    Our family favs are: roasted veggies and sausage or chicken. Big Mac “salad” (crumbled ground meat over salad greens with pickles and all the burger fixings and a honey mustard dressing and greek bowls (chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and a grain (quinoa or farro) and top with Greek yogurt tzatziki.
