  • I’ve just bought a slow cooker so this is right up my street! Also loving a bit of camo at the mo. Where’s your jumper from if you don’t mind me asking?

  • Me and my partner have gone vegetarian for the last 3 weeks and we are trying out your recipe’s and have just made your 3 bean chilli and it tastes sooo good, thanks for your meal ideas so helpful and easy to do

  • Holy shit I was just thinking about good slow cooker recipes, can you guys make a super healthy recipe that’ll clean out my filthy colon?

  • Never heard of mushrooms in Chilli. I do like chocolate in Chilli traditional Mexican ingredient, but I use unprocessed cocoa powder, no sugar. I make my own Chilli seasoning so it is ready to go when needed. The pre-package stuff has loads of salts, preservatives & anti caking agents. You might want to add sweet corn to veggie chilli so delicious, rather than another kidney bean. Also mix lentils & sweet corn for another version of veggie Chilli.

  • Man that would be a great bundle to win during this weight loss journey! As far as a peanut butter I think a dark chocolate cookie dough would be neat if it could be done

  • the ultimate protein peanut butter…. gotta go with peanut butter cup + nutter butter…. it would blow minds…. and challenge you!! Do it!!!

  • Ever since you made tuna melts on your vlog Ive been doing them for my husband. I also make a double batch, add spring onions but cut the cheese back to 2 cups. Still comes out fine.

  • The recipes look great but goodness, sirloin is wasted in a slow cooker. As you said the slow cooker method works great with inexpensive cuts of meat.

  • oh my days just love all these cooking vlogs you doing gonna make all the dishes you have made today and that’s after I have made the vegan brownies!!! loved the xmas baking as well, we made the yule log and it was delicious! please don’t stop!!!

  • I’m researching Ketosis, and came across your story/ videos! It’s very inspiring, plus you make life easier by your easy step by step meal prep. Kudos!! I’m very interested in crockpot meals.

  • Hi Luke really enjoyed that video. Chilli is one of our favourites I often make it with quorn mince. Zara your cake looked yummy well done! Stay well and happy guys Terri

  • Can anyone recommend a slow cooker that doesn’t get too hot even on the low setting? I tried the Thai meatballs on low for 7 hours and they burned. I had to toss them out. Reminded me of why I never use my crockpot.

  • You’re supposed to cook the meat and bring everything to the boil before you put it in the slow cooker! They don’t always get hot enough to cook meat by themselves and water needs a lot of energy to boil. I hope no one got sick from this video. ;_;

  • Any ideas on what to replace the powder with? Similar calories and similar desired taste, i live in London and cant get the protein cookie powder…

  • This is my dream pb. But I guess if I have to pick something else I might try a fruit swirl. I can’t wait to have this on pancakes, oatmeal, rice cakes….um everything.

  • Omg this was so good, made my mouth water watching this. Luke you really should have your own tv cookery show you are so professional and so entertaining.

  • Keep the recipes coming Luke everything looks so nice, I always enjoy watching stuff like this, we call dinner tea as well, I’m from Yorkshire. x

  • Loved this video, i need to write my meal plan so will defiantly be doing some of these. Do you have any idea of what i could cook using salmon, my youngest daughter hates it cooked in portions. Hoping to change her mind on it. X

  • Well Luke and Zara, you’ve pulled it out of the bag yet again. The recipes are great especially as they are all mostly vegetarian and vegan, so well done. Zara your cake looked amazing, you should put the recipe up for that too. I love potato and leek soup. Think I might try the pie next week as well as the chilli. I hope that you keep up your recipes after January. So thank you, enjoy the rest of your week xxxx

  • Apologies Luke you did mention the clock great looking food going to try them all and Zara smashing cake seriously good!,Tea or dinner means the same thing watching this made me feel so hungry but will try out all these on the family thanks Luke as always Debs Beckenham xx

  • Considering Luke your opening line is I seem to be spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately you still have not got batteries for your clock! What happening this wouldn’t happen to Mr Carrington Luke get some batteries for clock PIease Debs

  • I like your video ht s good to watching your YouTube video ht s cool to watching your YouTube video ht s good to watching your YouTube video from Nikki Thomson

  • Aww Luke and Zara I honestly cannot choose a favourite dish, love these cooking videos I kinda found myself trying to sniff the food when you said it smelt so good ha ha. Defo going to try the pizzas at the weekend x x

