  • Hi Alyssa, again really glad to find your channel. I’d like to ask if you’ve found any good non-dairy replacements for creamer, like if you want to make a coffee or tea but you do not wish to have a latte persay. Also, I really miss whipped creme! I’d love to know if there’s any way of making a dairy free whipped cream to eat with fruits for a plant-based dessert. Thanks =)

  • I usally see videos of losing weight. It is so rare to find videos on how to gain weight in a healthy way*. *Please do more videos on gaining weight to get muscles, what to eat to gain weight for people who are thin/skinny, and how to exercise for people who are skinny and have high metabolism. Do it for the people who have been skinny shamed for almost their whole life just as I have been skinny shamed by skinny people, obese people, curvy people, big breast people but skinny body, people born with thick bones and thick veins, and by others.

  • Changed my thumbs up to a thumbs down after clicking on your alleged “Fat Loss Calculator” which is actually a 20-minute infomercial. That is shady AF. I get it, you make a living doing this but you lost my trust after that bait and switch. Thumb down, won’t sub.

  • Hi, in my country it is bit pricey to get almond or cashew. Is that okay to use any nut for your receipts thats contain nuts? (But still has same protein as almond and cashew )
    Thank you

If you have any suggestion, what kind of nuts can I use as replacement?

    Thank you

  • Just do intermittent fasting, cut out sugar and junk food and eat small amounts of carbs. Don’t make things so complicated. Eat healthy and you will lose weight.

  • Hi Joanna! I am new to this healthy eating and still learning and exploring. Just wondering, in the Plum stuffed cherry tomato recipe,, what kind of plum do you use? is it fresh plum or dry plum?

  • Joanna, I really enjoy your videos. I can really tell you put effort in your videos! You also have such a positive attitude which is so refreshing to see. Please keep doing what you are doing <3

  • Weird, I eat around 30% protein up to 30g carbs and rest fats, yet I am in a pretty good ketosis state ( and lose weight as well). Fun fact, protein support our needs of glucose but don’t OVERPRODUCE IT. Our body isn’t stupid but it seems like most of the youtube videos are proclaiming that, hopefully someone will find Fung and actually learn a thing or two…

  • For the peanut butter i would use a piping bag.
Doesn’t have to be real big and you will have a
little more control over the spread of the
    peanut butter.

  • Congratulations..u r superb..can u suggest substitute to using microwave for granola and how to do it and for how much time..i will prefer tawa or pan

  • This guy is explaining the diet way more complicate than what is to make people feel helpless and compel to buy his product
    Hope people see through this

  • Alright, how about a little disclaimer that scientific studies have now proven that gluconeogenesis is a DEMAND DRIVEN process and eating too much protein is not really a concern.

  • Thanks for including a nut-free snack bar recipe! We have nut allergies in our household and I notice that you usually offer nut free alternatives (like seeds). Really appreciate it.

  • Food processor (needed for all recipes):

Bliss balls 2:04 (dates, dried mango cashews, shredded coconut, turmeric, pepper & cashew butter)

  • My personal favorite snack as of late has been soy beans in the pod steamed. With a pinch of pink Himalayan salt can’t go wrong. I will however try out the ice cream, chickpeas, and oatmeal cereal bar.

  • If you really want to be healthy and/or lose weight, this is the way to go. Especially if your body responds very well to this. Yeah it sounds ‘hard’ or ‘difficult’ but if you think about it: People have been eating this way for thousands of years….

  • I can’t wait to go get the ingredients for the homemade hummus. The cost of the store bought keeps going up, so I don’t eat nearly as much as I’d like to. Thanks again for your inspiring recipes.

  • hii. i am 21 yrs old girl nd my weight is 60 kg nd my weight is 5’8″ nd i am overweight nd i wanna loose Atleast 8 kg or more than 8 kg before my interview nd my interview will be in September. please make diet chart for me nd i pure vegetarian. please help me

  • I really appreciate the whole 30 approaches you take. I am weary of the high-fat contact in your recipes. Is this intentional or can you suggest alternatives?

  • Lots of prep time… Gone in seconds with my hungry lot! Lol Wondering about the banana bites though, do you need to defrost them before eating?

  • Yay!!!! Have been waiting for this Congratulations Elina Can’t wait to see more of your ideas come to life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world ❤️ You’re one of a kind..

  • really like the concept of this video. Thank you. could you do a nut free version? I am allergic to nuts and feel quite limited in terms of healthy home made snacks. will definitely try the tuna meatballs and tzatziki recipe. Thanks

  • Wow this is a great idea I also had my own channel called (Better UP) and would love some support/ feedback so please check it out and I will always follow back!!! Cheers

  • Hey, I loved your Vegan Tzatziki recipe. I just replaced coriander instead of dill and it turned out amazing too. The Tzatziki recipe is similar to Raita in India but with Yogurt. As I’m a vegan I was struggling to find an alternative to traditional Indian Raita. But when I came across your video and this recipe I just couldn’t wait to try it out.
Thanks a lot. It’s just amazing

  • Yayyyy, Elina’s here!!! I’m so. So soooooooo happy about your new endeavour!! I have 500+ subscribers over a period of a year and you got them in just a day.. That’s the power of a star!!

