  • I love this video
Thank you so much for putting this together
I start back to work Monday at school
I am new to this platform any collab would be a plus
I added a card for this video in my video I uploaded today!

  • low carb for children? Why? Children need lot of energy, that they consume from food, their carb needs is different than yours and mine. Your recipes are awesome, colorful and tasty.

  • Awesome channel you have here. I eat low carb so I often come here for ideas. As I’m married to a Lebanese, tabooli usually requires regular white onions, and they sprinkle a bit of pomegranate juice or molasses to top it off. Tabooli is one of my favs, can eat a lot and not feel guilty

  • I really like that. I’ll try them all. They’re doable and contain things I can find or easily substitute in my local grocery store

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of fat when other typical people are capable to shed extra pounds easily using Custokebon Secrets (google search it).

  • Your channel is just amazing! ❤ I cooked already some of your fantastic meals and many other are on my to-do list which is constantly getting longer…

  • Here’s a tip on the taco seasoning: make your own! Pre-made taco seasoning has all sorts of additives and preservatives and quite a few carbs! I was shocked to find that out. There are recipes online to make your own taco seasoning and it’s sooooo easy. Tastes fresher too and you can customize it.

  • Gosh! I’m hooked on this channel! ❤ very helpful during my second week of keto. I also appreciate all your efforts into filming all these clips throughout the week while cooking, running a household and working. It’s hard work and I want to thank you!

  • Its like she knows what I want…. I was just thinking about low carb meals, and then she uploads this. ❤❤❤❤ thanks, love.

  • The garlic parmesan chicken looks soooo good. I really want to try it out. Just a question….what percentage of cream should we be using for that or does it matter? Thanks for the recipes.

  • Could you make a vegan video please? Show people how delicious and satisfying ethical and environmentally friendly food can taste?

  • Delicious . Can you make some vegans or vegetarians?! Plsssss!!! Thank you . And with what would be a good idea to substitute the chicken. Thank again.

  • Thank you so much for these meal prep meals… I’m trying to get into meal-preping, but I find it overwhelming. You’re videos are a wonderful inspiration for someone like me who struggles to come up with consistent recipes…

  • The schawarma chicken was amazing!!! I just combined spices I already had a made a salt-free schawarma seasoning of my own. Keep the meal ideas coming!!!

  • Hi, these meal plans are awesome. Are they also low fat? I been eat healthy and lost 30 pounds. I got to watch my carbs and fat due to no gallbladder. Thank you.

  • Its still amaze me just how a number of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets (search on google) even though a lot of people lost a ton of weight using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I have lost a ton of fat.

  • Hi, i’m a beginner cook here. What if i use meat instead of chicken in the first menu? Should i marinate it overnight or… please gimme some tips. Thank u

  • SHOCK the brocolli with COLD WATER when its done to retain the crispy texture and bright green color, this applies to all veggies that you cook to keep it al dente before storage… great video man thanks!

  • Guys, burn fat doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • I am so grateful for your ideas for meal prep because I am always clueless about what to prepare for my husband’s lunch every single day. Of course, minus the weekends. hehehe! Thanks a bunch!

  • Do you have any meal prep recipes that are both nut and fish free? I’m struggling to find a lot of yummy meal prep lunches without either, a lot of my coworkers have allergies and I’m so tired of buy lunch, any help would be appreciated ☺️

  • First video I watch from this channel and I am suscribed…loved how they just jumped into it and didn’t make a long annoying video where you have to skip

  • Hey, Sunshine !
OMG, these dishes are perfect. My daughter works many hours so it’s my mission to make her healthy, tasty meals to keep her full and energized on the go thank you, you’re the Goddess Geek

  • thankyou for this video,i have a very young youtube channel and you have inspired me.I also have a facebook group of 11,000 low carbers who will benefit from your vids

  • maybe for gluten-free, the chicken can be dredged in rice flour or potato starch? those would also give the crispy coating without wheat flour.

  • Great recipes. However, a meal from all food groups provides saity value to ward off cravings. Carbs are the first of energy the brain uses. The myth carbs are bad is based on unhealthy choices. Eat whole grain carbs to be content after a meal. Avoid fat and sugar laden carbs, i.e. cake, croissants, biscuits, and the like. Good eating.

  • Soak your brown rice for at least a half hour. Cooks better. Also, why boil broccoli? Toss it into the chicken fat and grill it.. taste amazing.