  • I’ve got that slow cooker for Christmas, but the digital one. Food looks yummy. If you have any more recipes especially for the slow cooker keep them coming x

  • Obviously, those buying this have not read the ingredients or are ignorant of the inflammatory properties, which mean weight gain, cravings, GI distress, and bad moods. Can’t believe sucralose! Why not Monkfruit/Stevia? No need for gut wrecking carrageenan and the other sweetener Acesulfame Potassium. Disturbs gut biome. Maltodextrin…corn star of GMO’s. I was excited about the flavor choice and mixing with nut milk and peanut butter. But as wonderful as the flavor ideas are, the only organic ingredient is coconut flour and the rest is no different than a box of artificially sweetened cake mix.

  • Absolutely FAB recipes yet again Charlotte, you’ve gained a fan lol. I ‘ll have to tweak the curry recipe as my hubby won’t eat Korma but I’ll use a different sauce and adjust the ingredients, its just a great idea. Can’t wait to try the bbq chicken and will definitely try your Beef Stew. I normally make my own, but a change is as good as a rest. Thank you yet again x

  • Thank you so much for the ideas, your food always looks amazing. Would you consider a video where you include how you mix up your salad etc, I always just shove a bit of lettuce on my plate x

  • I just started a 3rd shift job & am a single mother. I am now relying on my slow cooker for meals. This is the first video of your’s I’ve seen & I think I’m in love. Look forward to trying these out.

  • Great ideas, dont mind music:) Just seen great slow cooker in good prize on Amazon UK https://amzn.to/2ScgmWc and similar on Amazon USA https://amzn.to/2ECIJtu

  • Great recipes. I would never thought of doing cobbler in a slow cooker.

One caveat I think you specified canned beans for all the recipes that contained beans, and those are safe because they are pre-cooked. However, if you are using dry beans, they must be boiled at high temp before putting in a slow cooker to degenerate the toxic lectins that soaking just can’t remove all of. Slow cooking won’t destroy the lectins, and some sources say slow cooking can actually concentrate them.

  • Liking the chocolate addiction to chilli, also when you use minced beef try adding a shot of espresso it tenderises the beef and gives a really nice flavour. Great video, thank you ❤️x

  • Can’t not appreciate the tasteful (heh) blend of marimbas, strings, and piano in the background.. Makes me want to cook these even more, even though I don’t own a slow-cooker

  • The titles of each dish are at the end of the cooking, instead of at the beginning, which makes it hard to understand what you are seeing until each dish is completed. So I made a little cheat sheet. I hope you like it!

  • Hum.. Im hungry… I want food… What could make me fill better?

    Watching vidoes about food?

Warning. Not a good idea. I repeat: Warning. Not a good idea.

  • As crazy as this sounds, sometimes I forget how convenient the slow cooker can be.. but you’ve just inspired me to bust mine out again!

  • The recipes are amazing can not wait to try them. if you don’t want to make the dough you can use bagels and cut the in half tomato puree and any fillings they are yummy.

  • Hi Sara Lynn, I love your channel and every recipe you make, but you need to stop with the word “Asian inspired”. It’s just not up with today’s culture game. I mean what is Asian inspired? Is there a European inspired counterpart? If it’s Korean it’s Korean, If it’s Chinese it’s Chinese..
Love your channel and hope to see more delicious recipes!

  • Those muffins look amazing!! I’m saving that recipe for next month. I’m glad you finally tried the granola bars. They’re awesome right? Very, very addicting. I had purchased a mini granola bar silicone tray which makes 32 little ones. 4=1 servings so I don’t overdo it. They’re my husband’s #1 request right now. Thanks for the prep Misti! ❤️

  • Thank you for these recipes. They look great. I’m making your lamb and pineapple on Saturday and will give these a go next week.

  • These look amazing i cant wait to try them! Im a big fan of that bbq sauce myself although i prefer the original. Thank u for the ideas and keep the food videos coming i just love them. By the way its not weird to have brown sauce with stew. Thats completly normal. Gotta be hp as well

  • Although “This Is Us” pretty much destroyed my love affair with my slow cooker, I may have to whip it out again for those meatballs! YUM! LOL!

