  • Hey Thomas, what about Tiger nut flour in general, do you recommend it? I’ve been reading reviews, a lot of comments on bad tasting ones (see amazon’s reviews of Kate natural Tiger nut flour) vs other brands, I see that Thrive has one also, can you give us some info if you are familiar with it and its resistant starch properties etc…?
