Here’s a tip on the taco seasoning: make your own! Pre-made taco seasoning has all sorts of additives and preservatives and quite a few carbs! I was shocked to find that out. There are recipes online to make your own taco seasoning and it’s sooooo easy. Tastes fresher too and you can customize it.

Guys, burn fat doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Great recipes. However, a meal from all food groups provides saity value to ward off cravings. Carbs are the first of energy the brain uses. The myth carbs are bad is based on unhealthy choices. Eat whole grain carbs to be content after a meal. Avoid fat and sugar laden carbs, i.e. cake, croissants, biscuits, and the like. Good eating.

Looks delicious! Just have to sub out for chicken breast as I don’t eat dark meat and remove fennel maybe sub something else. I can’t do black licorice flavor. But it looks delicious otherwise.

Why does it come out brown after I deglaze(?) with butter and chicken broth? It seems when I try to use the burnt on chicken bits to flavor sauce it turns brown. Just too high heat?

I had my first Panda Express orange chicken in 1988 and my friends laughed at me because I had never heard of or eaten at Panda Express before that, but it was around way before that, according to them.
My super lazy version is as follows: garden “chicken” strips in the air fryer, rice in the instant pot, and the sauce is bottled Panda Express orange chicken sauce mixed with a little soy sauce
Just in case anyone wants to make this, a mixture of equal amounts corn starch and flour for the dredge will give you an extra super crispy coating for your protein that holds up a little bit better in the sauce. It’s delicious either way though <3

I took 1 avocado got the middle out putting in a bowl. Then took some cream cheese adding it with the avocado. Adding sea salt, turmic, Italian spice, Apple cider vinegar. Mixed all together and Wow how delicious this was. 1 of the Greatest dips I’ve ate. Idk if this is a Recipe if not I made a Great one. I took my pork rinds and dipped it in it. You should try it, hopefully you’ll love it. Plus you can add different spices to it if you like I thought about adding lemon pepper to it too but didn’t..
Have one question…could the Chicken Schnitzel fried in the air fryer instead of fried in that oil. I only ask, because I need to cut calories where I can. Thanks

Microwaves deplete most of the nutrition in your food! Plus it exposes you and your family to potentially cancer causing radiation. Oh my glob I made this for dinner tonight I didn’t have pickles or smoked paprika I just had paprika and I didn’t have avocado and I didn’t have fennel and so I use lemon pepper for the and I use pecan chips cause that’s all I had and it was the best meal I’ve ever made it was so delicious
This was my meal prep for this week and the dressing is absolutely delicious, the hot sauce gives it just the right kick to stop it from being bland. Hate fennel so I used curry on the chicken instead, worked like a charm. Also, the full-fat mayo didn’t quite agree with my daily calorie budget so I’ll admit I used a substitute.
Love this video. It really gave me a fresh take on “meal prepping” that seemed to make more sense to me. The only problem I have is breakfast for dinner…I LOVE the idea and we have been doing it for about 4-6 weeks now, but my 13 year old son is ALWAYS hungry about 2 &1/2 hours later…it just doesn’t seem to “stick w/ him” until bedtime.

These are great, but you have to flatten the chicken thighs or they will be raw in spots. I don’t know where Bobby gets his, but mine are a lot more uneven and do no way cook in 5 minutes per side, even if I bring to room temperature.
actually this is not really KETO meal….. I mean if you are real doing KETO then you can only have less than 20g of sugar for a day, obviously it’s exceeded, and it’s not low fat menu neither since there are fry’s in menu, that’s also exceeded if you are doing low fat. anyway I can call this Low Carb menu.
Bobby, if go on a Keto diet will I lose weight without counting calories? My Dr said i5 would be okay to go on this diet even though I am on cholesterol medication and I went to see a registered dietitian and she said no this would no5 be a good die5 for me if my cholesterol is high and of course I am borderline diabetic so now what would you suggest? My husband, daughter & I are all doing Weight Watchers together, so we ran the recipe through their recipe builder & including the tortilla it’s only 5 points per serving, which is great for an item that serves as a.complete meal. It was so pretty on the plate with the romaine lettuce, apple, celery & all of the other ingredients. It would make a great dish for a wedding or a baby baby shower with all of the colorful, fresh ingredients! Thanks for all your great recipes!

