Lend a nice, fluffy texture to waffles or pancakes by choosing a protein powder that gets at least some of its protein from egg whites. Ingredients. 1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder 1 egg 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour.

Directions. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mix the protein powder with the egg. Mix together some whey protein, egg whites, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and baking soda – THAT’S IT! From there, you can store the leftover pancakes in glass containers or a freezer Ziploc bag. They’ll last for 7 days as leftovers in the fridge, and you can reheat them for 1-2 minutes in the microwave or 1 minute in the toaster (this will crisp them up more and make them taste fresher).

Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 bananas, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 2 dates, pitted 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1. Vanilla Cinnamon Roll Protein Overnight Oats. Vanilla and cinnamon are the classic flavor duo that give this recipe its sticky-bun flavor.

Swolverine Clean Carbs and Vanilla Whey Isolate form a solid macro base while unsweetenened almond milk and plain Greek yogurt keep the carbs low and the protein high so you can enjoy this breakfast treat any day of the week!In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, applesauce, egg whites, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and protein powder. Add oats and walnuts, stir well. Pour mixture in prepared baking dish, level with spatula and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Prepare 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray.

Add pumpkin, oats, syrup, peanut butter and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl and with hand mixer mix for about 30 seconds. Form the dough into tablespoon sized balls. The dough should be sticky.

To make balls easier to roll with sticky dough, lightly wetten your fingers. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and vanilla.

Stir in the pumpkin purée. Stir in the agave. View Recipe Here.

  • Hello. I am a chef in Korea. It’s great to see various dishes on your channel. Great video and great recipe.Thank you for sharing.❤❤

  • Thanks! You and Dani Spies are my fave health food You Tubers! I learned about her from your last collaboration with her, and I subscribed to her as well. You two work great together.
I like this style of collaboration, where each of you are in your kitchens but feature each other on your channels.
    Great recipes!

  • It looks amazing!! It would so great to have also the metric quantities in your recipes… One day maybe ❤️ Thanks for everything you do!

  • Hey porkfat! I put the blender I recommend in the description. For the price ($60 shipped) you won’t beat the quality. 600 watts too!

  • I just bought a huge pumpkin from 4 dollars about the size of two small watermelons together and weighs about 5 pounds! Not to mention how delicious the seeds turned out!

  • I’m visiting from Dani’s channel, this was an excellent collaboration ladies I like that you both had a recipe in each other’s video. Excellent way to get to meet new YouTubers!

  • Great recipes! I have never thought to make pumpkin French Toast..but now I will! I’m all about fall and pumpkin everything too. Thanks!

  • I really want to make the pumpkin pancakes (into waffles) that you showed on Dani’s channel. What substitutions do I need to make to the recipe if I want to use white whole wheat flour instead of coconut flour? Thanks:)

  • Our over hasn’t been working do you have any no bake recipes to share? We have air fryer, instant pot and crockpot. Thanks!! ❤️ your content!

  • You know what so crazy?

People have pizza and ice cream cravings…
    But I have banana cravings!

I’ll crave a banana and then realize we don’t have any and then I’ll yell to my mom
“Why don’t we have any bananas?!”
And then she will be like…
“You ate the last one 10 mins ago!!”

  • Hello fusion cooking can we take this protein two times a day?? Morning time after exercise nd evening time same after exercise???

  • You should make some simple recipes for the college kids who may not have all those fancy ingredients that would be awesome! Love your videos anyway

  • Thanks for the great recipes! One question, what are my options if I want the energy balls without the oats? (Everything else I have and can eat). Thanks for your time

  • Oh man. Two of my favorite food vlogers, and pumpkin? This collaboration made my day! You both are fantastic and I love, love, love these recipes! I will definitely have to try all of these in my weeks meal prep. Can’t wait to check out the ones on day’s channel too!

  • Please read this before making! Soy bean can’t be eaten raw! Its extremely harmful. It contains phytic acid and other things which inhibit absorption and in large amounts it can be poisonous. So you need to soak it beforehand! I ate this and had extreme stomach pain. Please change your video

  • I know that this will be a long be a long time from now and so therefore a hard thing to remember but do you think that next summer you could make a video about healthy foods that would be good for camping?

  • I’ve been researching protein shakes for an upcoming bariatric surgery. Your shake ideas look great and I can’t wait to incorporate these recipes into my weight loss and I look forward to trying them and sharing them with my brother-in-law who is having his surgery close to the same time.:)

  • Hello Alyssa
Instead of using peanut butter or any nut butter, can I use cocoa butter? I’m asking cause my son is allergic to all sorts of nuts and I would like to make the cookies for him.

  • It’s funny how everyone is just bragging about the eggs. When she avoids most animal products she already does more for the environment and for the animals than the majority. It’s her own choice to use eggs in her recipes.
The recipes btw look amazing. I love pumpkin and will definitely try some of these!

