  • All your recipes look and sound amazing I’m sure they taste the same, but a video suggestion is can you make recipes of things that some will already have in their home since some people can’t go out because of quarantine!

  • Two the second one: use a spoon you beast! I thought ok maybe its like a peanut Butter version of chocolate dipped bananas, i was open minded. But no. The mess was 100% avoidable and I’ve missed this entire video now because this bothered me so much.

  • These are definitely art and a show off great plating skill, but I kind of hate gourmet plating when it comes to actually eating the food
    Like the mini garden, I feel like it would be hard to get consistent spoonfuls with strawberry filling and it seems like it would be hard to get all of it out of the cup, and don’t get me started on the Artistic Smear

    But then again with something like this it might be the best way to raise the experience from “I’m eating a sweet thing, it’s alright” to “I’m eating a fun dessert, what a treat!”
    So, fancy plating isn’t a bad thing (I definitely need to work on my plating skills) it’s just hard to get past how much it seems to affect the practicality of a dish

  • Ann, you are my favourite channel on YT by far. Your videos are unique, well made and generally wholesome. I find them so relaxing. I’m normally quite a poor baker but you’ve inspired me to try things more, especially with improving appearance.

  • Coconut oil is one of the most concentrated sources of saturated fat. Coconut sugar has a negligible amount of nutrition compared to regular sugar. I would not consider any of these healthy, but they are only slightly better than other choices.

  • Rice in any form (white, brown, wild) is naturally gluten free. I feel like you’re misleading people implying that only brown rice is gluten free.

  • Can you replace the coconut sugar with something else. I find this sugar leaves me an after taste. I am very fragile with substitute sugars. What works the best for me is honey or m syrup.

  • A little trick for covering chocolate on your baked goods:
    just sprinkle chocolate on the still-hot base and wait just like 5 minutes (or till the chocolate are melted) then smooth it out.

    this way you can skip the melting step

  • ‘Almond milk’ already processed isn’t the best and healthiest way to drink non dairy milk. Brand names like this are always processed and chemically modified. Making almond milk from scratch is better. And if not finding true coconut milk is a plus