  • Hey Sara! Love your channel! I know you have a video on your favorite kitchen gadgets and I love it. I do have arather large request *covers eyes*. I think it would be really cool if you did a video (or even a series) on your favorite beginner/new-kitchen must haves! I would love to know your must-haves for seasonings, pots/pans, oils, sauces, gadgets, pantry essentials or anything else! I know you touch on them often but it would be super helpful to have one video and/or series dedicated to getting our basics stocked up.:) Thanks for all your videos!

P.S. if you already have this feel free to link me to your videos. I’ve only been a subbie for the past year so I could’ve missed them!

  • I have had my slow cooker for a couple of years and can never find a recipe which is simple without loads of added ingredients which I don’t buy. I will make all of these meals and it will come in handy when I go back to work next month after maternity leave

  • the Slow Cooker is one of my best friends. Its a cheap one from the department store, had it for years, and in Australia its getting cooler. So out it comes. I love your videos. Thanks again for your awesome recipes.

  • The dishes looked amazing. I add a little brewed coffee to my chili which is something New Englanders sometimes do ( am originally from Massachusetts ). It’s very good. Enjoyed the video. Like I said before you should do a cookbook:)

  • Looks yummy! But I am diabetic and trying to do keto. I am subscribed to your channel and would like to try some of your recipes. Could you please try to include the nutritional information for your recipes.

  • I cant tell u how many times i watched you say “ouuu! Lol! I cant wait to try the meatballs recipe! Thank u and thanks for the laugh!

  • I would really appreciate if you could put the nutritional content for each recipe. As a diabetic, I always need to know the carb content so this would be so helpful! These recipes look fabulous and I love your channel.

  • A couple of tips from a long-time slow cooker user: Cornstarch can be added near the end to thicken the sauce for the chicken. Also, the green peas can be added in the last part of cooking they’ll keep more of their brightness and freshness.

  • Totally got a SPATULATOR after KetoGinja showed, my family sings her song too. Those granola bars are amazing, got those off of Nicole Burgess Mediterranean plan. I put in a glass 9×9 with parchment and cut them up… delicious!! So filling, I actually made 16 ’cause so full after 1/2 of one. Love the tuna melt idea, will be adding that to my meal plans. Blessings & Keto-On… be it clean, dirty or lazy JUST DO IT!

  • You could use xanthum gum and add some more water and cocoa powder or even coffee(which increases the chocolate flavor) to make it even less calorically dense but the same consistency

  • Wondering if to make the Barley Veg Stew recipe freezer friendly I would include all of the ingredients? Or would it be better to add barley, broth and spices after? Tips would be appreciated.

Also, more healthy (freezer-friendly!) slow cooker recipes, please!!! Love your channel!

  • Do they ship the cookiebutter products internationally? I live in London and would love to try to make all your delicious recipes

  • I just tried this recipe I used whey protein and PB powder and it turned out liquidy, like a thick smoothie. Nothing I can spread:/

  • Great recipe! Does this need to stay refrigerated, or after it sets can it stay out in a pantry like traditional peanut butter? Also, if it has to stay in the fridge, do you have an estimate for how long it will keep in the fridge?

  • I’m going to try some of these. Your comments are amazing, it would appear you really do need to put batteries in the click though people’s OCD. Please keep these coming. People obviously live them.

  • dream peanut butter is honey nut granola flavour with chunks of granola that magically remain crisp
OR golden syrup flavour. i think golden syrup is just a uk thing
or apple crumble and custard flavour witch chunks of apple and crumble

  • So I made it just like this minus the fact that I substituted protein powder. But it came out liquid-y and refuses to thicken up. Is that vegan protein the only thing that will work?

  • What is brownie butter protein cookie butter powder. I will just mix chocolate and peanut butter powder because that’s what I have. Any other suggestions would be appreciated for a replacement ingredient for this

  • For the dough for the pizza, do you mix all the ingredients then prove? For how long? Does it need kneading? Thank you just come across you and loving your food videos!

  • Funfetti Protein Peanut Butter would be my ultimate dream version with my current diet vegan chocolate protein peanut butter…

  • This is such a brilliant idea! It’s got me thinking of all sorts of different flavours perhaps a white chocolate peanut butter with raspberry swirl or cake batter flavoured peanut butter with sprinkles and white chocolate? Or maybe a classic PB&J with raspberry swirl? There are so many potential flavours!

  • that’s actually was my Keto Nutella thing, once I started Keto it was hard for me to find good quality and keto-friendly sweetener so I replaced the sweetener with whey protein powder and it is amazing. now I am adding the protein shake to every dessert recipe.