The Orange Chicken recipe was actually released by Panda Express and I’ve tried it and it’s legit. Not sure why there’s a need for a copycat recipe that’s considerably different…
I love chicken marinated in soy sauce, calamansi lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic peeled and minced, salt, and pepper which is a Filipino barbecue recipe. It can be cooked three ways. The first method is to discard the leftover marinade and pan fry in oil. The second method is to reduce the leftover marinade and cook it in the oven baste it with the reduced marinade when you flip them over. The third method you also reduce the leftover marinade but cook it on a grill and baste with the reduced marinade whenever you flip them. It’s so delicious. Even when it doesn’t have skin it gets crispy that way. My son prefers most vegetables to soured (we’ll fight over the green ones when I make sinigang Filipino sour soup using tamarind as the souring agent) or pickled (he loves Dill Pickles and mild Hot Cauliflower.The only ones he likes as is are cucumbers and corn.

No salt and pepper in the flour? I’d add salt and pepper to the flour mix. Also, if anyone didn’t want to use wheat flour they can substitute using an almond flour.

Yum. I will have to try making all 3 recipes. Just to let you know on the Dijon chicken recipe. The recipe ingredients list red wine not white wine for this dish.
For people who do not like to cook with wine, I’ve used stock with a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar to get a bit of the acidity and wine flavor in the dish. Not quite the same as using wine, but still tasty. Maybe alcohol free wine would do too if that’s the concern. Never tried it though.

Awesome channel you have here. I eat low carb so I often come here for ideas. As I’m married to a Lebanese, tabooli usually requires regular white onions, and they sprinkle a bit of pomegranate juice or molasses to top it off. Tabooli is one of my favs, can eat a lot and not feel guilty

Here’s a tip on the taco seasoning: make your own! Pre-made taco seasoning has all sorts of additives and preservatives and quite a few carbs! I was shocked to find that out. There are recipes online to make your own taco seasoning and it’s sooooo easy. Tastes fresher too and you can customize it.

maybe for gluten-free, the chicken can be dredged in rice flour or potato starch? those would also give the crispy coating without wheat flour.
Great recipes. However, a meal from all food groups provides saity value to ward off cravings. Carbs are the first of energy the brain uses. The myth carbs are bad is based on unhealthy choices. Eat whole grain carbs to be content after a meal. Avoid fat and sugar laden carbs, i.e. cake, croissants, biscuits, and the like. Good eating.
Soak your brown rice for at least a half hour. Cooks better. Also, why boil broccoli? Toss it into the chicken fat and grill it.. taste amazing.

Looks delicious! Just have to sub out for chicken breast as I don’t eat dark meat and remove fennel maybe sub something else. I can’t do black licorice flavor. But it looks delicious otherwise.

Why bother to cook the broccoli? You’re likely microwaving to heat it up. Cook it WITH the chicken in the grill pan… otherwise. good stuff.

Why does it come out brown after I deglaze(?) with butter and chicken broth? It seems when I try to use the burnt on chicken bits to flavor sauce it turns brown. Just too high heat?

“…and then Panda Express came along and made orange chicken…” Pretty sure Panda Express was making great orange chicken before this dude was born. I had my first Panda Express orange chicken in 1988 and my friends laughed at me because I had never heard of or eaten at Panda Express before that, but it was around way before that, according to them.
My super lazy version is as follows: garden “chicken” strips in the air fryer, rice in the instant pot, and the sauce is bottled Panda Express orange chicken sauce mixed with a little soy sauce
Just in case anyone wants to make this, a mixture of equal amounts corn starch and flour for the dredge will give you an extra super crispy coating for your protein that holds up a little bit better in the sauce. It’s delicious either way though <3

I took 1 avocado got the middle out putting in a bowl. Then took some cream cheese adding it with the avocado. Adding sea salt, turmic, Italian spice, Apple cider vinegar. Mixed all together and Wow how delicious this was. 1 of the Greatest dips I’ve ate. Idk if this is a Recipe if not I made a Great one. I took my pork rinds and dipped it in it. You should try it, hopefully you’ll love it. Plus you can add different spices to it if you like I thought about adding lemon pepper to it too but didn’t..

