  • Thanks. So basically everything starts with ghee / fat; then black pepper, turmeric, ginger, rock salt, onions. Everything is a variation of the same which is easy. All veggies look to be the same too: tomatoes, chilli, carrots, beans.

    One question though, with the soaked rice, millet, moong daal, how long do you soak it for?

  • 1. Did anyone notice that he was using black pepper instead of red chilly powder in all his recipes? A much healthier and tastier option.
    2. He invariably uses clay pot to cook food.
    3. He uses rock salt instead of sea salt.
    4. He quickly consumes the food while it is still hot.
    5. Instead of red chilly, he uses green chilly.
    6. He tries his best to use whole pulses and whole grains like whole moong, brown rice.
    No wonder, he is so fit and energetic. Vivek, u rock….
