  • 12:31 paused. My Costco menu just opened up from this Tom. I can shop a lot more there now. Taking notes, I bought a special pad to reinforce the terminologies, products, & strategies. Got to take a break for some food. Just a side note if it concerns you, I’m appreciative any which way, but if we could get clear pics of labels, plus ingredient serving sizes? Some have been difficult to see. I’m not complaining either way.

  • Wow great job. In the beginning of June I weighed 135 pounds. I’m 5,2 and 135 pounds is not really a good weight for me. I didn’t like how I looked so I decided that over summer I was going to eat healthy, exercise, and drink a gallon of water every day. So I started to do that and over the month of June I was able to lose 8 pounds. And In the beginning of July I weighed 127 pounds. After that i have lost 3 more pounds. So now I weigh 124 pounds. My goal is to weigh 115 pounds. I only have to lose like 9 more pounds to reach my goal. Does anyone have tips for me on how to lose the last 9 pounds? Even if you don’t, please comment on this so I can come back to this comment and update you at the end of July on how many more pounds I lost.:)

  • Shes actually eating a higher fat diet than carbs. She could eat more carbs and cut the fat and still amount to the same amount kf calories because higher fat foods have like 50-70 percent more calories than carbs.

  • If you turn over packs of frozen veggies, they usually list 0% for DV of vitamins so I don’t get it… if they’re flash frozen, for example Broccoli, shouldn’t it contain Vitamin C at least?

  • This was great and inspiring! Where did you get the trays you use and I assume they are freezable? A great and easy recipe is Baked Chicken. I get two packages of chicken slenders, 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup and one can of Cream of Chicken soup. Put chicken and soups in baking pan and heat on 350 for one hour. I clean cans out with about one half can of water which makes a good gravy if you have mashed potatoes. I enjoy your channel. Blessings.

  • Looks awesome! The only thing I wish you would do is recommend food safety strategies in your videos. Simply saying “I’m gonna go wash my hands now” after putting the chicken on the kebabs and making sure to tell people to cook the chicken to 165* internal temperature is a great reminder for those viewers who haven’t developed good food safety habits in the kitchen

  • I’m taking notes on your videos so when I go grocery shopping I can make wise choices. In fact my husband and I went shopping yesterday. I explained some of my choices to him and showed him labels until we got to the frozen pizza and ice cream cases. I said something like “Here we go. It’s the naughty aisle. Can’t eat any of this stuff.” As we were walking out of the store my husband told me that a young woman gave me a dirty look when I said that… because she was just about to get a cheap national brand pizza with a flour crust. My husband has something wrong with his liver and he’s taking note that I’m losing weight and gaining energy. He’s slowly coming around. Thank you for sharing your research and insights!

  • Dark meat chicken may not have the optimal fat ratio but it’s an amazing source of k2. Good trade off in my opinion, considering how few sources of k2 there are.

  • You should take about 4-5 people to mimic your shopping and talk to them as you walk through the store. That way you can have someone recording but it looks like you’re just training people on what to buy. They’d probably not want to kick out a group of people with the expensive stuff you would be having them purchase even if they saw someone recording.

  • Could you add some additional filtering ability to your site? You have so many recipes on it now that trying to narrow it down to a reasonable number is difficult.
    Just the ability to select multiple tags would probably be enough.

  • My family and we also had friends over that were allso keto did a full keto Easter dinner last Easter. Everyone brought a keto dish and yes we had keto desserts. It was so great and the best part we didn’t get the sleepiness and had energy and everyone end up staying till like 11pm. Maybe to some that a negative. LOL! But it was fun!

  • Here is a dip that looks tasty and you would approve of. It’s just Greek yogurt with a bunch of herbs added than just cut up a bunch of raw veggies to dip with.


    On that prosciutto it is best paired with raspberries, and sparkling water!!!

    I would come to your keto party so long as you have lots of raspberries to pair with the prosciutto.

  • this guy. love the knowledge but in many of these store haul videos you contradict yourself. right off 2:10 you would not even feed your enemies grain-fed beef but then you buy grain-fed beef for your crew. better quality grains are still grains. why aren’t you getting your beef from butcher box?? don’t you promote them. maybe you need to be clearer about what you are saying. maybe it’s the rush of being on camera and trying to escape the store’s notice (which is still wrong if they say no cameras and you do it anyway)