  • I just found this channel a couple days ago and I already made a few of the recipes! Spicy chicken sandwich was bomb and the 250 cal pizza was sooo good. I always viewed eating healthy as being on a Chicken, vegetables and rice diet. I did that diet for a while and dropped ALOT of weight. 90 pounds to be exact! It wasn’t until a year ago I started to realize that I don’t have to eat bland food to lose weight. Finding this channel was truly a blessing and I can’t wait to explore more recipes on it! I think the ultimate peanut butter recipe would have to be a chocolate pretzel peanut butter adding crushed pretzels to this literally sounds so good. You can never go wrong with a salty and sweet flavor. Maybe even add some Carmel to that. That would be the most bomb peanut butter recipe ever!

  • Loved this video! I made the Leek, Potato and Cheese pie tonight (but used fresh chilli instead of mustard as I’m not a fan) and it was delicious! Thanks for the recipe
Planning on trying the veggie enchiladas next

  • They look amazing All of them. That pizza looked so yummy. I love your food video’s i cooked the sticky aubergine Teriyaki meal last week and it was so yummy. That cake looked so yummy too. Great job. Xx

  • You shouldn’t have to justify any ingredients in your recipes. If you dont like it, dont make it and dont eat it. Simple as that. Dont go crying about it

  • Oreo and brownie both look amazing and would help with chocolate cravings so maybe a snickerdoodle would be good or I am thinking this same recipe but sub hazelnut butter for the PB and it might be kind of more like Nutella

  • I just found you a couple months ago through Mr Carrington. Loving your videos!!! I am trying to be better about cooking at home and not eating out so much. These cooking videos are inspiring me to do that! Thank you!! Everything you make looks SO good! Can’t wait to try some of these.:)

  • Dark chocolate peanut butter sounds so good to me. I live me a good reeses cup, but now I can make the butter and feel good about eating it. My 13 year old daughter would like this as well

  • Legitimately a peanut butter “shake.” I used to mix peanut butter with water, like.. half a jar of peanut butter at a time. Mixed it till it was kind of like a thick soup, then sprinkle salt on top, literally stupid good.

  • I tried you slow cooker bbq pulled chicken for dinner and my 3 year old little girl and family loved it. I will be writing the recipe down for future meals.

  • Everyone talking about the music and how they didn’t put the names in the beginning, but why aren’t they talking about if it’s a good receipe or not?

  • I love my slow cookers I’ve got two one 6l and a 3.5l as one of my boys are a pescatarian your beef stew is the same recipe I used I put it in a large Yorkshire pudding and mash and for the pescatarian I do a mushroom version

  • good videos, i make my meatballs in the slow cooker the same way but i like to brown them off a little first to colour and to get some of the fat out under my halogen cooker, then add to the slow cooker, also is nice to see you have written down the ingrediants under neath some people dont do this which means having to go bk all the time and watch the video over and over so ty. anyone see the recipe for the yorkies i dont see it

  • going to cook the pinapple chicken as part of my next weeks meal prep, it looks sooooo yummy! Going have to use canned pineapple so hopefully it will still work ok.

  • Really enjoy your recipe videos! Your rustic sausage risotto recipe from the blog has been a firm favourite in this household for years now! We’re making the slow cooked beef stew today as it is MISERABLE outside!! Can’t wait to try it:) xxx

  • Great video recipe. I don’t have a slow cooker, but recipes look so good, I’m going to try them on stove top. Oh yeah, the “oo” shout of excitement should be one of your trademark, it was funny God bless+

  • This is brilliant, thank you. I’m making the meatball one tonight, and I made the bbq chicken on Saturday and everyone loved it! Xxx

  • Brilliant video as always. I’m going to be dusting off my slow cooker and using everyone of those recipes next week. They all look amazing! Thank you!!! You’ve made my life a little bit easier as I hate meal planning and always get stuck in a rut when it comes to food my kids will enjoy. X

  • Loved this video, it popped into my suggestions & I’m glad it did! You have a natural camera presence & the food looks amazing! Definitely trying the pizza / flatbread

  • this video has came at perfect timing for me! my ovens just packed in and we will not be able to buy a new one until pay day in 2 weeks, so its lots of slow cooker meals for us for the next few weeks.

