  • Go to local markets, green grocers or farm shops to get better deals and produce than supermarkets. They have alot of local produce and stuff which is ready to eat on the day which will be super affordable. And alot of the time you just get given stuff for free if its unsellable. Also if you dont have money for food but you have a couple hours free time you can offer your time, services or crafts to people who grow food and in exchange they can give you produce or plants to grow your own.

  • 2:09 uhm yes it does, phytoestrogens and goitrogens, hello? It destroys your thyroid and hormones, and is extremely toxic, it lowers testosterone. In many studies, when men work out after eating soy products, their testosterone goes down. You do realize your testosterone goes up a lot from the stress of working out, so that says a lot about soy consumption. That’s why your voice is so high, and mine is very deep. Also, it has no antioxidants. Antioxidants such as glutathione and CoQ10 are found in really high concentrations in animal products.   • You have the wrong information about the complex carbs. Like white rice, refined sugar, etc are simple carbs. And you need to eat less of simple carbs. Complex carbs include oats, fruits, or anything that takes longer to digest in your digestive system and keeps you full longer. Should be more complex carbs, because it keeps full and less chance of snacking and choosing junk foods.

  • I prefer vegan/plant based etc however after 20+ years I finally have a nutritionist and she is teaching me how to eat more balanced meals. Your meals are carb loading and nit to the US RDA standards. There are vegan protein sources like tofu, edemame, peanuts, pea protein, nondairy yogurts etc. You have to know what is a serving of carbs (2-3per meal) not 4. Also get your blood checked once a year for vitamin deficiencies, I was low iron, fixed that, and critically low vitamin D, and low electrolytes. Consult someone with a masters degree in nutritional science for optimal health.

  • The “cabbage” looks like “Chinese cabbage”, (as it’s called in Australian grocery stores). It’s a different vegetable: much milder tasting, and softer, thinner leaves.

  • bananas, sugar and some potassium (if you need potassium so much milk is higher in it than bananas), 500g of OATS?! That’s literally only fiber. You cannot digest that, it’s gonna cause leaky gut. Protein and zinc? Zinc is found in oysters, way much than oats, oats have never been proven to have any protein let alone any other nutrient, if anything, they have inhibitors which will cause lack of nutrition. Frozen berries? So berries, but with no hydration just the sugar? Those are not antioxidants, they are plant toxins. Look up sv3rige’s video on it. And let’s not forget the fact that we can’t even absorb 0,01% of the ‘antioxidants’ they actually have. Of course, protein powder which causes cancer, digesting depression and balding from the DHT increase. 1:45 they contain linatine, and are nothing more than fiber and toxins, diets high in omega 6 also cut DHA absorption in close to half. Flax seeds are very high in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Which means we cannot convert ALA, so you’re not getting anything from them. I won’t go further, this is enough to show how ridiculous this video is. No nutrition whatsoever. Just processed carbs and indigestion.

  • You should really consider using a little oil in the first steps of your cooking, like when you do the onions and garlic. A little fat in your diet is good. And by incorporating it in the beginning, you’ll help make those fat soluble vitamins and nutrients easier for your body to absorb.

  • Complex carbohydrates are much better than simple carbs bcz they give us more energy and burn fr a longer time, I would advise u to have baked sweet potato (a complex carb source ) should be included in ur lunch, thobdont hav boiled aloo for lunch, it promotes healthy fat gain.�� Hope u found this helpful.

  • 1. Breakfast is too heavy as u said it is of 300 calories rather than we can have stuffed paratha or poha ( 180 cal. )or upma.
    2. chana is too heavy and can’t be eat in night.

    Better if we all can plan diet according to our own body.
    And keep calories record. U can get calories on Google in 1 sec. And u can decide whether to eat or not.
    Because I have done the same I eat everything which is cooked at home, but in moderation. And don’t exceed 1000 calories. That’s it.

    200 milliliters of milk or yogurt of your choice

  • Great video, showing how easy and cheap it can be, I always add spinach to easy pasta sauces to add more nutrition. I also do not like nutritional yeast (bad vegan) I know, so I buy Vioife vegan cheese, as it’s fairly cheap. Pizza is another cheap meal that is delicious, maybe you can show that.
