  • That strawberry thing looks great, but it is not at all low calorie. Cocoa has about 350kcal / 100g. Thats a lot. Maple syrup too. In total the calories are just like those of regular cake from the bakery. The same is true for the muffins. Angel cake has more than 250kcal / 100g. Thats more than a few. Coconut whip cream does too. Both recepies have nothing to do with “low calories”. As far as they are concerned, I don’t get the point of the video. Am I the only one to notice? The fruit tarts seem to be more okay, if you add a lot of fruit. Filo dough, btw, is also called Yufka in Arabia oder Strudelteig in germany. It clocks in like regular cake dough does. And you have to b very careful with that avocade oil as it has as many as 900kcal/100g.

  • I made them, and they were gorgeous. I had to use ground almond instead of dried strawberries though because I didn’t realise dried strawberries were special K strawberries!! I thought you just cut fresh strawberries really small and put them into the freezer to dry out and freeze!!

  • For the cookie dough cheesecake doughnuts, make sure you heat the raw flour in the oven before consuming it raw. They probs did that but didn’t specify it. Either way, make sure u prepare it correctly, guys, so you don’t make yourself sick ��

  • The only thing I noticed that your making wrong is that your puting salt in your liquid mixture which kills the yeast. I don’t know I’m not an expert but it’s different from other expert YouTubers who make perfect donut.
