  • Since none of the comments know what they’re talking about, i will explain.

    Vegetarian: NO meat, fish, or seafood.

    Vegan: NO meat, fish, seafood, dairy, or things like gelatin (because it has bone marrow.

    Pescatarian: similar to a vegetarian diet, but with seafood, and fish as the main source of protein.

    I am vegetarian, so i do not eat meat, or fish, and i have a seafood allergy. And i do not eat most dairy products because of my lactose intolerance. But i do eat eggs, because most of them are unfertilized, therefore, no animal is killed for them. And i need the extra protein.
    Hope this made sense.

  • do you mean vegetarian Parmesan because normally it is made with rennet which is curdled milk from the stomach of a calf… Not vegetarian.

  • For people who don’t have time to make Vegan Mac N Cheese.
    There are boxed versions. There is the Daiya Version. And the Annies brand also makes vegan Mac N cheese.

  • I’m not a vegan but I’m going a vegan diet for 40 days, but anyways I just wanted say what the heck is dariy free milk???! Milk is a dariy!!! How can it be dairy free??? Lol�� milk is what makes cheeses, butter and cream a dairy product!
