  • The chicken didn’t cook in time and all of the veggies were hard. Be sure to cook that third recipe at a higher temp for longer…

  • The calorie count on the lunch burrito is not right. It is closer to about 650 calories, just a heads up for anyone trying to count calories accurately.

  • Yo everyone! Tried a little different style than the usual meal prep videos. Let me know if you like it, but keep your dam mouth shut if you don’t.

Just kidding, let me know if you don’t also. Enjoy the video and tag me in your Instagram stories if you re-create these so I can see em! Cheers people <3

  • Try throwing that chicken in a slow cooker and shred it. It’ll chew nicer and won’t make the burrito have that awkward bumpy feel.

  • “smaller tomatoes usually have better flavour” I see, ur from UK.
Here in Romania, we eat tomatoes like they’re fruits. I literally eat 3 whole tomatoes like apples. Sweet and juicy.
Been there. The food ain’t that good. A lot of plastic containers stuff..
I guess we can’t beat nature yet.

  • This recipe is stolen from: https://youtu.be/DpmB0w2iKLE

He even went as far as using the same pose/copying for his thumbnail image. What a TOOL

  • Thanks for this brotha! I need something new to switch things up w/my diet. Plus, I eat eggs, chicken & ground beef everyday, hahaha!!! Literally heading to the grocery store as we speak. That ground beef looks awesome!

  • a super easy no frills one that tastes amazing (if you like tuna) of which I never tire of eating is rice, add some tuna plenty of fajita spices then mix, add a good squirt of nandos spicy mayo for fats and mix it all up. fucking delicious

  • This is one of the best cooking video’s that I’ve ever watched. Simple, straight forward, a pinch of humor, and the food looked amazing. Looking forward to more video’s like this!

  • Only thing I can add to the video is for the rice noodles add some hoisin sauce and/or oyster sauce and less soy, rub paprika over the chicken for a better colour, no need for cream for the carbonara just use the fat from the Cooked pancetta, gonna try the Italian dish Tonight looks amazing!!

  • Just made the chorizo/meatball orzo dish absolutely banging mate, would highly recommend. Defo will be making it again. Cheers joe

  • I apologize if this has already been asked but What if you don’t have access to a freezer? Can you just refrigerate these? If so how long will they last?

  • ANIMAL ABUSER. SO FUCKING DISGUSTING, SHAME ON YOU.
COWS, CHICKENS, PIGS, GOATS, BEES (ALSO FISHES, OBVIOUSLY) ARE BEING EXPLOITED FOR YOUR EGO.

  • One tip for rolling the burritos, if you lightly heat the tortillas first, they are easier to roll and will stretch nicely. They make tortilla warmers that hold the heat in well. Great video thank you!

  • Been trying to change my diet to keep my calories under 2k while keeping protein high so my lifting isn’t pointless

Maybe the chicken and ground beef ones today and THEY ARE INCREDIBLE and exactly what I need.

    Freezers loaded

    Thanks brother!!!

  • Only thing i would do different is I wouldnt freeze the burrito with the food in it( burrito ends up being soft and soggy). I would cook food, freeze it in meal prep containers and bring the tortilla. Then when im ready to eat, just heat up the food and put it in the burrito right then and there.

  • These videos are amazing. Just got diagnosed with GERD and have to completely change my diet. These make everything look so easy and affordable.:)

  • Shit dude, i use those “ole” carb lean 50 cal tortillas that are basically all insoluble fiber, ground 99% FF Turkey, egg whites, and FF shredded cheddar. Each burrito is 127 calories. I season em like crazy with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Taste good AF and are basically nothing but protein and fiber.

  • I tried this recipe and it was amazing and very easy to put together. Thank you so much. I am going to be trying the rest of your recipes soon. <3

  • Recently found your channel and have been loving your videos loved this style of video! Can you do 5 healthy lunch and dinner recipes for fat loss too?

  • My dad lost 100lbs. I visited NextLevelDiet and followed their steps. I only selected food he likes and they provided me with FULL PACKET in seconds. I got 30 days DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS, and HEALTHY RECIPES as well.

  • Good for macros only. This is not a healthy meal prep. There’s more to consider than just muscles gains. It’s lacking a lot and the ingredients used are low quality, low nutrition.
But, it gets the macro job done.
There’s way too much to go into detail. Nutrition is complex!
Nice video quality and physique tho.
Read a book on sports nutrition for more in-depth information. Good luck Bros. Oh and if you want me to go into detail, you can find me at fitcoach.nathan IG and try my program that I spent years acquiring the science and practical knowledge for.

  • G’morning ☀️ I know this is usually made with whole chicken breast. However, recently I have been cubing my chicken breast and packaging it into 5 oz servings in the freezer. Would this recipe work with cubed chicken? (I’m guessing cooking time would be shortened)

  • Love this meal plan. Starting tomorrow! Gonna shop today and prep tonight. I plan on using my Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas. That’ll drop the daily net carb intake to 18g. Gonna hit this for a month and I’ll return to share my shred loss!!!

  • You don’t like egg whites, try them with I Can Not Believe it’s Not Butter, Butter Spray and salt and pepper, you might change your mind.

  • You’re amazing, I absolutely loved this!! Would love for you to do your go to lunch and dinner recipes too please! Gunna try get healthy in iso haha

  • Holy crap haven’t watched your videos in about a year or 2. Your video got so much more aesthetically pleasing. And as a chick, I fuck with it so much more!!! Keep it up

  • On the real my boy these burritos be FIRE!!
The breakfast I add hatch green chili strips!!
The chicken cheese and sriracha straight on point!!
The G Beef with queso Bomb also!!
I cook all these in toaster oven till tort lil crisp

  • Great video and recipes man! If I can give a suggestion (as an Italian guy and food lover) it is better to cook pasta in boiling water with salt, even if it is fresh pasta. Also basil in that recipe is pretty weird, in Italy mushrooms always go with parsley, basil is better with stuff like tomatoes and mozzarella

  • Ayyyyyy as soon as I saw the tortillas! That’s what I use exactly before I started watching this video! Hell yeah! Yeah I’m too excited I’m ready so ready for this

  • I made the breakfast ones last night. This morning I ate my first one. I literally made it exactly like the recipe (minus siracha, and cheddar instead of mozzarella ) and its FABULOUS. I can’t believe this tasted that good. I truly recommend this to everybody.

  • Can u please name the noodels again? Restof the stuff is perfect….. I have a sugession if you add the ingredients in ur video so it will become very handy for oversees like me …. keep doing the great work Raja

  • Made the breakfast burrito twice this week. Absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been hitting my macros hitting 200+ grams of protien a day! I was doing omad, after eating these burritos I am feeling fuller at the end of my day nailing my calories and feeling good! Thank you!

  • Oh jeeze. It’s like you were reading my mind. I’ve been looking for high protein recipes that aren’t low carb, and this is perfect. Thanks!!

The nice thing with the glass meal prep containers too is that you can park them in your Instant Pot to reheat the food if you’re not a huge fan of microwaving things.