  • Would you be able to put how long the items will last in the fridge? This would help with meal planning to see how much is reasonable to make. Thank you! Love your channel!

  • Just wanted to let you know that your channel inspired me to start eating healthy and get on a proper diet and lose all that extra weight I gained in the past 5 years.
So far, I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks just by cooking every day one of your recipes.
    And everything was so tasty!
Thank you so much for the effort you put in this channel, I wish you loads of success and happiness

  • Great stuff as always. Chicken is always my go-to meal of choice, but nowhere near as classy as yours. Your 3 suggestions look equally as appetizing. Cheers.

  • Looks delicious! Just have to sub out for chicken breast as I don’t eat dark meat and remove fennel maybe sub something else. I can’t do black licorice flavor. But it looks delicious otherwise.

  • I made the kebabs using mushrooms, tuna salad with hearts of palm and chickpeas, tacos with Aldi life ground veggie Beef for those vegetarians and vegans

  • This was great, thanks, I have been researching “calories in baked chicken” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Giyatthew Vanharlotte Release (do a google search )? It is a good exclusive product for building body strength minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin at very last got amazing success with it.

  • Hello there! We just made the Pan Seared Chicken with Mushroom Sauce for dinner, and it was amazing! We also made mashed potatoes with cream and oregano, and garlic bread as sides. Thank you so much for the recipe. Also, congratulations on the book!:)

  • Why bother to cook the broccoli? You’re likely microwaving to heat it up. Cook it WITH the chicken in the grill pan… otherwise. good stuff.

  • Please, please…what are you using to cook on in these videos??????? Is it electric???? I’m hoping not…..thinking of what to cook on when the electricity goes out in the next snow storm (: Thanks!

  • i love tabbouleh. this looks so yummy. Would you like to come to Australia. I would love some meal prep masterclasses from you. The best part about your recipes, is they look so easy and also very flexible. Thanks again for sharing.

  • never eat or drink anything in plastic when it is hot or even warm. the heated plastic will put microscopic particles of POISON into the food or liquid

  • So how do you meal prep if you hate i mean HATE ABSOLUTELY HATE eating the same thing more than once in a week. I mean i absolutely have to eat something different every single day in a week no if or butts otherwise i will binge or starve i seriously will not suck it up it has to be variety. Do you have videos on this????

  • Do you think you could replace the orange zest with lemon? I’ve never had orange chicken before we have lemon here lol but I’m going to try the recipe because it sounds great.

  • I am on 2nd minute of video and yes, exactly what I was looking for:) Since I know few things about cooking, but I am looking for some more things cuz I want to make meals for 7 days cuz I like to eat healthy and homemade but not to spend to much time in the kitchen:) So far so good:) Great

  • well sorry.. but there is no way.. this is mealprep for 7 days.. its meal prep for like 3 days.. you cant tell me you mealprep 7 meals with arroud 400kcl.. for 1 DAY

  • Adding cumin to yogurt OMG, that is the most unexpected combination….Cumin in Asian food is only added to lamb or beef, NEVER dairy!!!

  • Why does it come out brown after I deglaze(?) with butter and chicken broth? It seems when I try to use the burnt on chicken bits to flavor sauce it turns brown. Just too high heat?

  • I wish u would talk about ur celiac more and mention if everything ur using is gf/ where u found it!! a fellow celiac who just eats frozen food

  • not for this recipe, but for when u want “crispy chicken” batter….
add rice crispies to the flour!!! (break some up and leave some whole)
    soooo epic!

  • Julien there is a recipe for General Tso “chicken” https://pin.it/3JXghgy it is absolutely amazing. But the texture was off now because of you I can fix it thank you!

  • You are excellent I just found your channel and I’m glad I did, subscribed. Really appreciate your hard work and effort. I like your nice, calm, easy manner and style. Great recipes will be trying them soon. Thank you!!

  • Juliens kids are gonna be so embarrassed when he says you know I had to do it to em in front of their friends and it’s gonna be so cute

  • Brooo you gotta bread & fry cauliflower with the actual Panda Express orange sauce that they sell!! Tastes so good exactly like I remember. Texture is spot on too

  • k like i dun wanna sound like i think i know everything but when u freeze the tofu the water is wut creates all those excellent pockets of texture from when the water freezes and expands… ikr!! so ya like freeze first and press out water after the thaw:) okie bye dinkdink

  • I know she quit for good reasons but I still miss hearing Jenna say, “Oh that’s not allowed!” Hope she’s doing well and resting good!

