    Here in Romania, we eat tomatoes like they’re fruits. I literally eat 3 whole tomatoes like apples. Sweet and juicy.

  • Only thing I can add to the video is for the rice noodles add some hoisin sauce and/or oyster sauce and less soy, rub paprika over the chicken for a better colour, no need for cream for the carbonara just use the fat from the Cooked pancetta, gonna try the Italian dish Tonight looks amazing!! ��

  • One tip for rolling the burritos, if you lightly heat the tortillas first, they are easier to roll and will stretch nicely. They make tortilla warmers that hold the heat in well. Great video thank you!

  • Been trying to change my diet to keep my calories under 2k while keeping protein high so my lifting isn’t pointless

  • Only thing i would do different is I wouldnt freeze the burrito with the food in it( burrito ends up being soft and soggy). I would cook food, freeze it in meal prep containers and bring the tortilla. Then when im ready to eat, just heat up the food and put it in the burrito right then and there.

  • Shit dude, i use those “ole” carb lean 50 cal tortillas that are basically all insoluble fiber, ground 99% FF Turkey, egg whites, and FF shredded cheddar. Each burrito is 127 calories. I season em like crazy with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Taste good AF and are basically nothing but protein and fiber.

  • Good for macros only. This is not a healthy meal prep. There’s more to consider than just muscles gains. It’s lacking a lot and the ingredients used are low quality, low nutrition.
    But, it gets the macro job done.
    There’s way too much to go into detail. Nutrition is complex!
    Nice video quality and physique tho.

  • G’morning ☀️ I know this is usually made with whole chicken breast. However, recently I have been cubing my chicken breast and packaging it into 5 oz servings in the freezer. Would this recipe work with cubed chicken? (I’m guessing cooking time would be shortened)

  • Great video and recipes man! If I can give a suggestion (as an Italian guy and food lover) it is better to cook pasta in boiling water with salt, even if it is fresh pasta. Also basil in that recipe is pretty weird, in Italy mushrooms always go with parsley, basil is better with stuff like tomatoes �� and mozzarella

    The nice thing with the glass meal prep containers too is that you can park them in your Instant Pot to reheat the food if you’re not a huge fan of microwaving things.
