  • As a public health official I highly advise that you cook your chicken properly (71degrees celsius internal temp) the first recipes shows cooking on each side and then cooking the sides. Chicken is not like steak you may have bacteria such as salmonella in the centre easily so cook it properly if you don’t want to end up on the toilet for several days.

  • The first one seems Gemista in Greek, and it is very delicious. But in Greece, they use lots of olive oil during baking in the oven. That’s why Greece is one of the fattiest countries although I love Gemista.

  • Last year I experienced what they call “carotenemia”, which turned my palms orange because apparently I was eating too many vegetables; carrots in particular lol. So be careful! (It didn’t harm me in any way but took a while for that orange to go away.)

I’m never sure what to use from our own pots and pans at home when I see how you guys fit everything in one pan like that. I tried doing a pasta recipe in our cast iron skillet once and the thing got so chocked full of stuff. The pasta and veggies and meat was too much and the pasta didn’t cook properly. Is there a particular size or depth of pan that should be used?

You do a very good job and I love your music:-) I think the only thing I would do differently would be to either roast my veggies or cook them in much less water because when you put them in a pot full of water, boil them, and drain the water you are draining a lot of the nutrients from the vegetable. Roasted veggies are amazing or steaming them with a minimal amount of water. Great job!

    Why use canned tomato sauce? Fresh tomatoes are best.

  • That rice became not vegan when you added chicken broth. A chicken still died for that meal, and not even for you to utilize the whole thing as sustanance, just so you could have essence of chicken