  • You’re delightful to watch. I always finish your videos either having giggled or thought “that’s a nice shot.” I’ve appreciated your tips on cooking tofu. I’m growing my own carrots, do you have any good carrot recipes?

  • The chicken that fell before he was able to eat it definitely required cliche sad music that piece of chicken deserved a better funeral.

  • His videos always make me so hungry! Also if anyone sees us and wants to support a small YouTube channel focusing on teaching and fitness, please consider watching my videos and following my journey!

  • I could see Julien and Jenna giving their kid, if they chose to have children ever, after a gamer or movie name with food appreciation. Like Samwise.

  • Great vid!! You’ve given such great ideas. The presentation of the prep and finished meal looked so professional. Keep up the amazing work!!

  • My mates at work have tried also this specific diet and were able to slash over 13lbs. They said to me to have my exploration way too and find out about it. Right after I tested the weight, I have dropped FIFTEEN lbs. Find a right guide is not easy, you can research by Google. Guide’s name is under.
    Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • “…and then Panda Express came along and made orange chicken…” Pretty sure Panda Express was making great orange chicken before this dude was born. I had my first Panda Express orange chicken in 1988 and my friends laughed at me because I had never heard of or eaten at Panda Express before that, but it was around way before that, according to them.

  • My super lazy version is as follows: garden “chicken” strips in the air fryer, rice in the instant pot, and the sauce is bottled Panda Express orange chicken sauce mixed with a little soy sauce

  • Just in case anyone wants to make this, a mixture of equal amounts corn starch and flour for the dredge will give you an extra super crispy coating for your protein that holds up a little bit better in the sauce. It’s delicious either way though <3

  • Im living for these recipes. One on my resolutions is to cook more fresh dinners and not Rely on my meal prep anymore. So these are AMAZING!

  • Awesome…. I LOVE THIS!!! With 3 kids and almost every night having something from Cheer practice, tumble class, Drum lessons, Golf lessons, and boy scouts anytime I can prep for the week on a weekend we save time and money (cause we are not eating out for convenience) as well as having a home cooked meal. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I can’t wait to try this next week!!! My kids are picky but they love your pancakes!! This also serves as a better breakfast than doughnuts or cold cereal! You have really been a blessing to our family! Thank you for offering these videos.

  • This looks good. But maybe the Mexican in me but I was confused in the marinara Italian seasoning to the enchilada meat. Or was that just for the lasagna

  • Just started keto, and this is my second recipe I’ve done for keto, and wow, this will definitely go in my arsenal of go-to recipes. This tastes so amazing and is pretty simple. I’m so thankful for this recipe! ^_^

  • Soo happy I found ur channel!! My hubby and I just started keto recently and I’ve been cooking keto meals for us. We’re gonna start sharing our easy recipes too on our channel soon. Love meal keto preps since it makes cooking soo easy! Thank u soo much for sharing!

  • Thank you for the recipes! I’m starting a keto diet & I’m trying to figure out fat to protein to (low) carb ratios.. anyway.. can’t wait to try the chicken schnitzel! Saving your website for future keto recipes! Oh, did I mention I can’t have dairy? makes it a little more challenging! Anyone here try omad? I’m trying that, too! It’s so much easier.. but when you have a family I get why you may not do that!

  • From the very beginning of your vid…….How can you enjoy or benefit from week old, let alone par cooked, vegetables? This step makes no sense to me ; nutritionally, it is completely backward. In my opinion, other than the veg issue; you nailed it. Thanks

  • I’m having trouble finding lunches and dinner meals without broccoli and cauliflower. and i cant eat it cause I’m allergic, do you have any other vegetable suggestions?

  • I think you’re amazing for having a newborn and still making these videos for us. Take care of yourself and get some rest. We won’t be mad. Hugs!

  • Ohhh yeah lovin your recipes! I’m going to try some with a little black soy beans. Low in carbs ;D Yum!

  • I have been doing keto for 2 weeks and was ready to give up. I’m so busy and my daughter wouldn’t eat anything I was eating. Thank you for this video! These are all foods she will eat! I am going to use these this week and meal prep the way you did. Again, thank you.

