your red lobster biscuits for office snacks soon making your cauliflower fried rice crackers biscotti soon for my office lunch and snacks soon saw the stories on insta and fb miss your fb live sooooooooo much love your dad and stories always brighten up my day love your videos making me hungry Thanks Ramya

  • I knew I liked you but when I heard the SNL reference I love you ❤️ that’s my show…been watching it since I was a little girl with my Dad (totally inappropriate, but I didn’t get most of the jokes anyway!) Now that my Dad is gone, it will forever make me smile and think of him. Even the bad years were good to me. Anyway, the bag referencewas it the bar scene with the two drunk people who hook up?? lol I usually know just about every SNL answer, but this one got me!

  • Hi Bobby… wondering if steaming instead of boiling the cauliflower/garlic would be a viable option as I feel I would like a “thicker” (if you will) topping. This seems like a great pie!

  • What do you think about adding some xanthan gum to give the cauliflower a creamy texture like real mash potatoes? With that work? Just curious. The recipe looks great

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice many people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • Already made this dish several times and we love it! It’s an awesome recipe that can be adapted to what you have at home protein/veggie wise…you guys are awesome thanks for all the beautiful ideas!

  • Hiii can you do a grilled fish please? And more healthy fish and shrimp recipes?? and im looking foward to the book. I just preordered mine. I cant wait and please keep posting videos of cooking. It has really helped seen the video vs reading and been lost in all the cook books.:)

Ps. More budget meals as well.:) please please.

  • Love u guysI’m not keto, but I love all of your videos!! Art is so good w the camera. Can’t wait to make this, I’m more than 80% Irish!

  • Love your shirt ! Thanks for another low carb option. I love your short, clear and energetic videos. I especially love and appreciate your informative market hauls.

  • Where do you get the tomato paste in the tube? How long does it last after you open it and does it need refrigeration after opening?
    Thank you so much

  • Great video. A lot of people seem to have trouble finding out what they should be eating for keto. I found a really useful article that could help anyone struggling. Check it out! https://bettermodernliving.com/2019/03/11/doing-keto-the-right-way/

  • Just subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to more content. I really am looking forward to it. May I ask what kind of burner are you cooking on. Is it electric?

  • The Sinatra Group “Forget the head..put a bag over it and do ya business!” lol ffs i probably quote that skit at least 5 times a month 😉

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search search. On there you will discover a great tips about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it will work for you too.

  • Fat is not unhealthy, and when they take the fat out of a food they just add in more carbs/sugar to compensate. A calorie of carbs/sugar causes more weight gain than a calorie of fat, and sugar doesn’t satisfy your hunger.
Eat bacon and eggs for breakfast, stop drinking reduced fat milk, stop eating bread, stop eating sugar, and the pounds will melt away.

  • I have become a fan of ground turkey because it’s more affordable. But I am not so great cooking it so that would be awesome to get some pointers on turkey meatballs, burgers, or just ground for taco meat or spaghetti sauce.:)
Thanks for the video great recipe to try.

  • OMG this is one of my hubby’s favorite dishes! Except for the lamb, gonna have to use beef and /or pork! Can’t wait for the book.

  • I have been planning on making a cottage pie for quite a while. So now I can alter my recipe with many of your suggestions. I typically use ground beef. And being that my mother is British and I grew up in England I usually add Bisto gravy granules. They probably would be contradictory to your goal with this recipe but they definitely add some banging flavour!

  • Made tonight delicious!!
BUT When I enter the recipe in carb manager my macros are different. I get 9 total carbs, 6 net carbs. Maybe because our serving size is different? I made mine serve 8, anything less would feel like a tease. Lol

  • just pre-ordered your book…super excited to make this recipe this week! LOVE your channel and all your recipes! Oh and also your T-Shirts crack me up:)

  • I made this casserole today and it came out amazing. The only difference is that I cook my chicken whole and season with salt and pepper then cut it down. Due to that I cut back on some of the salt. Thank you for the recipe I was craving chicken fettuccine with broccoli and this hit the spot.

  • I used local goat cheese in my cauliflower mash at Christmas, went over really well! But for St. Patrick’s, I love to use Irish cheddar and fresh chives!

  • Looks great. I run my fork tines across the top. It represents something about the Sheppard’s. I forget. Lol. This is what I miss the most about being on keto. Thank you. I pre-ordered your book. Can’t wait to get it.. you are the keto gourmet. Thanks sweetheart.

  • Bobby that looks super delish. I’ve been anxiously waiting for the MAYO recipe. I miss using mayo most store mayo contain not approve keto ingredients so haven’t purchase any. Please do a mayo vid. TFS.

  • Where did you get your single burner? I have a glass top stove so I can’t use a cast-iron skillet. That burner would be perfect for when I want to.

  • My wife and I were already planning on doing a cauliflower mash Sheppard’s pie for St. Paddy’s before we head out in Indy. Thanks for the vid, perfect timing! I’m not fully on board with the cauli-mash train yet, but I bet this will do it for me. Enjoying your channel

  • Ha! I did not know that Shepherd’s Pie meat is lamb! Doesn’t what we buy outside (stores and restaurants) are made with beef?
    Interesting.