Microwaves deplete most of the nutrition in your food! Plus it exposes you and your family to potentially cancer causing radiation. Also if you want to round out pizza night a super salad would be awesome. We love our salads with pizza! Thanks for the awesome prep video

This looks great, only problem is that its no good after 3 days if you are meal prepping. The raw onion and the grated garlic will start smelling.

Oh my glob I made this for dinner tonight I didn’t have pickles or smoked paprika I just had paprika and I didn’t have avocado and I didn’t have fennel and so I use lemon pepper for the and I use pecan chips cause that’s all I had and it was the best meal I’ve ever made it was so delicious
This was my meal prep for this week and the dressing is absolutely delicious, the hot sauce gives it just the right kick to stop it from being bland. Hate fennel so I used curry on the chicken instead, worked like a charm. Also, the full-fat mayo didn’t quite agree with my daily calorie budget so I’ll admit I used a substitute.
Love this video. It really gave me a fresh take on “meal prepping” that seemed to make more sense to me. The only problem I have is breakfast for dinner…I LOVE the idea and we have been doing it for about 4-6 weeks now, but my 13 year old son is ALWAYS hungry about 2 &1/2 hours later…it just doesn’t seem to “stick w/ him” until bedtime.

These are great, but you have to flatten the chicken thighs or they will be raw in spots. I don’t know where Bobby gets his, but mine are a lot more uneven and do no way cook in 5 minutes per side, even if I bring to room temperature.
actually this is not really KETO meal….. I mean if you are real doing KETO then you can only have less than 20g of sugar for a day, obviously it’s exceeded, and it’s not low fat menu neither since there are fry’s in menu, that’s also exceeded if you are doing low fat. anyway I can call this Low Carb menu.
Bobby, if go on a Keto diet will I lose weight without counting calories? My Dr said i5 would be okay to go on this diet even though I am on cholesterol medication and I went to see a registered dietitian and she said no this would no5 be a good die5 for me if my cholesterol is high and of course I am borderline diabetic so now what would you suggest? Sara Lynn, we made your Waldorf Wrap for dinner tonight & it was SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband, daughter & I are all doing Weight Watchers together, so we ran the recipe through their recipe builder & including the tortilla it’s only 5 points per serving, which is great for an item that serves as a.complete meal. It was so pretty on the plate with the romaine lettuce, apple, celery & all of the other ingredients. It would make a great dish for a wedding or a baby baby shower with all of the colorful, fresh ingredients! Thanks for all your great recipes!

The Orange Chicken recipe was actually released by Panda Express and I’ve tried it and it’s legit. Not sure why there’s a need for a copycat recipe that’s considerably different…
I love chicken marinated in soy sauce, calamansi lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic peeled and minced, salt, and pepper which is a Filipino barbecue recipe. It can be cooked three ways. The first method is to discard the leftover marinade and pan fry in oil. The second method is to reduce the leftover marinade and cook it in the oven baste it with the reduced marinade when you flip them over. The third method you also reduce the leftover marinade but cook it on a grill and baste with the reduced marinade whenever you flip them. It’s so delicious. Even when it doesn’t have skin it gets crispy that way. My son prefers most vegetables to soured (we’ll fight over the green ones when I make sinigang Filipino sour soup using tamarind as the souring agent) or pickled (he loves Dill Pickles and mild Hot Cauliflower.The only ones he likes as is are cucumbers and corn.

No salt and pepper in the flour? I’d add salt and pepper to the flour mix. Also, if anyone didn’t want to use wheat flour they can substitute using an almond flour.

Yum. I will have to try making all 3 recipes. Just to let you know on the Dijon chicken recipe. The recipe ingredients list red wine not white wine for this dish.
For people who do not like to cook with wine, I’ve used stock with a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar to get a bit of the acidity and wine flavor in the dish. Not quite the same as using wine, but still tasty. Maybe alcohol free wine would do too if that’s the concern. Never tried it though.

Guys, don’t abuse your taste buds, there’s no need to eat tasteless food, it isn’t expensive at all to add flavour. And we need variety, please don’t force yourself to eat the same food everyday, life’s too short, and you deserve a bit of variety.
