  • Going to make this sammich for sure. Funny..I made an omlette for my guy with left over fried chicken and mashed potatoes I did the same thing..I made a patty…was divine!!

  • Has anyone tried this? Thinking of making it sans bacon and with maybe some horseradish sauce and homemade ciabatta bread instead.

  • My 7 year son loves to watch your videos and see you eat your delicious food!! He would like to meet you one day he’s a big fan! Keep up the grate recipe there aswome. I’ve done some sides for my little guy lol. Thank you so much!

  • Looks like a great sammich! Probably have to try it if the vultures leave me enough turkey. Wouldn’t be right until I win that Evo though

  • Thank you brother, you have no idea how much of an impact your cooking is having on my life as I battle mental health issues. Thank you <3

  • I’ve found Sam’s YouTube channel about a month ago and I been watching ever since!! I use mostly all of his strategies when I cook, food comes out delicious. And I like the way he explains himself when he cooks!! I highly recommend everyone watch his videos!! P.S and he also kinda sounds like NEGAN from the walking dead lol. Witch is cool.

  • Just was wondering if you thought of putting garlic mashed potatoes on your sandwich? It seemed like a natural progression to put some on top of the cranberries to me.

  • Omg Sam you just gave me the perfect recipe for my leftover Turkey, I always make pot pie, oh by the way do I have a Turkey not pie recipe

  • BACON IS A BIG FAT NO ON A THXGIVING SANDWICH. ALSO LETTUCE & DRIED OUT TOAST! PLUS OVER DRIED OUT STUFFING & MASHED. GOD AWFUL DRIED OUT MESS. WORST LEFTOVER THANKSGIVING SANDWICH ON THE NET. FIQURE IT OUT!

  • Liked & subscribed. That samich is sexy AF. I need an evo grill as a coffee table in by studio it’s very necessary (a damn bed might even be optional).

  • I like that you censor some of your swearing and just flat out swear for the rest of it. You’re the definition of chaotic neutral.

  • Awesome video Steve and I just went over to Brooke’s channel and watched her new release of you behind the scenes. Loved it! Thanks for sharing her youtube link!

  • I love when I’m all caught up on new episodes and get to go explore for ones I missed. This had some of the funniest shit from Sam. “Fuck you French dip, no I don’t mean that.” Lmfao love the realness of this channel. I love cooking but hate shows where everyone is in happy la la land faking their bs. People cuss, cut themselves, and mess up recipes, glad Sam shows it!

  • Ok Sam or Max I have an Open Turkey sandwich for you it’s my specialty. Toasted Sourdough roll with compound butter or ( Sams Fav bread) Ok so here ya go Fried Mashed Potatoes, Fried Turkey Dark Meat, Fried Stuffing and then Gravy on top. 1 slice of Apple Pie on the side. Of course Sam can have cranberry sauce on the sandwich because that’s what he likes enjoy Sam!
    Astro STFU

  • I didn’t get turned on… I just raised my hand ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️ I just wanted to see if it looked like any of my kitchen war wounds were it won’t stop bleeding with a silent annoying pain

  • That cranberry drip during the cut. This looks great. Reminds me of a sandwich from Au Bon Pain that they made years ago around Thanksgiving.

  • Sandwhich looks awesome, i make something similar, but i grill the stuffing, add cheese, and grill the whole sandwhich. Delicious!!

  • I would love that grill! I’m trying to push my manager at work to get a flat top like that it’s amazing the stuff you can do with it

  • I bought a really cool cleaver last year. I love that cleaver! I named him Theodore. Theodore Cleaver.

Anyway, I was running him through his paces and then one day he bit me. Just like yours. But we all know our knives love us, so it was just a baby love bite. He just didn’t know his strength…

  • I am a HUGE Friends fan and I’ve been making the “moist maker” for years. I do it similar to how Sam did it.. minus the tomato, mayo & spinach.. it is so good. But I think next year I’ll be adding those in as well. Thanks again Sam for another great, funny and informative video!