  • My absolute favorite thing about Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie. It’s blowing my mind to realize this shake recipe is super easy to make, tastes just like the real thing, can be made year round, and is actually healthy for me. I’m going to need to stock up on canned pumpkin.

  • I am just curious about the eggs, I am like you mostly vegan but I eat eggs from time to time but I always make sure the hens are fine (I mean like I eat eggs that I have from my friend who has hens at her backyard), do you do that too or do you just buy eggs at the supermarket?:) thank you:)

  • Hey dhfns i think the protien cake is still the best im going to try this. Though i found a great recipe you can make a video on. All you do is make the cake but only cook it so its cooked 3/4 of the way then what u do is u take a spoon and mash the cake real well. then make some instant sugar free chocolate. Layer it so its pudding then the cake then more pudding add some whip cream on top and omg is it good. and the pudding is real low on calories so its still healthy.

  • Oh my God! Who would’ve thought you two would collaborate. I just found Dani recently and have been loving her series on improvised healthy eating! More collabs with more YouTubers, please:)

  • When I mean meals, I don’t mean ‘basic’ cooking like proper well thought out dishes, healthy takes on say a bean mix, tacos, cheese etc or theme’d healthy foods; japan, chinese, mexican, italian, the list goes on. (playlist galore!)

I do want you to grow as a channel, the stuff you make really does make me wanna bake and try it out. Though it seems the variety has died down a little.:) I also appreciate you answering individuals and don’t take my ‘feedback’ as negative, just my 2 cents!

  • You’re my fave for ever❤️ fun fact I went keto because of your video but then went back to just healthy eating also because of you, love ya❤️

  • Just tried this man, once again you always come through! This was an awesome shake! I try to advertise your videos on the website Fitocracy all the time (if you haven’t checked it out it is an AWESOME website for fitness) hoping that you get more views man, you deserve it!

  • Mother of Zeus. This recipe kills it. Please promise me more pumpkin recipes are coming this fall. I can’t get enough pumpkin anytime of the year. I literally have to leave my house so I don’t keep making these.

  • Hi, sweet adorable Alyssia. Your pumpkin pancakes look so beautiful, just like you. What’s your best tip for making the best chocolate waffles? Have a good day, sweet adorable Alyssia. I love you, cutie pie. <3

  • So how many protein in 100g? I just didn’t understand it was pretty complicated

Luckily i have a can of pumpkin in my pantry. I will be trying your recipe this week

  • Love the pumpkin pie quinoa Delicious,The others are wonderful but confession, 1 cookie just follows another when I start and they would go all in an hour…! Same is true of the bars,You are dangerous ( in a nice way re your recipes) * Thanks so very much and many greetings. Helena

  • My girl absolutely loves Pumpkin spice and everything associated with Pumpkins. After we made your awesome Baked Buffalo Popcorn Chicken, I made this for desert with your Protein frosting, and she loved it more than any “real” cake. Keep up the great work!

  • Could you put the mixture in say a mason jar and leave it in the fridge for a short period of time, so it’s possible to prepare a few of these in advance and maybe even give them as easy pre-prepared snacks to certain family members that live away from home and should be eating healthier?:D

  • Got full after I made it before I even took a bite. Put it in the fridge, topped it with some pumpkin greek yogurt in the morning, I felt like I was in Pumpkin Heaven. Thanks for the great recipes!
PS: I realized mine was overpowering and unbalanced with the yogurt, so I cut it in half, topped both halfs with yogurt, then put it back together. Worked great and made the cake blend with the yogurt better!

  • I love all your recipes and I know this sounds like it defeats the purpose, but I don’t have protein powder(shocker!). Is there anything I can substitute for it(e.g. coconut/oat flour and at what ratio or can i omit it completely?) THANKS!

  • Wow very delicious recipe friend thanks for sharing good night dear friend happy weekend please visit n share my Chanel also thank you dear take care please subscribe n

  • Oil pulling, yoga, vitamin C,D, sunbath for 2 hours saves u frm covid as God Jesus saved all sinners by His death n ressurrection on 3rd day. C ‘Ressurrection’ in Google…………

  • * It says that, why you shouldn’t mix peanuts with water or drink water after eating peanuts is the presence of oil in them. Consuming water with peanuts or after having nuts or foods with too much oil content in them may lead to deposition of fat in the food pipe, resulting in irritation and coughing.
    * what is your view on this?

  • minimalist baker does a fantastic vegan french toast recipe with chia seeds! i think you could achieve the same results with chia seeds as i’ve used her recipe many times and loved it ❤️☺️

  • Hi thank you very much for your great video, i have added more than 25g things, to get more protein powder, can i keep this more than 10 days i didnt add milk powder so can i keep more than 10 days?

  • Some ppl think protein powder is something magic but it actually is just milk powder without the lactose or other enzymes, its just the protein and they also add flavour to it. That’s all

  • Fall recipes…great food.the Thanksgiving meal should be interesting…keep up the great work on this channel and the viewers will follow.

