Lend a nice, fluffy texture to waffles or pancakes by choosing a protein powder that gets at least some of its protein from egg whites. Ingredients. 1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder 1 egg 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour.
Directions. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mix the protein powder with the egg. Mix together some whey protein, egg whites, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and baking soda – THAT’S IT! From there, you can store the leftover pancakes in glass containers or a freezer Ziploc bag. They’ll last for 7 days as leftovers in the fridge, and you can reheat them for 1-2 minutes in the microwave or 1 minute in the toaster (this will crisp them up more and make them taste fresher).
Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 bananas, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 2 dates, pitted 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1. Vanilla Cinnamon Roll Protein Overnight Oats. Vanilla and cinnamon are the classic flavor duo that give this recipe its sticky-bun flavor.

Hey dhfns i think the protien cake is still the best im going to try this. Though i found a great recipe you can make a video on. All you do is make the cake but only cook it so its cooked 3/4 of the way then what u do is u take a spoon and mash the cake real well. then make some instant sugar free chocolate. Layer it so its pudding then the cake then more pudding add some whip cream on top and omg is it good. and the pudding is real low on calories so its still healthy.

Could you put the mixture in say a mason jar and leave it in the fridge for a short period of time, so it’s possible to prepare a few of these in advance and maybe even give them as easy pre-prepared snacks to certain family members that live away from home and should be eating healthier?:D

PS: I realized mine was overpowering and unbalanced with the yogurt, so I cut it in half, topped both halfs with yogurt, then put it back together. Worked great and made the cake blend with the yogurt better!

Some ppl think protein powder is something magic but it actually is just milk powder without the lactose or other enzymes, its just the protein and they also add flavour to it. That’s all

the 1 cup of pure pumpkin was a little strong for me. I used a half of a cup instead on the fourth time I made it as I tried to perfect it. A half a cup was really good.

Honestly, you’re protein shake videos are awesome and pretty much a life saver. Even though I always substitute the almond milk for regular or nonfat milk. Maybe you should post the nutrient facts without the milk in it, just because most people probably do substitute it for something else. I know it’d be helpful for me, but it’s just an idea. Either way, pleasee keep the videos coming!
The grocery shopping sounds excellent as your food keeps health and macros in mind.
I’d say workouts, but there’s already a ton of that on other fitness youtube channels, so something that would make you niche so to speak.
As for cooking videos, do go into the more savory stuff, the meats and whole meals.
Perhaps personal videos it’s solely up to you, on why you started this lifestyle, how it’s wholly affected you and those around, your tattoos, I for one would be genuinely interested.

I have a question. Does this recipe really call for a tablespoon of baking powder? I just made the cornbread but it taste like pure metal I’m not really sure where I went wrong I followed the instructions to a tee. I just didn’t use an egg I used a flax egg. Is it because my cornmeal wasn’t course it was fine? I’m just so confused as to why it tastes like pure metal

I like Healthy N Fit (I link it in my description) but I also like Vitacost brand whey (sweetened with stevia), Optimum Nutrition is great, BSN stuff, and a few others. Hey! I’m having a mild allergic reaction to the protein powder I bought. (Never have been allergic to anything in my life.) Which powder do you recommend?
Actually it’s a mass gainer and not a lean protien you will get 24gms of protein with it but the things is it has a lot of fat and calories in comparison to the market based protein powder…but don’t get it wrong it’s a really healthy powder and if you want to gain wait then you can definitely try it.

This video and the others I have edited so far I’ve cut the fast forward music in half and only put it on the clips that are over 1.5 seconds long so there is definitely less of it. Let me know if it helps at all. If you could offer any other suggestion for the silence I’d be open to it as well. I bought a smaller camera to do some fitness stuff/thoughts on the day/grocery shopping so that stuff is coming soon. What else were you thinking?

Please read this before making! Soy bean can’t be eaten raw! Its extremely harmful. It contains phytic acid and other things which inhibit absorption and in large amounts it can be poisonous. So you need to soak it beforehand! I ate this and had extreme stomach pain. Please change your video

Instead of using peanut butter or any nut butter, can I use cocoa butter? I’m asking cause my son is allergic to all sorts of nuts and I would like to make the cookies for him.
It’s funny how everyone is just bragging about the eggs. When she avoids most animal products she already does more for the environment and for the animals than the majority. It’s her own choice to use eggs in her recipes.

My absolute favorite thing about Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie. It’s blowing my mind to realize this shake recipe is super easy to make, tastes just like the real thing, can be made year round, and is actually healthy for me. I’m going to need to stock up on canned pumpkin.

Hey dhfns i think the protien cake is still the best im going to try this. Though i found a great recipe you can make a video on. All you do is make the cake but only cook it so its cooked 3/4 of the way then what u do is u take a spoon and mash the cake real well. then make some instant sugar free chocolate. Layer it so its pudding then the cake then more pudding add some whip cream on top and omg is it good. and the pudding is real low on calories so its still healthy.
