  • Love this video. Super informative. Looking forward to switching regular pasta to gluten free, whole ingredients. Thank you for sharing.

  • Outdated info on calories though, calories DON’T matter, it is the contents that matter, watch your sodium, sugar intake, substract fiber to sugar and so on. Counting calories is the reason people drink diet soda and think it’s not bad for you, or eat a “healthy” bar with 15 grams of sugar with no fiber, or eat a cheeseburger thinking it’s unhealthy without thinking twice about the fries, drink or mayonnaise in it. lots to keep track of.

  • Thank you so much! I’ll need to check out your other vids now. I’ve been on a high fiber (normal recommended fiber?) diet for awhile since I have a sensitive stomach. It’s really helped. Especially at breakfast and lunch (although Im allergic to oats, so I usually have quinoa as my breakfast grain if not rice) Im looking for ideas, but usually health or fitness youtubers dont cover high fiber lots… it’s always protein. And for the past few months, keto. Where my fiber people at?? Apparently only here, lol.