  • I made the nut bars just as described on the blog and they turned out soooo good. My boyfriend and I literally ate all of them in 2 days. And we were holding back Going to try the banana energy balls next!

  • Hi, Joanna! I noticed that the dragonfruit you used on the yogurt parfait and rice cake was different from mine! I only have the white fleshed kind at my grocery store. Since I like to use strong flavors to keep satisfied on my diet, I’m wondering if the red flesh has more taste?

  • (hi joanna can I skip the creal? because In my country we don’t have this kind of cereal we have only the one how comes in boxes and it is not healthy and by the way I really like your videos and by following your workouts I lose 1kg in 1 week even if am cheating when I eat ) subscribe and like

  • Hi Joanna!! You have wonderful ideas!!! Thank ypu for sharing them with us and taking your time to put them together in the web. Just a question, I hate bananas, what other fruit can I use for the chocolate lovers recipe? Maybe apple or melon?

  • Fantastic advice, I have to admit I think I have been making all 5 mistakes I stalled 2 months ago even switching this last week to slimming World. But not enjoying SWorld and feeling hungry etc So gonna give your tips a try on Keto again

  • I’m soooo trying the ice cream! I’m a lover of ice cream, and want to lose some pounds!
Good recipe for ice cream lovers-

    One bannana.
One table spoon of peanut butter. (Use other nut butter for heathier option.)
    A little bit of milk.

Sliice bananna into coin sizes, and freeze for one hour.
Blend a splash of milk, frozen bananna, table spoon of nut butter, and blend with a blender.
Once all blended into smooth mix, freeze for a our or two.

Take a small amount, and enjoy the 3 ingredient ice cream!

  • I tried the oat bites…they are sweet but a healthier substitute than any store brought sugary snack. They’re nice though…this video is simply brilliant. Can’t wait to try some more snacks.

  • Yeahhhhhh…. Am so happy to see you here congratulations and good luck can you please tell us, if this can be stored, if yes, then how long can we store the snack?

  • Trust me people this is just for views. Its not that complicated.
Plus For ketosis to be carried on with the diet u also need to do moderate level of excercise. The losing fat process is slowed down because your body adapts to ketogenisis and u have to push your body to increase the fat consumption

  • At 6:23 (during the vegan version) you mention “adding a zuchini, just like the regular verison” but when I go back to the regular version you stated cucumber. The recipe on your blog mentions cucumber. Can I use zuchini instead of cucumber?

  • Thank you joanna soh… thanks a ton for ur healthy and intelligent ideas…I am a new fan of URS..I loved your figure nd diet plan as well… request you to provide me gym routine for beginners…as I am new to gym but don’t know how to start in a best way…I have got severe train in my legs on the 1st day itself…pls guide.

  • Wow Lisa! They all look so yummy plus with nutritious ingredients! I love cashew. I can’t wait to make it! Thank you for all your amazing recipes.

  • hi! Thank you so much for the video and the information. I wanted to give a feedback for something irrelevant with the dieting:
In the form we are clicking to find out the macros we need, at the woman´s choice, at the 30´s, there is a picture of a woman with the baby in her arms. In the same form of the 30´s of a man, there is no baby.
This is unfortunately what we call sexism. Plus 30´s is not for all people to have babies.
But you seem to be a good guy, so I am sure you just didn´t notice it. But please consider to change it though.
Good luck with everything and take care!:-)

  • Hey Joanna where would I get the frozen yogurt pop containers? I haven’t seen these since I was a kid. Thanks for everything you do. It is appreciated.

  • when I started this diet I thought great this is amazing I can eat mostly fatty foods I just have to avoid the carbs but everytime I look at my fridge or cupboard it’s full of breads pastas cereals etc then I get even more discouraged knowing how frail the keto diet is because it’s so easy to go over your you’re 5% carb allowance without even realising, like for example, i look at a fishfinger and think, damn, those breadcrumbs is carbs, so i peel it off like a lunatic, it just puts me right off,

  • Too all you fat people out there you dont have to go to the extreme until you get pretty low on body fat and have to really hit it hard to loose the last bit of fat. These people act like you can mess up without even messing up which fucks your head up and makes you give up!!

  • Thanks man, very helpful, this is my second time on keto and I had the ratios correct but was really helpful to understand more of the science behind it.

I think people need to remember that it’s calorie ratios rather than weight/gram ratios that you are talking about with the 80% fat.

  • Love your channel but I have to follow a low sugar diet. Is there anything natural low in sugar, you can recommend to substitute Dates?

  • Joanna….Been following you for a long time, love all your videos and love your new series as well!…. Hugs from Texas…. Anna:-)

  • This is not a helpful video at all. If I take what you’ve said to heart, I’m doing everything wrong but I”m down 25 lbs since I started. You need to take this vid down and replace it with one that makes sense to newbies, this is utterly discouraging.