  • Love love love this! Will do this for hubby and meat free for baby and I! Would love some veggie ones too.. (not boring now, I do enjoy regular meals haha I just take out the meat).. thanks for the ootd on insta earlier

  • Yay slow cooker recipies x so gonna try that chicken korma and I never do meetballs in slow cooker so trying that too. Beef or chicken stew from the slow cooker is the best. This video is the best xxx

  • Thank you soooooo much!! Absolutely loved this video. I love my slow cooker but had kind of run out of ideas. This was perfect, thank you xx

  • All of these look so good…especially the Barley Stew, which is my “clean out the fridge/freezer” recipe. You know, odds and ends of veggies in the fridge and the little bits of frozen veg, looking so lonely….and even stray potatoes. Thanks so much for posting this particular recipe/blueprint/idea…It really is a life saver, and very tasty, to boot!

  • Ingredients:
    • One tablespoon olive oil

    • One large yellow onion

    • 2 Cloves garlic

    • 2 celery stalks

    • 2 carrots

    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

    • 1 quart vegetable broth

    • Diced tomatoes (28 oz can)

    • Chickpeas (15 oz can)

    • Italian Farro (1 cup)

    • Kale or spinach (2 cups)

  • Charlotte, this was a great video! I can’t wait to try the tortellini. Very timely since I’m teaching every day through May currently. Big change for our family and recipes like this are so helpful. I am going to try it with veggie meatballs or perhaps just without and see how it goesKrislynner

  • I have just went through and screenshotted all the recipies to try this week i find slow cooker meals so handy for busy families. Plus come dinner time i am just exhausted so easy hearty meals made earlier in the day are just fab! thank you so much for these great ideas!

  • Oh some might get intimidated by the plethora of veggies in there, but we are not supposed to be intimidated by that giant carcass sitting in the slow cooker??!! This is the problem with normalizing factory farming!

  • I’m so happy you have made this video! We are having our house renovated at the minute and have been without a kitchen for 4 months! We only have a microwave and slow cooker and I need some new SC recipes.. looking forward to trying these

  • Hi!

    Very delicious recipe!) Thanks!
I am your subscriber! I would be glad if you subscribe to my channel 😉 I wish you success in all your endeavors with all my heart!)

  • I noticed the orifginal recipe for the Egg Roll in a bowl calls for ground beef. Do you like the taste better with the breakfast sausage?

  • Brilliant video, really enjoyed it. Faves were…
1.cheese and leek pie, looks yummy.
    2.Garlic flat bread, mmmmm.
    3. Pizza, double mmmmmm.
I have to say though my ultimate fave was Sarah’s cake…it looked divinely yummy, mmmmm.
As a veggie of over 20 years, I’ve enjoyed seeing the recipes you have used.
P.S. Coming from Liverpool, I always say tea…speaking of which, off to start cooking mine now…
Scrsp that, just about to watch you video that has just appeared while I’ve been typing this epistle…See ya later.

  • Great prep! Thanks. To fix that broken granola bar just heat up some more chocolate and oil (or chocolate) since you won’t need a lot and glue it back together. Also, for your eggroll in a bowl switch up the soy sauce with Braggs amino’s or a coconut amino’s and sprinkle on some McCormick Asian seasoning it is divine and the balm. So yummy!!

  • It all looks so delicious. I am definately going to try those tuna melts. Does it work with less cheese or no cheese? Dairy does not like me

  • For sure making this. Just ordered my first tub of your protein cookie butter!
Is it weird to say a mint chip peanut butter? I am not sure how the flavor would be but I love peanut butter and mint chip so sure it would be okay

  • Hi Luke and Zara great vlog. I’m vegan but could adapt these easily. I add spinach to my chilli good way to get your greens in. The pie looked fab will make it with vegan cheese. Instead of an egg wash I use oat milk. Well done giving up meat. Dairy industry horrific so hope you both manage to transition to a vegan diet eventually. You should find it easy as your such a great cook luke. Zara that cake looked lush. Peace

  • Oh Misti all that food looks yes I ready oh u really make
    good things thank u ❤️
I need one my hard it hard to open cans were can get from thank u Misti
    God bless ur family ❤️

  • Wow totally amazing dishes
I’m useless in the kitchen, you made it all look so easy. Might have a go at the chilli dish. I love chilli and I’m vegetarian (18 years vegetarian)

  • Just what I was looking for! I just started Lazy Keto again and craving something sweet I love your prep videos, thank you for all your time and effort!!
