  • I can’t even eat egg whites now?! Christ I’m eating like a monk and all I learn every day is all the things I can’t eat. I feel like garbage, mind is super foggy, pissing and shitting like a race horse. This is the most frustrating diet I’ve ever tried.

    What i did was Cook 1 part i went to my garden an got some on that thing BC i planted it

    2 part chopped bread in pieces

    Part 3 poerd eggs and da thing in

    Part 4 cooked 1 side medium and other poorly
    Part 5 put in Bowl and enjoy

    1 minus it takes 10 mins i would say

  • Gordonffs, why not give the type of potato, type of onion, the type/brand of bacon. help us out with useful information, instead of wasting time on woo regarding “antioxidants” and “probiotics.”

  • 7:10 dont ever put plastic near something hot and food at the same time. Small parts of plastic melts and can get in food which makws food be very toxic.
