  • I was skeptic about NextLevelDiet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

  • It makes no sense that you won’t eat egg yolks but you’ll eat all that toast. It’s like you’re a time traveler from 1990 lol. You’d benefit from learning more current nutrition science my dude

  • Would love to try the try the marshmallow cake, adding sliced strawberries on top and finished with sugar-free chocolate sauce. Great recipes. Do you have any genius low calorie high volume savoury foods?

  • The cake turned out to be very gentle and tasteless. I want to figure out how to improve it. Calories is not the most important thing

  • 2 months ago, I was fat and had single. Now I have great body and a girlfriend. Coincidence? I wouldn’t say. Trust me guys, all you need is training and diet plan. You can get both from *Next Level Diet*.

  • I tried making the marshmellows but for some reason when i took the sheet out of the oven it just flattened and turned in to an egg white omlet, i did add the baking powder, why did that happen?

  • Egg white marshmallow is amazing. I ve made a jello inspired by yours but with blended quark and banana lol. Ps Az se izvratih i si pravih ” proteinov nesquik” nahut(pechen/ot kencheto napravo),kakao, protein,voda/mlqko,podsladitel:D:D

  • Everything other than the spinach, Mrs. Dash and the pepper is processed garbage. Egg beaters are loaded with sodium. Hot sauce is loaded with sodium and the bread is almost 700 mg’s of sodium by itself, which is half of a healthy daily intake. Let the nutritionists help with food choices as that crap you’re suggesting is a health hazard. Read the labels, as you’re recommending food choices that are dangerous for overweight AND healthy people.. It’s not just about the low calorie content… reckless.

  • I have lost 10lbs in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet. It’s really a great tool. I recommended it to my family members and we all started to eat and live healthier. Long live #nextleveldiet.

  • I use to do the carton egg whites, i.e., Egg Beaters and similar products, but found them to have a ton of sodium per serving, so I stopped. I prefer the old fashion way… crack the egg in half and flip flop the egg whites out. It’s fast and easy once you get the hang of it. I haven’t seen egg whites in a carton with zero sodium.

  • I just starting watching your vids and I love it, I downloaded the evolve app. You are an inspiring person by losing all that weight and helping others including me to get the results we want.

  • I either eat very well or just forget to eat. Ive seen gains and fat loss but if you are forgetful I suppose just setting up reminders helps a lot more.

  • I’m a mom of 3, I want to work to lose weight, but with my sleep being off and all, sometimes I can’t get breakfast. I do drink my detox drink that helps my inflammation. What can be done as a substitute for busy moms who may not get a chance to get breakfast, but still need to have nutrients in the morning. Thanks.

  • Great videos.. you obviously know what you are doing.. in my case I would have to omit.. the bread.. it’s my kryptonite..

    Good job.

  • To switch it up a bit can I make an egg bagel with just the egg and if that is good will adding one slice of turkey bacon make it bad?

  • you are really awesome dude and I love your videos but shit you’re hyper. Chillax dude you have all the time in the world I have to put the thing on slow-motion to get everything you’re saying. Keep it up man share the love.

  • Nice! It always amazes me how much people can control the macros and volume when they get creative.

An alternative to the jello I have used is 1. any protein powder + 2. jell-o pudding (the no fat, no sugar kind in the blue packet) + 3. water. Proportions depend entirely on preference for the consistency and desired protein content. If it mixes, it’s good. If not, add more water.

  • I love this breakfast. I make it a little different by adding diced tomatoes and chopped onions. I also cook it using mazola corn oil, is that bad? Sick shirt btw.

  • Thank you! Now I finally have a filling, high protein dessert that can calm my sweet tooth! I use whole eggs from my farm and separate them myself and the cake comes out perfect every time.

  • Mine’s a little simpler. 1 cup of egg whites, two whole eggs, pepper, salt garlic, and a pack of instant oatmeal (flavor varies). Excellent, filling, and just overall awesome.

  • What is the 0 calorie sweetener? I have never seen a liquid 0 calorie sweetener that comes in a bottle like that and cannot see any on google. Is it just a flavoured soft drink with 0 calories?

  • I’d prefer to add 100calories worth of fruit aswell for the fiber and carbs and split it into two 250calorie deserts throughout the day

  • I just started watching ur videos today and i love them.. u making me wanna lose weigth even more u look shit is so real and thats what ppl need some one real to show how to lose weigth.. thanks a lot for your videos u the best bro..

  • With your clothes on no one would ever know the struggle you went through. You are a good looking guy and even your face is tight. Your energy level is through the roof which I am sure helped you a lot.

  • Get rid of the bread use whole eggs and throw in a few pieces of turkey bacon for the same calories and better nutrition over all.

  • Sorry, only a few minutes in and I find it scary he’s not using whole food. Just use an actual egg, the whole egg as the yolk contains most of the nutrients. Spray on fake butter? I just can’t…

  • 5 Ways to Cut 100 Calories From Breakfast:

-Skip the large glass of orange juice and have an orange instead.
-Never eat a whole bagel, ½ is more than enough.
-You don’t need over a cup of oatmeal, try ½ a cup instead.
    -Have eggs without the toast.
-Keep in mind every packet of sugar in your coffee is 10 empty calories.

  • Idk but I can’t eat that for breakfast I eat a 400 to 500 calorie breakfast every morning and just 200 calorie lunch and dinner and 3 snacks around 150 calories each i find that more satisfying im sedentary and have a office job and im 26 im 5 feet o inches and weigh about 98 pounds

  • Hi. I’m almost 30 in 2 months. I’ve always been a thick girl. Mainly around my belly and thighs. I’m currently 185 lbs my dream goal is 160…..but for my 30th birthday on August 30th I want to be at 170. Could you help me out with reaching my goal. My main goal is eating low calorie meals. But it’s hard to figure out. This is a good video to start for me. But yeah….if you could help I’d be soooooo happy.

  • Hi, thank you for these videos. I am not bodybuilding or trying to cut, I am just a girl who suffers from sweet cravings while PMSing and these recipes really help me without feeling guilty. Thank you and keep them coming.

  • This clever boy knows what he is talking about! I would like to point out that you can eat a medium sized potato instead of the bread. Not fried of course. Bread to me is like alcohol to an alcoholic. One bite and I`ll eat the whole loaf.

  • Awesome recipe!!!! Absolute proof that it is possible to lose weight with a large amount of food. This volume is just incredible! I noticed that if I did not use protein powder, the consistency was very watery. I also tried it with PB powder, but it was not the same consistency as with protein powder.

I made a mistake by not including the gelatin calories and macros to the PROTEIN PUDDING totals!

I didn’t, because I never count it. It’s a low quality protein that I don’t account towards my daily totals, that’s why I’ve never did the calories aswell!

The amount I gave in the video is 40gr (usually when I use Dr.Oetker), but the gelatin packs I used are from Kaufland and 8gr PER pack, so total 32gr = 109 kcal and that’s 27P

    The right calories/macros are:
    330 kcal 58P 11.8C 4.4F

Hope you will try those out and IF you do MAKE SURE to tag me on INSTAGRAM, so I can see your creations!