  • LOVE THE BLISS BALLS! I DON’T HAVE MACA, I HAVE ASHWAGANDA POWDER, SO THAT’S WHAT I USED. SUPERB! I DEFINITELY WILL DO THEM AGAIN, VARYING THE INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAVE.
    THNX A LOT!
    BLESSINGS ✌

  • 5-10% of the daily calories from carbs equals out to 20 30gr of carbs a day, how on earth are you supposed to eat keto while only consuming a max of 60gr of protein? All the high fat, low carb foods (meat, eggs, avocado…) are loaded with protein. This calculation simply does not add up.

  • The best way to activate your fatburnimg is cold water, swimming in lakes of cold showers.
Your body will defend you against the cold, and fatburning is the only thing that will save you.
    Look up “The Iceman”.

  • I’m definitely making those banana bites! My kids will love them. I only have almond bark on hand. Hope that works alright.
    Thanks for the ideas.:)

  • I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called NextLevelDiet. I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.

  • Hi, Lisa! I think your YouTube channel is proof that you can eat healthy while you eat delicious meals which are easy to make. Thank you for sharing your brilliant ideas with other people on the internet!:) I love banana bread energy balls! I have already made this food several times and I can’t get tired of it.:)

  • I’m doing a targeted keto diet while building muscle and burning fat. I eat 200-210 g of protein a day, only around 55 g of fat, and 10-15 g of carb (outside of my 20 g of dextrose prior to lifting), and the fat is falling off. 20 lbs this month. I check my keytone levels a few times a day and I stay in ketosis.

  • Evey day my protein intake is higher than fat intake.. please tell me what to eat.. even chicken and egg has more protein content than fat content

  • All I’m trying to do is flatten my belly. Get the six-pack. I’ve already got high blood pressure. so if I can Spike my blood sugar just by taking the wrong thing with this keto diet think I’ll just stick to my vegan protein shake, green food powder with low-sodium V8, And red food powder with diet cranberry juice, and in the morning I take an egg white shake and 2 hard boiled eggs. Hyundai makes both vegan protein shake and that egg white shake with oatmeal. I seen people make kato with avocados and other kinds of greens I figured it couldn’t hurt but after watching this video and I’m starting to think I already watch what I eat but I do eat a lot of protein.

  • I literally just cut carbs and I’m in keto. Thats all. I eat lots of eggs, Caesar salads, olives, nuts, veggies…. I don’t really think about it I just avoid carbs and legumes

  • Yes but it depends on the person. Moderate protein is a relative measure because one Ribeye steak for a meal could be too much for one person but not enough for another. Besides that if your starving with absolutely no energy, all the time, then something is wrong. You need enough food to live your life. Starvation is why most diets don’t work cause people get tired of starving all the time.

  • What if I wanna make my own? Is it possible hear would be the ingredients:
    Dark chocolate chips
    Honey oats serial
    Honeny
    And vanilla extract?
    Would that be OK.

  • As a caution, do not leave the hard boiled egg out of the refrigerator for more than two hours before eating it. If you have to have it out longer, put it into a plastic bag or sealed container with a frozen ice pack to keep it cold and avoid food poisoning from bacteria overgrowth.

  • I try to meal prep to but the food tend to not taste that good after 2days in the fridge so it’s not that easy. Can you give any tips to keep food fresh?

  • My question is if you have an abundance of fat on your body that you’re trying to lose… Why in Heaven’s are we consuming more facts, such as avocados, in our daily intake… Should we just basically stick with carnivore type of diet with limited vegetables… And maybe then a body would consume our own fat instead of eating fat and then it wouldn’t ignore the fat on our body?

  • If you keep your protein intake less than 20% I guarantee your body lose muscle. In my opinion 30%protein,60%fat,10%carb (2000cal) is the optimal keto ratio for body builders (beginners). It works well for me.

  • So what can you eat? Like 4 things? I’m just gonna go back to general healthy eating because the stress of all this is going to raise my cortisol levels

  • I’ve been following some of your workout routines for a little while now and it’s so helpful, thank you for making these videos <3

  • Awesome video with such an awesome tips how to start with keto diet. It definitely changed my life also with a page @t that helped me to start my new lifestyle. I can not say any bad word because my life is after this better, healthier and funnier then anytime before.

  • Best Ways To Cut Calories From Snacks
Buy pre-measured snacks, no more than 100 calories.
Choose fruit over a bag of pretzels.
Choose plain yogurt over flavored yogurt.
    Choose flavored seltzer over soda.
Choose celery stalks over dried fruit.

  • The info on protein is so wrong. Your body is going to go turn a solid 120g+ of it into glycogen no matter what you do. The glycogen in your muscles should not be much different than a traditional diet. The main difference is the glycogen storage in the liver. Eating low protein and carbs is bad, that’s why basically everyone in the know recommends the modified, not traditional, keto split.

  • Hi… great video. Is there an alternative to bananas that I could use, as I’m highly allergic. Do you know of an alternative to using banana?

  • I’m on a keto diet and renal diet. I can’t eat anything, not even most green leafy vegetables because of my kidneys. The solution is for the pharmaceutical companies to invest in research for a cure to diabetes. Why do some people have it and others don’t? The drug companies however don’t seek cures but only drugs that treat forever in order to maximize profits. We should be very angry about this.
