  • For 3rd meal she straight up made simple dal chawal( dal and rice). It’s an everyday kinda meal here in India ✨. She did well though.

  • I just made your Dahl recipe.
    I’ve wanted to for years.
I went to the local Indian spice store, bought the necessary items, and OMG!
It is absolutely delicious! I served it to a chef friend of mine who loved it too.

  • ¿A quien pretendes engañar? Se puede ver por los paquetes de Mercadona y Carrefour que eres español,no entiendo a que viene hacer esto en inglés

  • grocery shopping is so much more expensive in Indonesia, atleast where I live in Jakarta. I went to the us a few weeks ago and I was so surprised by how cheap things were

  • Go to local markets, green grocers or farm shops to get better deals and produce than supermarkets. They have alot of local produce and stuff which is ready to eat on the day which will be super affordable. And alot of the time you just get given stuff for free if its unsellable. Also if you dont have money for food but you have a couple hours free time you can offer your time, services or crafts to people who grow food and in exchange they can give you produce or plants to grow your own.

  • the lentils look so nice gonna make them this week but i’ll add some more veggies cause my budget is not that strickt and i’ll eat that for days

  • Finally someone else who mixes water with whatever is left in the blender/jar/can! Gotta get every last sucker outta that jar

    Weird observation, I know

  • For weight loss, diet is important as well as physical activity as it helps in burning tons of calories. For more such diet tips you can ask your queries on our page @missbellydietexpert FB Page or Download the app https://land.ly/medicalwale

  • I’ve never seen boiling water added to rice cooked that way…I’m gonna have to try it out. I’ve always started with rinsing rice and adding cold water, bring to the boil, and simmer.

  • Thanks mam but meri mummy khane nehi degi yesab sath me bibi bhi mane gahi nahi yesab khane se waight loss hotahay ghar wale bolte hay yesab khane se kamjori hoga

  • nice recipes, but instead of using water I’d fry most of the stuff in some heaps of oliveor sesame oil. It would’nt add much to the price, if bought in big bottles, the flavour gain would be twice as high

  • 2:09 uhm yes it does, phytoestrogens and goitrogens, hello? It destroys your thyroid and hormones, and is extremely toxic, it lowers testosterone. In many studies, when men work out after eating soy products, their testosterone goes down. You do realize your testosterone goes up a lot from the stress of working out, so that says a lot about soy consumption. That’s why your voice is so high, and mine is very deep. Also, it has no antioxidants. Antioxidants such as glutathione and CoQ10 are found in really high concentrations in animal products. And your body makes your own, the antioxidants you speak of are toxins in plants. Delusions. Watch sv3rige’s video on antioxidants.

  • the dahl recipe has literally become a staple for me at uni… i’ll cook a huge batch and freeze portions separately for as and when i need them…perfect!

  • You have the wrong information about the complex carbs. Like white rice, refined sugar, etc are simple carbs. And you need to eat less of simple carbs. Complex carbs include oats, fruits, or anything that takes longer to digest in your digestive system and keeps you full longer. Should be more complex carbs, because it keeps full and less chance of snacking and choosing junk foods.

  • I like that you live in a spanish speaking country like myself. I know its kind of a weird comment to make in a fitness video but im a bit tired of all those first world fitness channels that have every single vegetable wrapped in plastic

  • I have a REALLY IMPORTANT question, I can’t eat tomato’s so is there some other ingredient I can use to replace the tomato products with????

  • Hi there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will really work for me? I notice many people keep on speaking about this popular lose weight method.

  • you could also put each item in a mason jar and take ur lunch from the glass jars. instead of all in plastic. but i might try to portion is out like this hmm

  • I prefer vegan/plant based etc however after 20+ years I finally have a nutritionist and she is teaching me how to eat more balanced meals. Your meals are carb loading and nit to the US RDA standards. There are vegan protein sources like tofu, edemame, peanuts, pea protein, nondairy yogurts etc. You have to know what is a serving of carbs (2-3per meal) not 4. Also get your blood checked once a year for vitamin deficiencies, I was low iron, fixed that, and critically low vitamin D, and low electrolytes. Consult someone with a masters degree in nutritional science for optimal health.

