Often, when people go on low-carb diets they just can’t leave their favorite high-carb foods behind, so they make low-carb imitations, like mashed cauliflower (in place of potatoes), wheat-free pizza (using cheese or eggs for the crust), hash browns (fried diced cauliflower), or eggplant lasagna.

  • I make something like this regularly. The flavor will really get pumped up if you add some grated fresh ginger to the veggie stir fry.

  • When you cover the pan it allows the chicken to steam and fully cook without losing moisture and worrying about if it’s still pink on the inside.

  • My only issue with tofu is that I hate when it’s soft in the middle. If I cook it like you showed, is the tofu still soft on the inside?

  • Quick and easy meal prep.
Now the real question is, you don’t get bored of eating this for 6 days straight? or do you add anything else to the meal?

  • I’ve been waiting months for this recipethank you so much for sharing. I’m def going to make thisalready have the ingredients.

  • Wow just cauliflower and eggs, I have those ingredients. Just need to smoke some pork and add avocado tomato and be eating tacos once again..

  • I do this recipe twice a week! BUT, I also add in 1 Tbls. of parmesan cheese and top with a pinch of thinly sliced green onion instead of the parsley flakes, SOOO good! Thanks Kathleen.

  • So interesting! Have you ever experimented with making them into a “chip”? Wondering if you just baked them further to make them crispy—or would it burn?

  • So fun seeing Americans setting their mouths on fire with these curries and I’m here like “nope! More chilli powder!”
It’s pronounced similar to “Shake” but with with a little bit more “Khh” sound at the end. Does that make sense? Cauliflower rice is life man!

  • Going to try this but to save some time I will use Mashed Cauliflower sold in the stores now. Hopefully it doesn’t have too much water lol.

  • This curry sauce looks great, although I would prefer not so hot. They make a Medium hot version I see. Where did you buy this? I see it on Amazon, but it is PRICEY there.

  • Is the caulflower a strong flavour in these? If so, would this work with riced broccoli? I dont really like the taste of cauliflower but i love the idea of veggie based tortillas!

  • For a moment, I thought its Nippattu. Looks delicious. I am going to try this very soon. But do you think I can substitute eggs with Psyllium husk for binding?

  • Hi dear
Love your recipes ❤❤❤. It’s so delicious nd healthy too. Thank u my dear. Please share more healthy recipes.❤❤

  • This is amazing! Thank you for this great idea, I’ve been looking for an easy, healthy and gluten/grain free tortilla recipe, and this suits me perfectly.

  • Man I wish I could have this….if you can’t have cauliflower what can you sub it with? Joe do you spice the chicken? I have that same big pyrex bowl…that looked DELICIOUS

  • Can I ask how many cups that food processor is? I need one and that looks perfect!! BTW I watch every video you post. I just love how easy you make everythng look!

  • I’ve just made the cauliflower shepherds pie for me and my partner, and we are in love! So tasty, and really easy to make! Thank you:)

  • Yassss for that peanut sauce! It will definitely be making an appearance on my next air fried tofu (just my preferred way of cooking my tofu) It looks Yum-Mazing.

  • Humans are carnivores. Plant based foods are poisonous to us. Low carb isn’t the point. Eating what we are designed to eat (which is meat) is.

Tofu and peanuts are such potent allergens that thousands of people end up in the ER every year, reacting to them. This never happens after eating a steak.

  • hi everyone! hope you enjoy these recipe ideas. ingredients are listed in the description box and the blog posts are linked to there as well. thank you for watching xo

  • Hello…thank you for this recipe, and the other Homemade Tortillas videos.

Looking forward to making them…mmm healthy.

    Have a great day.

  • Wasn’t going to post this until tomorrow, but ugh, I couldn’t wait. HAD to share this one with you guys ASAP. I’ve actually got some of this stuff sitting in my fridge right now:)

  • Love this recipe! Thank you so much! I steamed my cauliflower in the microwave until it was soft. Then I actually mashed everything together by hand as I don’t have a food processor It didn’t turn out as fluffy as yours but it was absolutely delicious!

  • Se ve muy buena tu receta y muchas pero no entiendo el inglés nos podrías poner tu receta me la podrías poner en español por favor

  • Okay checking out your cauliflower recipe. I am not a fan of cauliflower but I love broccoli to death. However of all the recipes I tried I only found one that I really liked but it contains sour cream and cheese very high fat. Been looking to lighten it up so I want to see what you have.

  • Hi me again can you put how many servings your recipes contain, please. I. Have been a long time subscriber, but I realize serving size is important.( otherwise I will get a spoon and finish the whole bowl) great recipe, love your happy energy. PLEASE respond.

  • I’ve never tried a mashed potato substitute before, but some people think that rutabaga makes the best substitute, so I’m a try both, your recipe and the rutabaga and see for myself. But I will sub the mayo for sour cream because I’m very finicky when it comes to mayo. I’ll eat it in things that mayo belongs, like potato salad, macaroni salad, tuna salad, and salad dressing with mayo and ketchup. But for anything else, mayo is no can do. Some people I know put it in their mashed potatoes and I won’t eat it.

And you have such a lovely kitchen.

  • You are saving my life. Just starting LCHF diet and REALLY miss my mashed potatoes with meals. AND your Mac and Cheese!! YUMMY!!! Going to the farmers market and the grocery store right now for ingredients.

  • I have tried just about every cauliflower mash that I’ve seen. They all seem pretty much the same…A few extra ingredients here and there..But for someone like me, who HATES cauliflower, that horrible taste cannot be hidden. No matter what. Is this one really any different? Just curious..This one is different with the addition of mayo..

  • I love love love your channel. Great recipes. Beautiful presentations. You have a new subbie. You deserve so many more. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I made this just now and it’s delicious. My Shepard pie is in the oven. Can’t wait to try it. Thanks again.

  • since I have been doing this low carb stuff due to some stomach problems I have been eating a lot of cauliflower and don’t really like it. I’ll try it with the mayo, it might be the answer. all your other recipes are the best I have found on utube so keep it up. thanks
