  • I tried the sweat potato one with fresh blueberries and it was amazing! Thanks for sharing those recipes, they are healthy but filling and that’s exactly what I was looking for.

  • I tried the tapenade but I just put all the ingredients into a blender. It didn’t look anywhere near as good as it does here, but it is one of the best tasting things I’ve ever had

  • LOVE IT!! You inspire us to eat healthy and wholesome and remind us how important it is to be conscious about the food we put in our body. Thank you Sadia! Hope your Dutch classes will go well 😉

  • Just what i needed! I’m always strugling with spreads now i became a vegan, i don’t have a lot of time in the morning and during the day as i work, but i do like healthy spreads, i am tired of pinutbutter with banana and hummus every day tho so thanks a lot, i love your channel much! And i love how you always say your measurements in liters or kg, because i’m from Belgium it’s easier

  • They look so healthy and yummy! I risk to say that you love spinach…
BTW your recipes made me love healthy food! Thanks so much!!

  • Vegan restaurant you should open and I will come to Netherlands just for that. Love from india. Plz share a video about how you came to Canada from pakistan

  • Very help ful Liezl, I was actually looking for weightloss salad recipes, thank you! If you decide to do more salad recipes, I won’t mind 😉

  • I couldn’t watch all this in one sitting but I sure did enjoy it regardless. It all looks delicious. I have some salmon in my freezer and I know what I’ll be cooking over the weekend. Thank you

  • I couldn’t join live, but I wanna pretend I did so here’s some feedback!
where from? viewing from New York
what did I make for dinner? Your Italian meatballs with Rao’s marinara (first time ever that I didn’t make marinara from scratch! No one could tell! Not sure if I should be happy or sad about that), and a 50/50 mix of spaghetti and the lentil and brown rice organic spaghetti from TJs.
Also made your dairy free gluten free brownies for dessert
yesterday I made your creamed spinach and cheddar bay biscuits with some cod
random fact I was watching your videos (listening, I was driving) on my way to Costco yesterday so I could have a shopping list by the time I got there:) only to hear from you in your hemp seed video that you posted your second podcast at Costco! I was so disappointed!

this belongs on your hemp seed video from yesterday, but I’m so sad to hear Rose is a year away from real food:/ I have a 6 week old and a 3 year old and was looking forward to baby food suggestions!

Sorry this comment is mega boring I’m making breakfast haha (whole grain oats (but not organic. Bought a while ago before your videos took over my life), sweetened with raw honey and monk fruit sweetener. Both recommended by you as well…)

  • Hello…Chicken salad…delicious, the air fryer is genius, the strawberry with yogurt is probably my favorite, this was wonderful thank you for showing specifics on creating these what great alternatives to everyday cheater meals, and so easy to put together with your explanation…..Sharing

  • ayy freezma your a beast. thanks for sharing all these meals and being fearless in what you are putting out. So many of us really appreciate it brotha!

  • Dear Sadia, I am a new vegan (two months now) and I want you to know that you have helped my transition tremendously. Eating vegan, gluten and dairy free has improved my health 95 percent. I was ready for a wheelchair and life looked pretty bleak. However a nurse suggested dietary changes and my pain is almost totally gone. Your calming voice, pleasant demeanor, radiant health, friendly smile, food styling and great recipes have enhanced my vegan experience immensely. Thank you for what you do on YouTube. You are a blessing in my life. May God continue to bless you!!

  • Ahh the spinch one would be so good! I’m anemic so dark leafy greens would really boost my iron up and I find it hard to create HEALTHY recipes to help

  • These look amazing!!! I think I’ll make the sweet potato one first…no wait…the honey mustard chicken…no….ahhhh I don’t know but I’m definitely going to the store right now! lol

  • Salad recipes look great because it’s simple and easy. i love all your recipes. Just made your Acai bowl recipe (I did swap out the banana for greek yogurt because to cut down sugar content) and definitely one I will be going to since it’s the only one I know that uses powder instead of puree packets.

I did noticed that you don’t make soups very often. Is it because it’s not very filling or did you not have the kitchen utensils to make them? Also noticed the lack of seafood.

  • Love you videos. You are an inspiration to eat healthy. I kinda binge watch from time to time to keep me inspired and motivated. I am losing weight and getting healthy in the process. ❤️

  • I”m a wee skeptical of Dr. Berg. That said, I learned a LOT from him. But…he recommends eating 10 cups, 10 CUPS of salad every day. Now he’s a Keto guy, so maybe that’s his recommendation for Keto people. But it didn’t seem like it. And…there is NO WAY I’m capable of eating 10 cups of salad. The bloating alone would be awful, as well as the gas and the you know what. I’m all about plant-based (which is NOT Vegan btw) but 10 cups sounds like bonkers talk. Nope. PS: Rose is so cute!!! I just love her little face.

I Like green smoothies for #Weightloss… a kind of no exercise but lo carb, low fat, natural vitamins rich smoothies.
THE SMOOTHIE DIET is a revolutionary new life-transformation system that not only guarantees to help you lose weight and feel better than you have in years, it also promises to eliminate more body fat faster than anything you’ve tried before.

  • Kale is considered one of the dirty dozen now.. how do you wash your kale before cutting it up and using it? My concern is pesticides even on organics to a smaller degree. Baking soda paste or a homemade fruit and vegetable wash?

  • Dear Sadia! Thank you so much for your videos. I used to eat oily food and was tend to be too lazy to cook every meal! But you made me cook everyday with lots of nutritious veges and fruits! I want to appreciate it so much:) loves from japan

  • Wow! I am a first time viewer but now I am a subscriber. All of the dips in this video look amazing. The hummus and bruschetta combination has my mouth watering. The tapenade in salads, genius! I can not wait to try these out.

  • These Woolworths Vids are next level. Watching on my TV with the Woolworths app on my phone adding to my cart as the vid goes on ♥️

  • Too bad that I really DON’T like salads…. I actually hate eating raw vegetables except cucumbers . I love eating cucumbers raw actually. I’m gonna try the first one but I’m gonna cook all the vegetables

  • Definitely the strawberry mango I’m in the “love sweets”” category but honestly everything looked amazing so addicted to all your videos im binge watching Its better than binging on food though that’s for sure……watched that one too

  • I eat the whitebean dip everyday at work. It’s easy to prepare a good sandwich because I don’t need a lot of garnish to add flavour because it’s already so good.

  • Couldn’t join live but just wanted to say I really appreciate these fish recipes! Never much of a fish eater and I was doing so good on Keto, down 30 lbs, and then found out I can no longer eat mammalian meat because of a tick bite. I am now highly allergic. I can only eat it if it swims or fly’s. Please Bobby, more fish recipes!! . Thank you!

  • Honey Mustard dressing
Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt

  • Wow! Awesome meal! Very happy to see your video because im cooking salmon tomorrow. I already have it in my fridge ready. Hugs from Austin TX!

  • Costco also carries wild caught salmon. I buy a pack and divide it into portions. Sometimes I can get 8 portions out of large pack. That’s a great deal.

  • Too bad you haven’t done a proper research on Norwegian farmed salmon, even the Norwegians themselves are advising against eating it… https://alexandramorton.typepad.com/news_from_norway/

  • Ayyyeeeee, good to see found the niche of Australian supermarket options. Everything I see on YouTube are people from the USA. Also, been having the tiptop and vegemite snacks at work so much better than normal bread.