  • Wow beautiful and tasty looking yummy!! Thanks for sharing!! I have a Low Carb food chat, where we what share recipes and healthy eating ideas! I will definitely be sharing this with my group!!! Thanks again!!

  • I have some chicken stripes. Let’s see…. my daughter mentioned she was going to prepare a mushroom-coconut sauce, something that we shared once.my connection is hacked, so no transactions possible. Looks so good

  • Your link to the noodles doesn’t link to penne noodles. Where did you get yours?

Here is a link to the penne…

  • Holy smokes. This is the MOST full packed keto meal prep video I’ve ever watched!! Thank God I stumbled upon your video this is soooo helpful. I’m sick eating just lettuce salad XD.

  • Omg, I just love you thank you SO MUCH for the great ideas I was sitting here trying to figure out my next move after 6 weeks on the keto and 10 pounds down but was getting truly frustrated and hitting a plateau I’m going to do the food prep tomorrow, and get started on these recèpes, well at least a few that I like! Some I don’t eat, but willing to try I started the keto 360 nutrition instant coffee sweetened-which has less caffeine then most, and started with 1 teaspoon first to see how I feel, and I like it Thank you again

  • I love all your video’s and especially your funny little play on word stuff, just makes me giggle and think that I’ll have to remember that one for the kids. Keep it up Love your work. Thanks…………..Damon from Australia

  • I took 1 avocado got the middle out putting in a bowl. Then took some cream cheese adding it with the avocado. Adding sea salt, turmic, Italian spice, Apple cider vinegar. Mixed all together and Wow how delicious this was. 1 of the Greatest dips I’ve ate. Idk if this is a Recipe if not I made a Great one. I took my pork rinds and dipped it in it. You should try it, hopefully you’ll love it. Plus you can add different spices to it if you like I thought about adding lemon pepper to it too but didn’t..

  • Have one question…could the Chicken Schnitzel fried in the air fryer instead of fried in that oil. I only ask, because I need to cut calories where I can. Thanks

  • Getting ready to do my meal plan for the week and I am taking a close look at your video again. I will be 73 in a couple of months and you would be surprised what you can still learn at my age!!! Thank You So Much!!!

  • I love that you do family mealsnot individual we have a family meal every evening. I needed these ideas for keto meals thank you! New subscriber!

  • Love these ideas.. Gonna try some this week. You have a new subscriber here. Not sure if know this, but throw that microwave out… Use your air fryer or oven. Microwaves deplete most of the nutrition in your food! Plus it exposes you and your family to potentially cancer causing radiation. Also if you want to round out pizza night a super salad would be awesome. We love our salads with pizza! Thanks for the awesome prep video

  • Hi. I know that you love spices (and so do I) I wonder if you can make some video with family friendly recipes the kids will actually eat. My children don’t enjoy strong flavors. Thank you!

  • Thank you for making recipes that including leftovers for another recipe. I’m going to meal prep this Sunday and do exactly what you are

  • Yesssss please! I would LOVE more videos like this and I’m sure many others agree. These types of videos would be extremely helpful for my busy life. Thank you!

  • I’m so glad I found your videos. This food prep is just what I’ve been struggling with. You made dishes I’m used to eating and that my husband would enjoy too. Fabulous information on your web site! My head is swimming with the wonderful information, ideas and recipes that I’ve only begun to explore. Well done! Thank you so very much!

  • New to your channel, I love the way you do the recipe links, so quick and easy to access the recipe! And I appreciate that you get right to the recipe itself in the link and I don’t have to scroll through 10 pages of pics and irrelevant life story! Thank you!

  • I tried this recipe and it’s such a killer! Absolutely love the dressing. I added a few more spices for the chicken and it was superb!

  • This looks great, only problem is that its no good after 3 days if you are meal prepping. The raw onion and the grated garlic will start smelling.

  • im more of a fan of getting 500grams of pasta and premade 300gram pasta sauce and then just eating that for dinner. and buy it again the next day

  • I am 19, I workinout from 14. It’s fukin boring. Atleast for me. My mom does it. Some situations I have to myself. But I hate. It’s irritating

  • Oh my glob I made this for dinner tonight I didn’t have pickles or smoked paprika I just had paprika and I didn’t have avocado and I didn’t have fennel and so I use lemon pepper for the and I use pecan chips cause that’s all I had and it was the best meal I’ve ever made it was so delicious

  • This was my meal prep for this week and the dressing is absolutely delicious, the hot sauce gives it just the right kick to stop it from being bland. Hate fennel so I used curry on the chicken instead, worked like a charm. Also, the full-fat mayo didn’t quite agree with my daily calorie budget so I’ll admit I used a substitute.