  • This video is amazing! It helps me remember of the time when my cousin used Custokebon Secrets to lose 17 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most people would like to lose fat, however we also need to stay healthy, and that’s what Custokebon Secrets given.

  • Guys, burn fat does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I’m in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Just a tip, the pasta goes into the boiling water. So firstly you boil the water, then you add salt to the water and finally you add the pasta

  • 3:31 vitamin a is an animal hormone. so how on mother earth did you conclude it can ever be found in that manmade toxic vegetable? Also, lectins and glycoalkaloids, and peppers cause membrane damage and lower testosterone. Epic super food! By the way liver is the highest in vitamin A and E, why even bother putting that there, it’s a laughable amount which you couldn’t even absorb.

  • 2:44 all sugar and toxins, what is this?! 0 nutrition, this is supposed to build muscle? does this guy KNOW what muscles are MADE out of? MEAT lmfao, not toxic manmade vegetables with goitrogenic and estrogenic properties. soyboy alert.

  • Do you hold the food for all this days in the fridge? The food spoils after that time, it can’t be fresh after 3 day… and getting even worse after that.

  • Actually…
Thats not the right recipes to make a curry. But nevermind, maybe you love the way u do it..

From a man who was living and eating a curry since i am a zygot

  • The “cabbage” looks like “Chinese cabbage”, (as it’s called in Australian grocery stores). It’s a different vegetable: much milder tasting, and softer, thinner leaves.

  • bananas, sugar and some potassium (if you need potassium so much milk is higher in it than bananas), 500g of OATS?! That’s literally only fiber. You cannot digest that, it’s gonna cause leaky gut. Protein and zinc? Zinc is found in oysters, way much than oats, oats have never been proven to have any protein let alone any other nutrient, if anything, they have inhibitors which will cause lack of nutrition. Frozen berries? So berries, but with no hydration just the sugar? Those are not antioxidants, they are plant toxins. Look up sv3rige’s video on it. And let’s not forget the fact that we can’t even absorb 0,01% of the ‘antioxidants’ they actually have. Of course, protein powder which causes cancer, digesting depression and balding from the DHT increase. 1:45 they contain linatine, and are nothing more than fiber and toxins, diets high in omega 6 also cut DHA absorption in close to half. Flax seeds are very high in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Which means we cannot convert ALA, so you’re not getting anything from them. I won’t go further, this is enough to show how ridiculous this video is. No nutrition whatsoever. Just processed carbs and indigestion.

  • You should really consider using a little oil in the first steps of your cooking, like when you do the onions and garlic. A little fat in your diet is good. And by incorporating it in the beginning, you’ll help make those fat soluble vitamins and nutrients easier for your body to absorb.

  • I don’t understand how 1100 calorie food per day is healthy…normal person shouldn’t eat less than 1300calories otherwise there would be life threatening consequences.

  • Kabi b zada low diet plan se wight loss karen yeh unhealthy wight loss ho ga bohat jalid gain ho jata ha bus jitni calories le rahy ho us se kam ker do wight loss ho ga monthly 2 kg se 3 kg wight loss healthy ha yeh itni jaild gain nai ho ga (one idea for wight loss)

  • I’m watching these videos as I’m quite interested in veganism, but I see such a lack of protein and fat in these recipes! It’s all carbs! As someone who has seen huge health benefits in the past by lowering carbs and upping fats and proteins, I am unsure how my body would react to this…

  • I wonder if I eat 2 eggs at breakfast and eat that oatmeal that you made for my lunch for the rest of the day.. Would I lose weight and get muscle?? It looks like I would get enough protein and less calories that I need per days

  • Wish I could go to y’alls wedding. I love you two. Alex is so funny. I laugh at the way he teases you. I dont see how you dont strangle him sometimes. LoL.

