  • I have a nut allergy so if anyone is the same for the first one just mash a banana add oats and what ever you want like raisins or chocolate chips Xx

  • I asked you to pleaseee post more on a previous video and you’ve been killing it thank you so much!!! ♥️♥️♥️ I never comment on videos but I felt like it needed to be said!

  • I adore Peanut Butter, Oats and Chocolate Chips but to have them all in one cookie would be heavenly, I will definitely be giving those cookies a try.
Thank you for sharing Laura. All these recipes look very tasty and I can’t believe even they’re all healthy and low in calories.
Take care honey, keep safe and have a lovely weekend .

  • Hey Laura, thanks for these recipes. Can’t wait to try the cookies, I’ll have to substitute the peanut butter for wow butter b/c of my son’s allergy. Take care and stay safe

  • This is just what I need this weekend! Thanks Robin, love that you don’t limit yourself to a ridiculously strict diet, that’s the way to go!! ❤️

  • I love love love this idea! Is there anyway you could do it with lunches for 350cals and dinner for around 500? Other ideas i love! X

  • It’s sooo yummy my mum made this today!! Super moist. I love it even more than normal carrot cakes.

Only difficulty is I dunno how to record this on Lifesum how many calories is it per slice, anyone know?

  • Oh god I’m sat looking at the chocolate in the cupboard and resisting but now I’m so going for it I think I might try the pud in a mug tomorrow x, great to see you x

  • Great video, I’ve had mud cake in a mug before so nice with ice cream especially flap jacks not really my thing but the first one cookie I gonna try that soon thanks hun x

  • Is the gingerbread cookies from Amy’s Healthy Baking? I know it because I made this recipe of hers recently and it’s so similar. If so, you should credit her ✨

  • Just be reminded that once you take the bananas out from the freezer, pls thaw them at least for 15 minutes. If you try to blend it immediately, you will not be able to cream the bananas or worse, you’re going to destroy your food processor quickly. I learned it the hard way last time.

  • I have made it several times. Always delicious! I used 1/2 c flour and 1/2 cup oat flour. I used half the amount of honey and added stevia. I added shredded coconut, raisins and pecans. Healthy, tasty, simple. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Greetings from Mexico.

  • I just made this with a few minor substitutions the biggest being I used 1/2 cup of coconut nectar in place of all but 2 tbsp of honey, saving a few hundred calories. Added 3 packets stevia for sweetness. I chose both black walnuts and blanched pan-roasted hazelnuts, twice the amount as shown in the video (1 full cup). I combined the nuts and then split them in half, pulsed 1/2 into flour and combined with whole wheat flour. The other 1/2 was sprinkled on top prior to baking. I used a large apple in place of applesauce dicing 1/2 fine and the other 1/2 into larger pieces. Grated 3 large carrots (more than 1.5 cups) one with a very large hole grater, and used a Microplane grater on the other 2. Drizzled the 2 tbsp of honey on top and baked at 350 F for 40 mins. As soon as it came out of the oven I put a glass cover on and let it fully cool. (Note: There will be a lot of condensation, careful not to let it pour off the glass onto the top of the cake when you lift it the 1st time. This keeps it very moist but will need to be refrigerated soon after cutting.) I got 28 equal serving @ (approx.) 82 cal. per serving. The entire recipe with my changes was 2294 cal. This recipe would work really well with pumpkin pie spicing, or pineapple, blueberries, and dried pear, or banana, maybe corn and bay shrimp, or polenta, cheese, and smoked ham, or…….. The best thing about this recipe for me is that it hits 4 out of 5 food groups with very few calories. If you eat it with a small 1% milk or use a cream cheese frosting you hit all five groups. Fruit, Protein, Vegetable, Grains, and Dairy all in a single bite and only the calories come from honey are not in one of the 5 groups. Very tasty and easily adaptable. In my opinion, the portion should be set at 1 or 2 without additional calories for frosting, but it doesn’t need it. https://imgur.com/a/4GM6VWC

  • Omg I love this short and sweet (hehe) video!!! I will try these easy recipes!! Your outfit is so cute, your highlighter is on pointtt and your cuteness at the end was the best okay done now, thanks, bye boo!!!

  • Those cookies look yummy and enjoyable honestly robin . Keep up the great work with your videos they are wonderful and enjoyable to watch you deserve more views honestly .

  • baking soda is not healthy as it contains aluminum sulphate. baking soda is much better.only thing is it needs something acidic to activate it.here apple sauce contains natural fruit acids.or u can add yogurt or natural vinegar (odourless ones like heinz corn vinigar).

  • I’m just here again to find and fight the people who were being mean to Laura about her mom being with her during this isolation….

  • Labas Robin.Atrodai patraukli vertinu tave už tai kad sugebi atlikti kulinarijos igudžius.Taip labai skanei atrodo matau kad su meyle paruošei viską.Su meyle ir paragaučiau ☺

  • You can also use cottage cheese that’s low fat and either blend it or buy it already creamed and can put vanilla extract in it or just add some honey or nothing at all if you like! And you can spread over the cake and top it with cinnamon and sliced cashew nuts or a few crushed walnuts or a mix! Very versatile I really can’t wait to try this recipe out!

