Beard your not wrong about the Brussel sprouts. I thought I would grow out of my dislike for it, this happened with cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and especially asparagus. But brussel sprouts, can’t even stand the smell of them cooking.
1. Make sure to warm up before you start(it’s crucially important) 2. HIIT is too intense so doing it everyday can cause serious injuries so doing it 3 times a week is enough (during the intervals you body will recover which is again important) 3. Time limit shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes and I hope you know why 😉 4. Last but not the least, cool down after doing HIIT.

I noticed in some of your videos that you enjoy warm rice with curry, gravy, etc. Do try making your rice with two pods of cardamom, an inch of cinnamon stick, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds n a bay leaf sauteed in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the washed and soaked rice to it. Add some salt to taste. Warm water(for each part of rice, two parts of water). Cover n Cook. Hope you like it

I did your two weeks shreds shred challenge and this workout during this pandemic with 82 kg heavy and yeah it help me to reduced almost 7kilos. Now my weight got struck at 75 kilo. Could you recommend me any high intensity workout at home. For your information I am also following the intermittent fasting 6/18 since may 2020 with your workouts. It really helped me to reached this stage. I would be forever grateful if you could give me some tips to loose some more.

Beard your not wrong about the Brussel sprouts. I thought I would grow out of my dislike for it, this happened with cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and especially asparagus.
But brussel sprouts, can’t even stand the smell of them cooking.
A few tips if you are starting HIIT:
1. Make sure to warm up before you start(it’s crucially important)
2. HIIT is too intense so doing it everyday can cause serious injuries so doing it 3 times a week is enough (during the intervals you body will recover which is again important)
3. Time limit shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes and I hope you know why 😉
4. Last but not the least, cool down after doing HIIT.

I have no idea where Chloe gets those calorie calculations from. I wear a fitness tracker and, while completing the video with almost 100% effort for the entire video, I only burned about 66 calories.

I noticed in some of your videos that you enjoy warm rice with curry, gravy, etc. Do try making your rice with two pods of cardamom, an inch of cinnamon stick, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds n a bay leaf sauteed in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the washed and soaked rice to it. Add some salt to taste. Warm water(for each part of rice, two parts of water). Cover n Cook.

Was just at Hell’s Kitchen just 2 weeks ago and had the Beef Wellington for the first time. I can say without a doubt it want so amazing and can’t wait to go back next year and have it again. The whole experience leaves you wanting for nothing. This was nothing short of a grand slam.

I did your two weeks shreds shred challenge and this workout during this pandemic with 82 kg heavy and yeah it help me to reduced almost 7kilos. Now my weight got struck at 75 kilo. Could you recommend me any high intensity workout at home. For your information I am also following the intermittent fasting 6/18 since may 2020 with your workouts. It really helped me to reached this stage. I would be forever grateful if you could give me some tips to loose some more.
