  • I love this video
Thank you so much for putting this together
I start back to work Monday at school
I am new to this platform any collab would be a plus
I added a card for this video in my video I uploaded today!

  • low carb for children? Why? Children need lot of energy, that they consume from food, their carb needs is different than yours and mine. Your recipes are awesome, colorful and tasty.

  • Awesome channel you have here. I eat low carb so I often come here for ideas. As I’m married to a Lebanese, tabooli usually requires regular white onions, and they sprinkle a bit of pomegranate juice or molasses to top it off. Tabooli is one of my favs, can eat a lot and not feel guilty

  • I really like that. I’ll try them all. They’re doable and contain things I can find or easily substitute in my local grocery store

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of fat when other typical people are capable to shed extra pounds easily using Custokebon Secrets (google search it).

  • Your channel is just amazing! ❤ I cooked already some of your fantastic meals and many other are on my to-do list which is constantly getting longer…

  • Here’s a tip on the taco seasoning: make your own! Pre-made taco seasoning has all sorts of additives and preservatives and quite a few carbs! I was shocked to find that out. There are recipes online to make your own taco seasoning and it’s sooooo easy. Tastes fresher too and you can customize it.

  • Gosh! I’m hooked on this channel! ❤ very helpful during my second week of keto. I also appreciate all your efforts into filming all these clips throughout the week while cooking, running a household and working. It’s hard work and I want to thank you!

  • Its like she knows what I want…. I was just thinking about low carb meals, and then she uploads this. ❤❤❤❤ thanks, love.

  • The garlic parmesan chicken looks soooo good. I really want to try it out. Just a question….what percentage of cream should we be using for that or does it matter? Thanks for the recipes.

  • Could you make a vegan video please? Show people how delicious and satisfying ethical and environmentally friendly food can taste?

  • Delicious . Can you make some vegans or vegetarians?! Plsssss!!! Thank you . And with what would be a good idea to substitute the chicken. Thank again.

  • Thank you so much for these meal prep meals… I’m trying to get into meal-preping, but I find it overwhelming. You’re videos are a wonderful inspiration for someone like me who struggles to come up with consistent recipes…

  • The schawarma chicken was amazing!!! I just combined spices I already had a made a salt-free schawarma seasoning of my own. Keep the meal ideas coming!!!

  • Hi, these meal plans are awesome. Are they also low fat? I been eat healthy and lost 30 pounds. I got to watch my carbs and fat due to no gallbladder. Thank you.

  • Its still amaze me just how a number of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets (search on google) even though a lot of people lost a ton of weight using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I have lost a ton of fat.

  • Hi, i’m a beginner cook here. What if i use meat instead of chicken in the first menu? Should i marinate it overnight or… please gimme some tips. Thank u

  • SHOCK the brocolli with COLD WATER when its done to retain the crispy texture and bright green color, this applies to all veggies that you cook to keep it al dente before storage… great video man thanks!

  • Guys, burn fat doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • I am so grateful for your ideas for meal prep because I am always clueless about what to prepare for my husband’s lunch every single day. Of course, minus the weekends. hehehe! Thanks a bunch!

  • Do you have any meal prep recipes that are both nut and fish free? I’m struggling to find a lot of yummy meal prep lunches without either, a lot of my coworkers have allergies and I’m so tired of buy lunch, any help would be appreciated ☺️

  • First video I watch from this channel and I am suscribed…loved how they just jumped into it and didn’t make a long annoying video where you have to skip

  • Hey, Sunshine !
OMG, these dishes are perfect. My daughter works many hours so it’s my mission to make her healthy, tasty meals to keep her full and energized on the go thank you, you’re the Goddess Geek

  • thankyou for this video,i have a very young youtube channel and you have inspired me.I also have a facebook group of 11,000 low carbers who will benefit from your vids

  • maybe for gluten-free, the chicken can be dredged in rice flour or potato starch? those would also give the crispy coating without wheat flour.

  • Great recipes. However, a meal from all food groups provides saity value to ward off cravings. Carbs are the first of energy the brain uses. The myth carbs are bad is based on unhealthy choices. Eat whole grain carbs to be content after a meal. Avoid fat and sugar laden carbs, i.e. cake, croissants, biscuits, and the like. Good eating.

  • Soak your brown rice for at least a half hour. Cooks better. Also, why boil broccoli? Toss it into the chicken fat and grill it.. taste amazing.

  • Would you be able to put how long the items will last in the fridge? This would help with meal planning to see how much is reasonable to make. Thank you! Love your channel!

  • Just wanted to let you know that your channel inspired me to start eating healthy and get on a proper diet and lose all that extra weight I gained in the past 5 years.
So far, I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks just by cooking every day one of your recipes.
    And everything was so tasty!
Thank you so much for the effort you put in this channel, I wish you loads of success and happiness

  • Great stuff as always. Chicken is always my go-to meal of choice, but nowhere near as classy as yours. Your 3 suggestions look equally as appetizing. Cheers.