  • Do natural popular lose weight method like Custokebon Secrets really work and if so, how effective are they? We’ve noticed several awesome things about this popular fat burn method.

  • You are filled awesome ideas… love EVERY SINGLE ONE here.. Bookmarked… Thank you stacy…this is AWeSOME… as usual…. Elizabeth xx…. taking mental notes:)

  • I’m too lazy to do my cauliflower that way. I just microwave mine with some garlic and cumin seeds and them blitz it while hot, adding some cheese and a dash of heavy cream. I find microwaving it decreases that distinct cauliflower flavour that not everyone likes, plus you can get it really smooth like whipped potato mash, if that’s your thing. Great channel, btw. Awesome recipes.

  • My Hubby’s favorite dish is Shepherd’s Pie. Can’t wait to try this version for him! Thank you so much for sharing! P.S. Your voice is so soothing!

  • This looks so delicious and I’m a huge fan of cauliflower mash!! Can’t wait to get your cookbook (and review it on my channel!). I’m sure it’s A++++

  • Amy’s and Annie’s are great brands, But she mentioned Microwaving. I would like to see an OZ ep. where he digs deep into the effects of the Microwave.

  • Next Sunday’s dinner plan complete…lol…That ‘pie looks so yummy…and you are absolutely right..The cauliflower mash done right is better than mashed potatoes…and just preordered your Keto cookbook…Thanks Bobby and Dessi Parrish!

  • Man you can cook! Keto Recipe Master! May Jesus bless you, for helping people help themselves to make Ketosis sustainable. Your helping to heal people of diabetes and hypertension and more, with food like this they are less likely to cave and quit Keto.

Can we see a an applause here? Let’s give this man a hand!

  • Do you think using Romanesco would work as well as Cauliflower? If so I think it would look cool to see a green topping for St Paddy’s Day.

  • Processed food?!?! Yeah right… If you want to get sick.

Turn the packages around, read the ingredients label and you’ll see things that has got nothing to do with ”food”. Just because something might taste good and contains less fat, doesn’t mean it’s healthy to put in your mouth.

    She’s a ”top nutritionist”?! Nah… don’t think so.

  • I made this last night and tried it today. Delicious!!! I used zucchini, bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms with beef. Only thing is I COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME get the cauliflower smooth like potatoes. Mine seemed more like grits but it still tasted amazing!! A new favorite for sure.

  • I have a serious question.. can a person who just got their gal bladder removed, cause of stones… can they eat this stuff? they must eat stuff low in fat??? need a answer please.

  • I dont know if its a thing in the US but in the UK mint sauce is pretty popular, especially with lamb, and i always put a few spoonfuls in my shepherds pie. Its delicious.

  • Go fork yourself. OMG!!! I need that shirt!!! In Portugal we do this with chicken, pork and beef and all kinds of chouriço. My dad made the best one! We use potatoes and put a beaten egg on top of the mash potato for the color and crunch!

  • Looks good. Any chance you could list ingredients etc. as attachments so I can save them in separate files on my computer??? Also, could you “translate” ounces, cups etc, and also some ingredients into UK English rather than USA English!

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. While they may induce rapid loss of weight, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term solution for your weight problem. It is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • This is so very close to the way I cook mine! I only use 1-lb of meat, with added cooked bacon. The veggies get cooked in bacon fat, including mushrooms, celery & parsley. Adding a little Worcestershire helps round out the beef flavor. It’s the tarragon that makes it so savory! This should be a great dish to try! Thanks again! Make sure it goes into your Keto Cookbook!

  • Ooo yess please make some low carb hot pockets I miss those being on Keto lol ooo yum I’ll try this
Disclaimer FYI: get a pepper mill and grind your own peppercorns they now put pencil shavings that’s right!!!! Pencils ✏️ shavings in store bought ground pepper and now it’s in store bought grated Parmesan cheese!!!! Guys be careful be smart buy your own stuff!!! DYI is the way to go!!!!!

  • I would also add fresh dill to cut down on the need for salt and it tastes good too. I would also consider using vegetable stock since it is lamb. Everything else is beautiful and great.

  • Hi! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • I ran all of these foods through a diet avoidance radar and most of it is high carb high fat processed crap, the only thing that was an improvement over the standard was the Lasagna, which wasn’t too bad actually. I used https://www.defowdiet.com to analyze each food.

  • I’m just a home-spun cook. I’ve been low carb and keto for 5 years now since diagnosed with T2.

The recipe is very similar to my own and I am going to try yours! There is one thing I do with my cauli a bit differently. Once cooked, I place it in a mesh colander and press the excess water out of it. There is a lot! I find that it stays firmer and the golden brown on top is evener.

Love your channel and ordered your cookbook. I’m very excited!

  • Sometimes I come across Keto recipes and end up not making them because they don’t have the nutrition information.I loved how you did included it! Thank you ☺️ I tried this recipe today and I loveeeed it.

  • I tried this a few days ago and it was just what I needed; very much like my mom’s casseroles growing up. It also froze well for freezer meals at work.