  • At:28 when you say last “recipe” you’ll need. I don’t think that word means what you think it does. I’ll add my transcription here to help Make America Cook Again.

  • Sam’s candor and lack of censorship is the best thing about this channel… LMAO I love it! Honesty and Realness is my favorite thing ever!

  • LOL, this sandwich was so funny I talked the wife into letting me make it. Now, we’re not sophisticated enough to keep vermouth on hand, so I used brandy instead. I had to run to the store to get some spinach. Verdict: Meh. 2.5 stars out of 5. This is one of those instances where the sum of the individual parts is far greater than the whole. But, it was funny. And a total mess also.

  • All good except the cranberry mayo. I never understood having cranberry sauce with turkey. It’s disgusting. It’s like putting strawberry jam on a steak. Why???

  • Sam, you and I are finger injury buddies!!!! I was grating some cheese for my Mac and cheese and took a chunk out of my right pointer finger. Had to wrap it in a paper towel and keep going lol!! Hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving

  • Sam…Max…you guys have definitely made it big. RubeTube now has so many commercials interrupting each episode I usually become irate and turn you guys off before I even get to the middle of it. Is this what RubeTube considers “success?”

  • “What, you can’t get two more syllables out of your mouth”!!!……..lol,lol….. But so true, using the term merch just sounds ridiculous

  • Here it is the day after Thanksgiving and I tried this sandwich sans the Vermouth (don’t have any) and tomatoes. I gotta say this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. My new tradition starting today is to make one of these for lunch on Black Friday from now on. Sam, thank you for your inspirational and humorous attempt at getting America to Cook Again. I look forward to visiting my family in So.Cal. and making the trek down to NNT, and perhaps get a chance to meet you in person one day. Hope you and the crew had a great Thanksgiving.

  • Who would have thought a skitt on a comedy sitcom TV show would have changed the way we make sandwiches forever. Ross Geller was and will always be a genius. Great video sir.

  • I literally get cut like that at least once a week in my job, if not way worse. That is the type of cut I usually just ignore and let bleed out until it stops. I just prewash the dishes though so it’s ok, there is no cross contamination going on. I literally have more scar tissue on my hands than soft skin anymore though.

  • Sam, how have you not made a Chicago Dog? Gotta’ have it brahh!
Then give me some chile colorado; I need that in my life right now.
    L8

  • My Top 3 Moments if This Episode.

    3. Anytime Sam says “moist;”

    2. 5:25“Holy fuck son, give me a bucket of that;”

    And at Number 1…

    Bad Chinese Buffet flashback.

As an Aussie who doesn’t quite get the whole Turkey Day thing, I still you have a great day Sam, along with all of your viewers.

  • Should’ve talked about the moist maker. I wanna know if that works. Fuck cranberry sauce, it’s been a staple at Thanksgiving dinners forever. The moist maker is the oddball which you totally ignored. BOOOOOOO!
Still liked the video of course.

  • My favorite Thanksgiving memory with my father was looking forward to leftovers sandwich! We had a family tradition of Irish potato stuffing with turkey and slices of cranberry sauce on rye bread! To die for! Yum!
I am 72 and it is just like it was yesterday! He was my best friend!

  • Meh just stick it all in a bowl and eat with a buttered biscuit on the side or a roll. Too sloppy for a sammich and no real good reason to eat it in that manner vs a bowl imo. Looks yummy though. Just too messy for me

  • Hi! Just found you through Brooke Lark and I am so impressed by you! I am also about to start taking video of my cooking so hearing your story and how you started is very motivating and eases my fears a whole lot.:-) Thank you for sharing!

  • I maid a stuffing yesterday for the first time. That shit took hella steps. But thankfully it turned out great and everyone loved it.

  • I am SO going to make that sandwich on Friday! Making your turkey, stuffing & potatoes (will have to use a salt substitute for Clay). At least I found a low sodium pumpkin pie recipe. Will share pics with you & IG and subscribe to your friend’s channel too!

  • I loved your online book. Can you make any more videos making real authentic Italian food? I am so tired of watching cooking channels do the same sort of American foods. I want learn about other cultures food!!
