I do eat every day but I was diagnosed before with fatty liver then I lost 20 kilos had a a scanned show my fatty liver was gone now I am worried if I can eat it because of my liver I don’t want to go back to fatty liver

Why didn’t mine look this liquidy? I didn’t use any oils or anything, just roasted lightly salted almonds and blended them in a very powerful blender. Why the ridiculously long intro? How many times do people watching your intro need to see you making a goofy face in different positions? I realize in reality it’s not that much time but it seems like it goes on forever. It’s a pointless waste of time. It didn’t make me think “who what a great and exciting intro for a channel”. Instead I got annoyed and wasn’t even going to bother watching the video. People want to see the content not your intro. If you get rid on the lengthy intro, more people will probably stay to watch your video.

I love Almonds and have all my life. I had a small tree growing in my back yard that I had to leave when I moved. Ever since I have wanted to have another tree but I am so glad I saw this video! Never ever had I heard that an Almond tree starts out as a peach tree and is then grafted which turns it into an Almond tree! That is amazing to me! Now I just have to find a grafted tree to purchase (I thought I could grow them from their seeds/nuts….guess not!)

I used to drive a truck with double trailers in the almond orchard, during the September harvest, in California. Same as they show at the beginning of the video, in the processing plant. 24/7 operation, very dusty. Almonds are also expensive because newly planted trees take seven years to grow before the first crop. The most interesting part of the harvest is when they dislodge the nuts from the tree a low tractor with two long arms grabs the trunk and shakes it violently, knocking the husks free. Farmers tell the same joke the “L” in almond is silent because they shook the “ell” out of them.
ALMONDS ARE INCREDIBLY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!! DON’T BUY ALMONDS! They use a ridiculous amount of water to grow (about a gallon of water to grow ONE almond) and in California huge almond farms divert water from rivers killing fish and natural life there. Almonds are also a huge contributing factor in bees going extinct, killing billions of bees per year. Bees are brought in to pollinate almond farms, die from pesticides and then they bring MORE BEES to die too! Replace almond milk with oat milk and for God’s sake DON’T BUY ALMONDS!!

I like to use pistachios or honey roasted peanuts or peanuts with maple syrup or manuka honey or blueberries at the end…thinking of trying a salt and vinegar blend next?
If I were to add a date or two for sweetness, when would be a good time to add those? Would you recommend processing dates and nuts and the same time? I don’t want to mess up the texture.

Why didn’t mine look this liquidy? I didn’t use any oils or anything, just roasted lightly salted almonds and blended them in a very powerful blender. The first time I over did them and they got ruined (3 cups worth of almonds ) second time finally worked but after for freakin ever and it isn’t as liquid as hers.. does anyone know why?

Why the ridiculously long intro? How many times do people watching your intro need to see you making a goofy face in different positions? I realize in reality it’s not that much time but it seems like it goes on forever. It’s a pointless waste of time. It didn’t make me think “who what a great and exciting intro for a channel”. Instead I got annoyed and wasn’t even going to bother watching the video. People want to see the content not your intro. If you get rid on the lengthy intro, more people will probably stay to watch your video.
I tried to continue to watch the video after the intro and me writing this comment but then there was another bunch of wasted time with how you say almond. So at 3 minutes in this video has gone absolutely nowhere. Nobody wants all the fluff. No way am I going to bother watching the rest of this video. I’m sure you lose a lot of people at the beginning of your videos.

Good video. But it would be better and ideal if we can have the FULL picture starting from how almonds are GROWN (from seed to plant to flowering to the fruit to harvesting)… then followed by this video. Thanks anyway for a good video.

I love Almonds and have all my life. I had a small tree growing in my back yard that I had to leave when I moved. Ever since I have wanted to have another tree but I am so glad I saw this video! Never ever had I heard that an Almond tree starts out as a peach tree and is then grafted which turns it into an Almond tree! That is amazing to me! Now I just have to find a grafted tree to purchase (I thought I could grow them from their seeds/nuts….guess not!)

I used to drive a truck with double trailers in the almond orchard, during the September harvest, in California. Same as they show at the beginning of the video, in the processing plant. 24/7 operation, very dusty. Almonds are also expensive because newly planted trees take seven years to grow before the first crop. The most interesting part of the harvest is when they dislodge the nuts from the tree a low tractor with two long arms grabs the trunk and shakes it violently, knocking the husks free. Farmers tell the same joke the “L” in almond is silent because they shook the “ell” out of them.
ALMONDS ARE INCREDIBLY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!! DON’T BUY ALMONDS! They use a ridiculous amount of water to grow (about a gallon of water to grow ONE almond) and in California huge almond farms divert water from rivers killing fish and natural life there. Almonds are also a huge contributing factor in bees going extinct, killing billions of bees per year. Bees are brought in to pollinate almond farms, die from pesticides and then they bring MORE BEES to die too! Replace almond milk with oat milk and for God’s sake DON’T BUY ALMONDS!!

Yet again, failed to show the traumatizing image of almond on the tree. Do they fear that (most sensitive americans) people would decrease consumption of almonds if learned that they’re not from inside a flower. I bet many are shocked by seeing the shell already. Dumbing down at its best. Potatoes grow on trees, chicken grows in supermarkets’ refrigerators, americans are immune to COVID-19 and almonds inside orchid like flowers! SMfH!

For the young coconut just follow until the cut in half part and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh… there are not much flesh for young coconut so cutting it into sections are not necessary and why did she skins the coconut the no need to do that, if anyone that knows about coconut structure watching this they also be shaking their heads.
