  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search search. On there you will discover a great tips about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it will work for you too.

  • Fat is not unhealthy, and when they take the fat out of a food they just add in more carbs/sugar to compensate. A calorie of carbs/sugar causes more weight gain than a calorie of fat, and sugar doesn’t satisfy your hunger.
    Eat bacon and eggs for breakfast, stop drinking reduced fat milk, stop eating bread, stop eating sugar, and the pounds will melt away.

  • I have become a fan of ground turkey because it’s more affordable. But I am not so great cooking it so that would be awesome to get some pointers on turkey meatballs, burgers, or just ground for taco meat or spaghetti sauce.:)

  • I have been planning on making a cottage pie for quite a while. So now I can alter my recipe with many of your suggestions. I typically use ground beef. And being that my mother is British and I grew up in England I usually add Bisto gravy granules. They probably would be contradictory to your goal with this recipe but they definitely add some banging flavour!

    BUT When I enter the recipe in carb manager my macros are different. I get 9 total carbs, 6 net carbs. Maybe because our serving size is different? I made mine serve 8, anything less would feel like a tease. Lol

  • I made this casserole today and it came out amazing. The only difference is that I cook my chicken whole and season with salt and pepper then cut it down. Due to that I cut back on some of the salt. Thank you for the recipe I was craving chicken fettuccine with broccoli and this hit the spot.

  • I’m too lazy to do my cauliflower that way. I just microwave mine with some garlic and cumin seeds and them blitz it while hot, adding some cheese and a dash of heavy cream. I find microwaving it decreases that distinct cauliflower flavour that not everyone likes, plus you can get it really smooth like whipped potato mash, if that’s your thing. Great channel, btw. Awesome recipes.

    Turn the packages around, read the ingredients label and you’ll see things that has got nothing to do with ”food”. Just because something might taste good and contains less fat, doesn’t mean it’s healthy to put in your mouth.

  • I made this last night and tried it today. Delicious!!! I used zucchini, bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms with beef. Only thing is I COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME get the cauliflower smooth like potatoes. Mine seemed more like grits but it still tasted amazing!! A new favorite for sure.

  • I dont know if its a thing in the US but in the UK mint sauce is pretty popular, especially with lamb, and i always put a few spoonfuls in my shepherds pie. Its delicious.

  • Go fork yourself. OMG!!! I need that shirt!!! ���� In Portugal we do this with chicken, pork and beef and all kinds of chouriço. My dad made the best one! We use potatoes and put a beaten egg on top of the mash potato for the color and crunch!

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. While they may induce rapid loss of weight, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term solution for your weight problem. It is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • This is so very close to the way I cook mine! I only use 1-lb of meat, with added cooked bacon. The veggies get cooked in bacon fat, including mushrooms, celery & parsley. Adding a little Worcestershire helps round out the beef flavor. It’s the tarragon that makes it so savory! This should be a great dish to try! Thanks again!     Disclaimer FYI: get a pepper mill and grind your own peppercorns they now put pencil shavings that’s right!!!! Pencils ✏️ shavings in store bought ground pepper and now it’s in store bought grated Parmesan cheese!!!! Guys be careful be smart buy your own stuff!!! DYI is the way to go!!!!!

  • I would also add fresh dill to cut down on the need for salt and it tastes good too. I would also consider using vegetable stock since it is lamb. Everything else is beautiful and great.

  • I ran all of these foods through a diet avoidance radar and most of it is high carb high fat processed crap, the only thing that was an improvement over the standard was the Lasagna, which wasn’t too bad actually. I used https://www.defowdiet.com to analyze each food.

  • I’m just a home-spun cook. I’ve been low carb and keto for 5 years now since diagnosed with T2.

    The recipe is very similar to my own and I am going to try yours! There is one thing I do with my cauli a bit differently. Once cooked, I place it in a mesh colander and press the excess water out of it. There is a lot! I find that it stays firmer and the golden brown on top is evener.