  • U really want weight loss plz morning breakfast any veggies juice means carrot, beetroot, or sprouts and lunch 2 pulkas leaf vegitable curry and any type of veggies, evening green tea or lemon water and below 7 o clock completedinner with take low calorie fruits…..if u want any hungry soaked drifruits u take very less than 5.. And do excersice….im maintaining this I’m loss 6 kg in a 15 days… And use no sugar, less oil, less salt, less chilli,…

  • Best ever weekly meal plan I have ever tried. I suggest others to try this meal plan. Also here i have an amazing healthy meal paln. Check out the meal plan here: https://www.recipespack.com/7-day-healthy-meal-plan-june-22-28/

  • Complex carbohydrates are much better than simple carbs bcz they give us more energy and burn fr a longer time, I would advise u to have baked sweet potato (a complex carb source ) should be included in ur lunch, thobdont hav boiled aloo for lunch, it promotes healthy fat gain. Hope u found this helpful.

  • You put so much effort into the video and it shows! I love the breakdown of the ingredients and the meals. This is great inspiration for meals, thank you ☺️

  • 1. Breakfast is too heavy as u said it is of 300 calories rather than we can have stuffed paratha or poha ( 180 cal. )or upma.
    2. chana is too heavy and can’t be eat in night.

Better if we all can plan diet according to our own body.
And keep calories record. U can get calories on Google in 1 sec. And u can decide whether to eat or not.
Because I have done the same I eat everything which is cooked at home, but in moderation. And don’t exceed 1000 calories. That’s it.
    I hope this ll help

    All d best.

  • For people looking to gain muscle mass, along with this meal I advise you to prepare this protein shake.
2 Bananas preferably somewhat ripe to provide the sweet touch
200 milliliters of milk or yogurt of your choice
1 small level tablespoon of pure cocoa free of sugar and milk (do not add much because it is bitter and may taste bad)
    Ice to your liking
A small teaspoon of cinnamon, is optional
PS: Cinnamon is not good to consume in excess or much in people who suffer from high blood pressure “hypertension” use it in moderation.

  • Love the music while you are cooking
keep it coming with the budget recipes new to vegan so its a learning process for me thanks so much

  • WE LIKE THAT!!! FCK! That’s a REAL plan, optimised, focus, dassit! u’re my man Jon! Keep it up!
nb: put your raw oignon in water bucket next time and stop make your girl friend crying lmao
    take care

  • This video has good information, but I am confused about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many folks mention amazing things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Great video, showing how easy and cheap it can be, I always add spinach to easy pasta sauces to add more nutrition. I also do not like nutritional yeast (bad vegan) I know, so I buy Vioife vegan cheese, as it’s fairly cheap. Pizza is another cheap meal that is delicious, maybe you can show that.

  • If you put meat in, in for 1 person in all these recipes, the price shoots up to 5 times the price now lol. Even cheap meat amd that isnt even healthy

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is actually great way to lost tons of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

  • The recipes look delish! but some aren’t nutritionally balanced? no protein in the tomato pasta or the stirfry. Could potentially add lentils to the pasta and maybe tofu or chickpeas to stirfry?

  • Okay, so I think this is great, but the thing I never understand about meal prepping is making it last for longer then three days im the fridge, because prepared food should be tossed from the fridge after three days.

  • How do you keep the bananas from going bad in the jars you don’t use the next day? I tried this and the two jars I made for later days went bad

  • For women minimum calorie intake must not be less than 1200. The metabolism is going to be ruined up resulting in failure of the diet plan to be followed along with daily binges… I suggest that for sound weight loss strategy for women and for preventing the metabolism not being slowed down the minimum calorie intake must be approximately from 1500 to 1700 calories