  • i love this!! cant wait to try it. Also, as you mentioned youre on a cutting diet, can you please tell us how many calories you are consuming, what youre macros are and you’re desired weight goal?

  • Very annoying ‘no sugar or butter’ sounded interesting but you just used oil and honey instead. It’s not the healthy cake you made it seem to be.

  • Sounds good and will try it. But, with all due respect think you need to slow a video like this down and make it for 10 mins or so instead of six minutes. It went too fast and I had to keep on replaying to write down the ingredients and process…thank you! <3

  • I cannot find your recipe of healthy carrot cake. Would you provide your recipe and a list of items? So, I will go to the supermarket and buy items from the recipe.

  • What do the gingerbread cookies taste like? Instead of the treacle, will golden syrup make the cookies taste good? I loved the video btw:D

  • Dear joanna,

Where could we find the exact amount of each ingredient you use for this amazing recipe. I´ll try it today!!

    Thanks for sharing,

  • My god I ask my mom to go shopping for olive oil and applesauce and she says “sure honey” and she comes back with neither. I even put it on the shopping list and then when I go to look for substitutes for those ingredients we don’t have any of those either! You’re a great shopper mom.

  • Is there any way to make this without like protein or like peanut butter cause I don’t use/have protein and don’t eat peanut butter either lol they look so delicious tho

  • Yes to healthy sweets! I really needed this while being home all day! The cookies look divine! You look Beautiful btw! I love your hair ❤️

  • It is 2018 and I just found you! I made the carrot cake and it is a great success! It was moist and tasty. Thank you very much! Btw I was making whey so the cream cheese is all home made as the yoghurt was home made. I put activated walnuts on top.

  • You said that we can omit the eggs to make this recipe vegan but didn’t specify what we can substitute in place of it. What would be a healthy vegan substitute for 2 eggs? Any suggestions to make this carrot cake healthy & vegan at the same time?

  • Honestly you have made my December so much better robin! I love seeing so many more videos from you especially every day, I hope you still continue to post videos regularly because you are amazing and so inspiring! ❤️

  • i made this cookies yesterday for my granny and she couldn’t stop asking for morebut then i saw this video https://miniurl.pw/Iq3Y on youtube absolutely the best also

  • This is pretty damn far from low cal ngl. Would recommend substituting the penut butter w/ powdered and the honey for some sugar free maple syrup q

  • Uh, these are amazing! and I don’t mean just for a healthy snack, they are my new favourite sweet treat, seriously though I can’t stop eating them haaaaa thanx Olivia!

  • I just made the cookies. They tasted really nice, nevertheless, the peanut butter (I used the same one as the one in the video) gives a very strong taste to it. (I like it), but if you want to feel more “chocolate” I would recommend not to add or add less than the amount suggested. Thanks for the videooo!!!!

  • Just made these and they’re ridiculously good. I used sugar-free maple-flavoured syrup instead of honey but they still won’t last long. Thanks for the recipe and I’ll definitely be checking out some more.

  • Love your channel. I’m baking loads too, so glad I found your channel for low calorie treats. I too have a very sweet tooth. Thanks for sharing

  • I love love your videos and recipes ❤️ I’ve tried most of them they taste so good and most importantly guilt free and keeps me track. THANK YOU SO MUCH

  • No kidding Olivia, I made these last night for dessert and ate half of it then the rest for today’s breakie. I’m currently making MORE right now. Probably ALL be dessert. I definitely will be buying your e-book if it contains more desserts like this also, I subbed chocolate for orange choc shot and crunchy peanut butter and it was amazing and I made my vegan by adding sweetener and more oat milk to mine

  • Olivia, replying back to your message as to how I got on making the cookie dough bars, well what can I say…. DELISH! I used cinnamon danish myprotein powder, toffee flav drops. I didn’t have chocolate so I used choc shot which was still nice. Thanks again for the recipe. Next time Olivia try it with the cinnamon danish really nice ☺.

  • Joanna have you heard of Hummingbird cake? It is very similar to this, like a spice cake with banana and natural sweetness, cream cheese frosting, and nuts. I love your recipes.

  • Mine is approximately the same. I add in some raisins, rolled oats, or banana.i, therefore, use less sugar. Your English is of good level.

  • Only just found your channel over the last few days and I absolutely love it! I’ve just started calorie counting myself ( I’m also filming what I eat in a day videos) and your videos are so helpful. Love how real you are x

  • Do I have to put protein powder in it, and, if it’s necessary for the texture, with what can I substitute it?
Sorry if they are mistakes in it, I’m not native English speaker!

  • Love love your cooking videos!!! I love your content on Instagram too. Is the cookies and cream protein good and what is the peanut butter like?? Just wondering as I want to order some so I’m able to cook some of these recipes!!! keep it up as I’m loving your content.

  • I love your channel so much, I never normally comment on YouTube but always do on your videos now I made the protein bake oats the other day and they were fab. You’re videos put me in a good mood for the day

  • Doing a second batch of this! Except I use erythritol instead of honey, no cashew nuts and no toppings. Also, whole wheat flour only. It tastes better the day after!
