  • I don’t understand how this was a dry challenge and all had toppings except at Top Round and they specialize in curly fries with roast beef and cheese wiz. It should have been a challenge exactly the same. The fry was the challenge not fries with toppings. ��

  • Another good pudding base is 1 slightly over-ripe avocado. Add some almond/coconut milk, heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp of 100% cocao and some monk fruit in a nutra-bullet blender and you have an excellent chocolate pudding.

    Not tryna be rude, but this lady doesn’t know how to cut something properly with a knife. You’re not suppose to bring your whole arm up while cutting something. You slightly move it to the point that you can cut it or else you might lift it too high up and cut your fingers.
    (How do I know? It’s cause I grew up in a restaurant and I actually help out there.)

  • For any vegans watching: First shake your protein into your milk. (Soya almond, etc.) To make it healthier/thicker add seeds (Chia/Flax/Hemp) Use cocoa and to really bring out the chocolate flavour, add a pinch of salt.

  • oatmeal is crazy low carb per volume. i’ve found i can stay below 50g carbs daily by eating 50g quick oats soaked in almond milk overnight with blueberries and a bunch of nuts thrown in there, sometimes i even add a thin rice cake (crumbled up and soaked with oats overnight) to it and still end up around 35-45 net carbs. add extra stevia for sweetness.

  • Once in a while, why not have REAL cookies, REAL milk, REAL chocolate milk, etc just get good quality versions with REAL ingredients. Having the real deal, rather than something that has been bastardized to be healthy, once in while. Eating and living healthy is amazing, and I’m all for it, but once in a while, give yourself a break, and “live a little”, and experience and enjoy the little things we have in this short time we are here on earth. Monk fruit? Almond milk? Gluten-free cookies (with Stevia rather than actual sugar, almond flour rather than plain flour, etc)? Come on! Live a little, once in a while!

  • This is a game changer. My diet consists of: french toast or pancake for breakfast, wrap for lunch, chicken/fish/steak and veggies for dinner, protein ice-cream before bed.   • I think it all depends on moderation…like, no, im not going to cut 1/3 off of my ice cream sandwich. I think treating yourself once in a while is great, but completely cutting yourself off and stressing over calories just takes the fun out of ice cream

  • Almond flour shortbread style cookies are super yummy and totally easy. I saw Katherine Michelle’s video and tweaked it a bit….
    2 cups almond flour
    Half cup butter
    Pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. monkfruit
    1-2 tbsp. almond extract
    1 egg
    Combine all dry ingredients
    Mix in butter and extract
    Add egg and mix
    Coconut oil on the cookie sheet or pan
    Oven 300 for 25-30 minutes
    ENJOY! Tweak as you feel fit

  • why do you need to count calories and only eat “good” things live your life, eat what you want and just be happy. I’ve had anorexia and bulimia, deep depression and I cut because everybody told me I was too fat and the society told me I wasn’t thin enough. Finally I don’t care what they say anymore. And so should nobody other. I lost more weight with being happy and doing what I like and sometimes eating sweets than having the pressure to be perfect.

  • Idea for coconut-chocolate-thingies that I spontaneously came up with during a craving: 30g room-temperatured coconut oil, 7g unsweetened cacao powder, artificial sweetener to taste, desiccated coconut (optional). Mix together with a fork, form tiny balls, roll them in the desiccated coconut and put in the fridge for 15 minutes. They’ll deliciously melt in your mouth:-)

  • What do i do if my blender isnt strong enough to blend? is ther an alternative i can do? When i tried doing it, it just tasted like whip cream texture and just fluffy.

  • About the chocolate Moo moos I used to do cocoa, water and heavy cream until I tried it with coconut cream and it tastes even better! So definitely recommended, haven’t seen the need to add almond milk but I will give it a try some time.

  • Just made this with Strawberries. It destroyed my weak kitchen aid blender and I made a ridiculous mess. It was also fucking amazing and after eating Greg’s food I have never been so full of off 2300 cals before.

  • Unfortunately my blender doesn’t break my ice. So I have a thick slime with whole ice cube’s in it. Feelsbadman, doesn’t taste too well if it’s a bit warmer and thick. I think if it was icecream, it would be awesome. As I am typing I will add water and make it a shake.

  • So my husband has attempted to made your ice cream several times but it just doesn’t thicken!! He’s blaming our blender so we’re off to buy a Ninja!!

  • pro tip for ninja users, put in almondmilk/liquids first then dry powders. this way powders don’t stick to the bottom and clump up.

  • I used casein unflavoured protein powder
    Frozen strawberries
    Vanilla almond milk
    Xanthem gum
    Monk fruit

    Stuff is freaking nuts it’s so good

    I also tried pumpkin as a base instead of Protien powder(less calories-about 180 calories less but losing the protein) still tastes amazing and you can’t taste the pumpkin at all

    I don’t use ice just frozen fruit

  • To remove bitterness of Cacao or Chia, use a dash (less than 1/8 teaspoon) of pink Himalayan salt. Salt blocks the bitter receptors in your mouth. Keep up the awesome work Thomas…!

  • I make some bone broth, I don’t add anything, just bones and water in the pressure cooker for some hours, then I take the naked bones away and put the water with the remains on a blender with raw cacao powder and then put on my fridge and let it cool down, then I just take some pieces, heat them up in seconds and add brown sugar (most sweeteners hurt my belly and throat). You can also put the sugar at the same time you put the cacao for some chocolate bone broth gelatin.