  • Love this video. It really gave me a fresh take on “meal prepping” that seemed to make more sense to me. The only problem I have is breakfast for dinner…I LOVE the idea and we have been doing it for about 4-6 weeks now, but my 13 year old son is ALWAYS hungry about 2 &1/2 hours later…it just doesn’t seem to “stick w/ him” until bedtime.

  • Im new to this keto diet. I have tried many different plans and found out this one that has worked well for me. Just wanted to share this if it can work for you as well. Check it out: https://bit.ly/37a9RKh

  • ever since I started adding more fat into my diet I feel so much better, even pooping perfectly. I mean that shit just slides out perfect logs everytime.

  • Yous good..u deserve your success…I see you put an awful lot of homework in and this shows in all the inventive quality recepies…impressed UK.

  • I think I’m the only person who thinks orange chicken is nasty. Breaded chicken with sweet sauce on it that just makes it all soggy. Regardless, I can’t not watch and enjoy another julen vid

  • These are great, but you have to flatten the chicken thighs or they will be raw in spots. I don’t know where Bobby gets his, but mine are a lot more uneven and do no way cook in 5 minutes per side, even if I bring to room temperature.

  • actually this is not really KETO meal….. I mean if you are real doing KETO then you can only have less than 20g of sugar for a day, obviously it’s exceeded, and it’s not low fat menu neither since there are fry’s in menu, that’s also exceeded if you are doing low fat. anyway I can call this Low Carb menu.

  • Bobby, if go on a Keto diet will I lose weight without counting calories? My Dr said i5 would be okay to go on this diet even though I am on cholesterol medication and I went to see a registered dietitian and she said no this would no5 be a good die5 for me if my cholesterol is high and of course I am borderline diabetic so now what would you suggest? Do you have any viewers with a similar situation? Pleas comment I know you cannot give medical advice, but any suggestions thank you

  • I love your meal prep ideas and just want you to know that I will be following a lot of them starting in 2020 I’m going to start my weight loss journey Thank you so much

  • Chicken Garlic Parmesan was a hit at home. My daughter said it tasted and looked like from a restaurant. I used half and half instead of cream cause that’s what I had at home. Really loved the way you made the sauce. It did not feel so heavy. Thank you!!!

  • Quick & Easy was once your dinner time mantra…now it’s your religion. Welcome to the Church of Mommyhood darling. We’re so happy to have another sister .

  • I ALWAYS! love how you have quick and sinple videos with multiple recipies, but Not Too Many! And you often mention substitutions for commonly avoided ingredients… ike alcohol.

    And your silly puns too!

You are one of my favorite youtube baking personalities. Thank you for doing what you do.

  • Not just a good cook Nor just good recipes but that personality of hers is so amazing. There’s no Aroma out there, more beckoning than your personality:D

  • i knew someone who used to work at panda express and they put 10 quarts of sugar per batch of orange chicken. i never understood rick and morty’s “sugar chicken” bit until that moment lol.

  • Would you be interested in making a video about how to cut veggies? For example the shallots in the third recipe here, I have no idea how you got those thin slivers! I just think you’d do so well in explaining the best way to cut vegetables for certain recipes/needs:)

  • LOL in Mexican tradition they say if your food falls it’s because somebody else was planning to take a bite of your food. I was wanting to take a bite. I’m sorry it fell it was my fault

  • Sara Lynn, we made your Waldorf Wrap for dinner tonight & it was SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband, daughter & I are all doing Weight Watchers together, so we ran the recipe through their recipe builder & including the tortilla it’s only 5 points per serving, which is great for an item that serves as a.complete meal. It was so pretty on the plate with the romaine lettuce, apple, celery & all of the other ingredients. It would make a great dish for a wedding or a baby baby shower with all of the colorful, fresh ingredients! Thanks for all your great recipes!

  • Lovely & Tasty as usual Thank you for these simple chicken recipes… Congrats on the new book!
I do have 1 request: Would you consider doing a video on cooking with different wines 101? I’ve never tried because it’s always been a little intimidating (I’m probably not the only one ☺).