  • My friend made a diffetent spicy variety drynuts powder for idly, doss or rice and believe me it tasted heavenly https://youtu.be/3MrB6BRimLo

  • the 1 cup of pure pumpkin was a little strong for me. I used a half of a cup instead on the fourth time I made it as I tried to perfect it. A half a cup was really good.

  • Hello. Is it not required to boil the powder after mixing with milk.? So is this the very same to our daily used health drink powders?

  • This is fantastic Alessia, I love pumpkin and those are awesome. Dani has a great channel, I subbed to her years ago when I first came to YouTube like I did your channel. Tfs ❤️

  • So excited to try the smoothie! Fall doesn’t necessarily mean cooler weather in Arizona, so I love having some cold pumpkin recipes!

  • Thanks Dominic! Appreciate the kind words. I’ve been thinking about doing something like that for most of my recipes (with the less common ingredients). We’ll see if I can eventually factor it in!

  • Honestly, you’re protein shake videos are awesome and pretty much a life saver. Even though I always substitute the almond milk for regular or nonfat milk. Maybe you should post the nutrient facts without the milk in it, just because most people probably do substitute it for something else. I know it’d be helpful for me, but it’s just an idea. Either way, pleasee keep the videos coming!

  • The grocery shopping sounds excellent as your food keeps health and macros in mind.

I’d say workouts, but there’s already a ton of that on other fitness youtube channels, so something that would make you niche so to speak.

As for cooking videos, do go into the more savory stuff, the meats and whole meals.

Perhaps personal videos it’s solely up to you, on why you started this lifestyle, how it’s wholly affected you and those around, your tattoos, I for one would be genuinely interested.

  • Guys chill. Vegan means nothing to me I recently watched lady who was vegan for over ten years and ruined her health. So stop complaining vegan and meat lovers can be healthy, you will never find right answer

  • I have a question. Does this recipe really call for a tablespoon of baking powder? I just made the cornbread but it taste like pure metal I’m not really sure where I went wrong I followed the instructions to a tee. I just didn’t use an egg I used a flax egg. Is it because my cornmeal wasn’t course it was fine? I’m just so confused as to why it tastes like pure metal

  • What brand if you don’t mind me asking? I like Healthy N Fit (I link it in my description) but I also like Vitacost brand whey (sweetened with stevia), Optimum Nutrition is great, BSN stuff, and a few others. If you have a preference (flavor/vegan/type of protein) I could point you in a better direction. Let me know!

  • Awesome suggestions! Will definitely incorporate some of these ideas in the near future (wish I had a recipe for more time but we’ll get there!). Thanks Joshua

  • lol the ice was blended up like your video and it tasted fine cool maybe it was just me but i had to dump 1/3 of it down cuz it got to [room temp] like and i used MTS MACHINE WHEY

  • Hey!
I’m having a mild allergic reaction to the protein powder I bought. (Never have been allergic to anything in my life.) Which powder do you recommend?

  • Question! I’ve been trying to find cranberries or raisins without sugar added but it’s impossible! Can i skip them in the cookie one?

  • Actually it’s a mass gainer and not a lean protien you will get 24gms of protein with it but the things is it has a lot of fat and calories in comparison to the market based protein powder…but don’t get it wrong it’s a really healthy powder and if you want to gain wait then you can definitely try it.

  • Hi Joshua! I really appreciate your feedback. This video and the others I have edited so far I’ve cut the fast forward music in half and only put it on the clips that are over 1.5 seconds long so there is definitely less of it. Let me know if it helps at all. If you could offer any other suggestion for the silence I’d be open to it as well. I bought a smaller camera to do some fitness stuff/thoughts on the day/grocery shopping so that stuff is coming soon. What else were you thinking?

  • I really admire your videos and actually try out 3-4 recipes per weekend.

I’m still holding my thoughts on the speed up music, I’m not sure if it’s me but I find it really cheesy and lowers the ‘quality’ of the video as in it bothers me that much to post about it.

Once again, great video have you perhaps thought of doing other non-cooking videos?

  • Bhai jitne paiso se banaya hai utne me ek raw whey protien powder a jayega or ye lean protien powder kha se huwa fat protien ratio dekho 1:2 hai

  • Thanks Ervin! I’m actually talking about the ending screen on my videos. Maybe I should point in both directions? Haha! Thanks for the comment. I’ve had a lot of people ask me for protein shake recipes and although they are fairly common they only take me a few hours to make (with editing) so I figured it couldn’t hurt to make a protein shake playlist on here since they are short videos anyways! I’ll put at least one of these up a week a long with my other recipes.

  • Amazing job Alyssia and Dani thank you both for working so hard on these recipes and videos its so inspiring have an amazing day and weekend

  • You should really change where you’re pointing at when you ask us to subscribe lol it’s actually on YOUR bottom right, just below the facebook and instagram watermark on your videos. Good video again!
