I WAS CRAVNG FOR YOGURT Since summer started. Got tired of Keto ice-cream. I could not find the full fat yogurt(FFY) in Toronto (ON) but I used 18% “Gold” sour cream and it was goooood. Did not make the sugar free jam yet. Could not wait to try this. I used Torani Torani Chocolate sugar free syrup. However, I think a fruit would taste better. Will keep looking FFY.
I was wandering if you would like a challenge and try to master/to perfect a Keto mug cake, please? your recipes wonderful and outstanding! I passed all tests to my sceptical and sarcastic friends with your desserts. But i need something quick and less time consuming for unexpected guests who ambushed me with sweets form Dairy Queen and Walmart. All the bets and thank you one more time.

  • Terrific combinations and instructions! Thank you for giving me more yummy ideas. I think the best tasking and super value of Greek yogurt is at Aldi’s whole milk Vanilla Bean qt. is around $5.50. (all natural and bonus, real vanilla beans)!!

  • I actually just bought frozen blueberries today during my lunch break to make something like this. Only difference is I’m using light and fit greek yogurt since those things are already sweet enough. BTW, BBQ quest…..MMMM…this is why I trust your taste judgement:D thanks! I’m guessing the protes weren’t that good right? I think they tasted like carpet the last time I had them.

  • I’m number 44 Dom’s down for the simple fact that you’re saying this yogurt is good for you when the bacteria in yogurt is mostly destroyed when frozen and he can also become grainy You might as well eat some low fat or no sugar added ice cream and pop a few vitamins then eating this

  • Love this video. I actual did an article of this please check it out. http://sewmuchcraftiness.com/how-to-make-frozen-yogurt-bites-at-home-highly-delicious/

  • Greek yogurt was highly recommended by my dietitian and I add chia, flax, oats, fruit like strawberries etc, monk fruit sugar and enjoy. Curbs my sweet tooth and im losing weight!

  • Hello • Where do you buy full fat yogurt? I’m having a hard time finding it in my local stores. Are there any possible substitutes for MTC oil Glucomannan? What is a serving size and total amount recipe makes? Do you have a video that goes over macros? How many carbs per cup/8oz is the brand of yogurt you used? I’m having a hard time finding the brand of yogurt shown in plain Greek full fat on line and it’s nutritional info.
    Thank you:)

  • Two thumbs up! I was hesitant to use my yogurt with flavors…this confirmed my undone experiment. Question though, if I don’t use Greek but plain yogurt only, how will flavored yogurt be?