  • New subscriber here (Hi from Ireland). I think this is one of the best Keto channels I have found…Kudos to you!! Prior to lockdown I had lost 26lbs over 2.5 months and felt great. A health scare (non virus) during lockdown and I lost my way… until now. I am starting over AND having to lose that initial 26lbs AGAIN…but I’ll succeed with that AND the rest lol!!I’m going to enjoy following your recipes and recommendations…I like your information and delivery. Many thanks for your time. Stay safe and well.

  • hi great recipe I’m just wondering it’s in the last recipe you used white wine but when I follow the link it says red wine is there a difference?

  • Love your recipes. Will be making all three. They look sooooo good. Thanks for all that you do. Also congrats on your cookbook. Can’t went to get it.

  • Great ideas So glad this video was not chatty with unnecessary info, wished people who do food videos would blog separately. Thanks for the simple ideas!

  • What did that chicken ever do to you to be disrespected in such a way? What was the point of the salt and pepper even being on the counter? Lol

  • The Orange Chicken recipe was actually released by Panda Express and I’ve tried it and it’s legit. Not sure why there’s a need for a copycat recipe that’s considerably different…

  • I love chicken marinated in soy sauce, calamansi lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic peeled and minced, salt, and pepper which is a Filipino barbecue recipe. It can be cooked three ways. The first method is to discard the leftover marinade and pan fry in oil. The second method is to reduce the leftover marinade and cook it in the oven baste it with the reduced marinade when you flip them over. The third method you also reduce the leftover marinade but cook it on a grill and baste with the reduced marinade whenever you flip them. It’s so delicious. Even when it doesn’t have skin it gets crispy that way. My son prefers most vegetables to soured (we’ll fight over the green ones when I make sinigang Filipino sour soup using tamarind as the souring agent) or pickled (he loves Dill Pickles and mild Hot Cauliflower. The only ones he likes as is are cucumbers and corn.

  • I don’t have an instant pot and I’ve been seeing a lot of meals using one. My question is, does the instant pot heat up the kitchen like an oven or slow cooker?

  • Hey there! I love all of your recipes and would try them just as they are, but! My mom is lactose intoletant and i see you use alot of cream or milk in most of them. What could i use to substitute that and still get the same deliciousness of your recipes to share with her??

  • No salt and pepper in the flour? I’d add salt and pepper to the flour mix. Also, if anyone didn’t want to use wheat flour they can substitute using an almond flour.

  • Hey. Bobby, I have been watching your. Channel lately. And I your meals. But. Am not on a keto diet. Is it ok for me to use these recipes? An just trying to eat healthily. I have even. Subscribe to your channel. Am watching from Australia

  • Yum! These look delicious! And with ingredients I normally have on hand! I just need to plan them ahead so I don’t forget to follow your recipes. and of course I am ordering your book in hardcover no less!

  • Yum. I will have to try making all 3 recipes. Just to let you know on the Dijon chicken recipe. The recipe ingredients list red wine not white wine for this dish.

  • For people who do not like to cook with wine, I’ve used stock with a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar to get a bit of the acidity and wine flavor in the dish. Not quite the same as using wine, but still tasty. Maybe alcohol free wine would do too if that’s the concern. Never tried it though.

  • Hi..beautiful.sister

  • At this point, some of these recipes need to be in the #DG hall of fame bracket voting until the greatest recipes make it in!

  • The Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup was DELICOUS tonight for dinner! My husband and I loved it! We have left overs too! Thank you for a quick prep meal that made enough I can share a bowl with my sister and my mom!

  • As someone on a keto lifestyle, I really appreciate this and how easy it will be for me to tweak and make them even lower carb. Meal prepping is the key to making any lifestyle work and keto is no different.

    Thank you!! ❤️

  • love this!!! would love more of these meal plan videos!!! this is my biggest problem…. planning. thank so much going to try them all this week!!

  • This is just sad.

Guys, don’t abuse your taste buds, there’s no need to eat tasteless food, it isn’t expensive at all to add flavour. And we need variety, please don’t force yourself to eat the same food everyday, life’s too short, and you deserve a bit of variety.

  • great ideas! I get overwhelmed sometimes with the idea of freezer cooking and preparing meals for the week but you keep the meals simple and delicious. I am encouraged!
